Abstract
本发明公开了一种水溶性绝缘涂料,以重量百分比计,包括水溶性有机树脂20~50%,无机填料40~60%,颜料0.1~5%,助剂,包括交联剂、润湿剂、流平剂、分散剂、消泡剂和PH调节剂,2~10%,有机溶剂2~10%,水溶性乳液2%~10%,其余为去离子水。本发明提供了一种稳定性良好的水溶性绝缘涂料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水溶性绝缘涂料,属于涂料技术领域。
背景技术
硅钢在制造电机、电器、变压器铁芯时要满足的必要绝缘性、附着性、耐油、耐水的使 用要求,在硅钢片表面涂覆一层满足防护及绝缘性的涂层已经成为必要的处理方式,作为硅钢片等电工钢防护涂层,目前,兼顾有机、无机绝缘涂层优点的半无机绝缘涂层技术得到了迅速发展。通过在 半无机涂料加入有机树脂成分,可以显著提高绝缘涂料的力学机械性能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种稳定性良好的水溶性绝缘涂料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种水溶性绝缘涂料,以重量百分比计,包括水溶性有机树脂20~50%,无机填料40~60%,颜料0.1~5%,助剂,包括交联剂、润湿剂、流平剂、分散剂、消泡剂和PH调节剂,2~10%,有机溶剂2~10%,水溶性乳液5%~10%,其余为去离子水。
所述水溶性有机树脂选自环氧树脂、醇酸树脂、酚醛树脂、聚酯树脂、丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂、氟碳树脂、有机硅树脂、苯乙烯树脂、丙烯酸-苯乙 烯树脂中一种以上的混合物。
所述水溶性乳液为水溶性丙烯酸乳液、水溶性聚氨酯乳液、水溶性环氧乳液、水溶性异氰酸酯乳液或水溶性聚酰胺乳液中的一种或多种。
所述的无机填料为硫酸钡、硫酸锌、氧化铝、陶瓷微粉、高岭土、云母粉、滑石粉中的一种以上;颗粒粒径选用亚微米级或纳米级,平均粒径D 50≤0.8μm;无机填料颗粒表面均需进行有机和/或无机包覆处理。
所述的有机溶剂包括多元醇、乙二醇醚类、丙二醇醚类、二乙二醇丁醚、乙酸丁酯、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯中两种以上。
所述的颜料为炭黑、铁黄或铁红中的一种或多种。
本发明所达到的有益效果:本发明采用水溶性有机树脂、有机溶剂、水溶性乳液和无机填料做主成分,有助于提高涂料分散性,无机填料含量高,填料颗粒彼此间易团聚、产品性能稳定。

下面对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
一种水溶性绝缘涂料,以重量百分比计,包括水溶性有机树脂20~50%,无机填料40~60%,颜料0.1~5%,助剂,包括交联剂、润湿剂、流平剂、分散剂、消泡剂和PH调节剂,2~10%,有机溶剂2~10%,水溶性乳液5%~10%,其余为去离子水。
所述水溶性有机树脂选自环氧树脂、醇酸树脂、酚醛树脂、聚酯树脂、丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂、氟碳树脂、有机硅树脂、苯乙烯树脂、丙烯酸-苯乙 烯树脂中一种以上的混合物。

1.一种水溶性绝缘涂料,其特征是,以重量百分比计,包括水溶性有机树脂20~50%,无机填料40~60%,颜料0.1~5%,助剂,包括交联剂、润湿剂、流平剂、分散剂、消泡剂和PH调节剂,2~10%,有机溶剂2~10%,水溶性乳液5%~10%,其余为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水溶性绝缘涂料,其特征是,所述水溶性有机树脂选自环氧树脂、醇酸树脂、酚醛树脂、聚酯树脂、丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂、氟碳树脂、有机硅树脂、苯乙烯树脂、丙烯酸-苯乙 烯树脂中一种以上的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水溶性绝缘涂料,其特征是,所述水溶性乳液为水溶性丙烯酸乳液、水溶性聚氨酯乳液、水溶性环氧乳液、水溶 性异氰酸酯乳液或水溶性聚酰胺乳液中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种水溶性绝缘涂料,其特征是,所述的无机填料为硫酸钡、硫酸锌、氧化铝、陶瓷微粉、高岭土、云母粉、滑石粉中的一种以上;颗粒粒径选用亚微米级或纳米级,平均粒径D 50≤0.8μm;无机填料颗粒表面均需进行有机 和/或无机包覆处理。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种水溶性绝缘涂料,其特征是,所述的有机溶剂包括多元醇、乙二醇醚类、丙二醇醚类、二乙二醇丁醚、乙酸丁酯、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯中两种以上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种水溶性绝缘涂料,其特征是,所述的颜料为炭黑、铁黄或铁红中的一种或多种。
