本发明公开了一种小型数码产品运输用防静电装置,包括装置本体和竖板,所述装置本体的下方设置有底板,且底板的内部设置有弹簧,并且弹簧的边端连接有连接杆,所述连接杆的上方安装有固定轴,所述装置本体的底部安装有离子针,且离子针的下方设置有风扇,所述装置本体的内部设置有橡胶垫,且橡胶垫粘接于放置板的下方,并且放置板的内部预留有通孔,所述竖板安装于放置板的上方,且竖板的上方设置有压板,并且压板的上方安装有螺纹杆,所述螺纹杆贯穿于螺纹槽,且螺纹槽预留于盖板的内部,所述盖板的上方一侧安装有固定块,且固定块的内部贯穿有活动轴。该小型数码产品运输用防静电装置,具有可以减震和防静电效果好等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及小型数码产品技术领域,具体为一种小型数码产品运输用防静电装置。
背景技术
小型数码产品是指MP3、手机和数码相机等能够通过数字和编程来和电脑相连的电子产品,小型数码产品在运输的过程中应隔绝静电,防止静电对小型电子产品造成损伤。
现有的小型数码产品运输用防静电装置存在不能减震和防静电效果差等缺点,因此我们设计了一种小型数码产品运输用防静电装置,来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种小型数码产品运输用防静电装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的小型数码产品运输用防静电装置存在不能减震和防静电效果差等缺点的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种小型数码产品运输用防静电装置,包括装置本体和竖板,所述装置本体的下方设置有底板,且底板的内部设置有弹簧,并且弹簧的边端连接有连接杆,所述连接杆的上方安装有固定轴,所述装置本体的底部安装有离子针,且离子针的下方设置有风扇,所述装置本体的内部设置有橡胶垫,且橡胶垫粘接于放置板的下方,并且放置板的内部预留有通孔,所述竖板安装于放置板的上方,且竖板的上方设置有压板,并且压板的上方安装有螺纹杆,所述螺纹杆贯穿于螺纹槽,且螺纹槽预留于盖板的内部,所述盖板的上方一侧安装有固定块,且固定块的内部贯穿有活动轴。
优选的,所述连接杆和底板构成滑动结构,且连接杆和固定轴之间构成旋转结构,并且连接杆的旋转角度范围为0-90°。
优选的,所述离子针等间距的设置在装置本体底部,且离子针设置有3个。
优选的,所述橡胶垫的个数和放置板的个数相等,且橡胶垫和放置板均设置有3个。
优选的,所述压板通过螺纹槽和螺纹杆的啮合来与装置本体构成滑动结构,并且压板和装置本体相互贴合。
优选的,所述固定块和活动轴构成伸缩结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该小型数码产品运输用防静电装置,具有可以减震和防静电效果好等优点:
1、运输过程中颠簸的时候,装置本体向下运动,来挤压连接杆边端连接的弹簧,使装置本体靠近底板,颠簸过去后,弹簧回弹将连接杆弹回原状,进而使得装置本体回归原状;
2、离子针通电将空气电离成大量的阴阳离子,通过风扇将阴阳离子向上吹,放置板内部预留的多个通孔可以使的阴阳离子可以通过放置板之间吹至小型数码产品表面,来中和小型数码产品表面的阴阳离子,从而防止静电的产生;
3、橡胶垫可以使得小型数码产品在装入该小型数码产品运输用防静电装置内部的时候,不会因挤压造成损伤。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种小型数码产品运输用防静电装置,包括装置本体1、底板2、固定轴3、连接杆4、弹簧5、离子针6、风扇7、橡胶垫8、放置板9、通孔10、竖板11、压板12、盖板13、螺纹槽14、螺纹杆15、固定块16和活动轴17,装置本体1的下方设置有底板2,且底板2的内部设置有弹簧5,并且弹簧5的边端连接有连接杆4,连接杆4的上方安装有固定轴3,装置本体1的底部安装有离子针6,且离子针6的下方设置有风扇7,装置本体1的内部设置有橡胶垫8,且橡胶垫8粘接于放置板9的下方,并且放置板9的内部预留有通孔10,竖板11安装于放置板9的上方,且竖板11的上方设置有压板12,并且压板12的上方安装有螺纹杆15,螺纹杆15贯穿于螺纹槽14,且螺纹槽14预留于盖板13的内部,盖板13的上方一侧安装有固定块16,且固定块16的内部贯穿有活动轴17;
连接杆4和底板2构成滑动结构,且连接杆4和固定轴3之间构成旋转结构,并且连接杆4的旋转角度范围为0-90°,连接杆4和底板2构成的滑动结构,使得在受到颠簸的时候,连接杆4在底板3上端滑动来挤压弹簧5达到减震的目的;
离子针6等间距的设置在装置本体1底部,且离子针6设置有3个,3个离子针6通电可以从空气中电离出足够多的阴阳离子来供小型数码产品防静电使用;
橡胶垫8的个数和放置板9的个数相等,且橡胶垫8和放置板9均设置有3个,橡胶垫8可以对放置板9上放置的小型数码产品来进行保护,防止在运输的过程中小型数码产品受到损伤;
压板12通过螺纹槽14和螺纹杆15的啮合来与装置本体1构成滑动结构,并且压板12和装置本体1相互贴合,压板12和装置本体1构成的滑动结构可以对小型数码产品进行固定压紧,防止小型数码产品在运输的过程中发生晃动;
固定块16和活动轴17构成伸缩结构,活动轴17在固定块16内伸出,来将盖板13固定在装置本体1的上端,进而封闭该小型数码产品运输用防静电装置。
工作原理:在使用该小型数码产品运输用防静电装置时,根据图1-2,将小型数码产品放置在放置板9上方竖板11之间或者竖板11和装置本体1之间形成的放置槽内,橡胶垫8可以防止上一层放置板9对下一层放置板9上放置的小型数码产品造成损伤,放置完毕后,将压板12放置入该小型数码产品运输用防静电装置内部,在将盖板13放入该小型数码产品运输用防静电装置内部,活动轴17从固定块16内伸出,来将盖板13和装置本体1固定在一起,此时旋转手轮带动螺纹杆15向下运动,来对压板12进行压紧,将最上层小型数码产品固定住;
根据图3-4,装置本体1底部的离子针6通电进而电离空气,电离处大量的阴阳离子,通过风扇7旋转将阴阳离子向上吹起,通过放置板9内部预留的通孔10吹至小型数码产品的表面,来将小型数码产品表面的阴阳离子中和,从而防止小型数码产品表面产生静电。

1.一种小型数码产品运输用防静电装置,包括装置本体(1)和竖板(11),其特征在于:所述装置本体(1)的下方设置有底板(2),且底板(2)的内部设置有弹簧(5),并且弹簧(5)的边端连接有连接杆(4),所述连接杆(4)的上方安装有固定轴(3),所述装置本体(1)的底部安装有离子针(6),且离子针(6)的下方设置有风扇(7),所述装置本体(1)的内部设置有橡胶垫(8),且橡胶垫(8)粘接于放置板(9)的下方,并且放置板(9)的内部预留有通孔(10),所述竖板(11)安装于放置板(9)的上方,且竖板(11)的上方设置有压板(12),并且压板(12)的上方安装有螺纹杆(15),所述螺纹杆(15)贯穿于螺纹槽(14),且螺纹槽(14)预留于盖板(13)的内部,所述盖板(13)的上方一侧安装有固定块(16),且固定块(16)的内部贯穿有活动轴(17)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种小型数码产品运输用防静电装置,其特征在于:所述连接杆(4)和底板(2)构成滑动结构,且连接杆(4)和固定轴(3)之间构成旋转结构,并且连接杆(4)的旋转角度范围为0-90°。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种小型数码产品运输用防静电装置,其特征在于:所述离子针(6)等间距的设置在装置本体(1)底部,且离子针(6)设置有3个。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种小型数码产品运输用防静电装置,其特征在于:所述橡胶垫(8)的个数和放置板(9)的个数相等,且橡胶垫(8)和放置板(9)均设置有3个。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种小型数码产品运输用防静电装置,其特征在于:所述压板(12)通过螺纹槽(14)和螺纹杆(15)的啮合来与装置本体(1)构成滑动结构,并且压板(12)和装置本体(1)相互贴合。
