Abstract
The invention provides a roller axial adjusting mechanism and a ring rolling machine, and relates to the field of forging and pressing machinery.A main roller diameter direction feeding sliding block is provided with a ring rolling machine main body moving chute, and a first driving device drives the ring rolling machine main body to move in the ring rolling machine main body moving chute; the main roller axial feeding component is arranged at one side of the ring rolling machine main body, and the main roller is connected with the main roller axial feeding component through a main roller bearing group; the main roll radial feeding sliding block is provided with a core roll axial feeding assembly, and the core roll is connected with the core roll axial feeding assembly through a core roll bearing group; the core roller and the main roller are arranged in parallel, clamp the blank and drive the blank to rotate together; the axial rolling cone roller group comprises two axial rolling cone rollers which are respectively positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the blank, and the ring rolling machine adopts a corresponding roller axial adjusting mechanism. Technical Field
The invention provides a roller axial adjusting mechanism and a ring rolling machine, relates to the field of forging and pressing machinery, and particularly relates to the field of ring rolling machinery.
Background
In the prior known ring rolling machine, the axial positions of a main roller and a core roller relative to a machine body of the ring rolling machine are fixed. The rolling capability of the conventional structure is limited, the quality of ring pieces with special-shaped cross sections cannot be guaranteed when the ring pieces are rolled on the conventional structure, the ring pieces have to be rolled into rectangular cross sections, and then the ring pieces are machined to achieve the required shape, so that great material waste and machining time waste are caused: for example, a ring with a special-shaped cross section like that shown in fig. 2, has to be rolled into the shape of fig. 1 on the prior known ring rolling machine. The required blank is far larger than the ideal blank.
The reason for this is that during rolling, the dimension of the workpiece in the height direction is contracted, the axial position of the lower end face is unchanged when the rectangular section is contracted, the workpiece always leans against the workbench surface of the machine, and the upper end face is contracted downwards; the ring with the special-shaped section is contracted by simultaneously axially contracting the upper end face and the lower end face towards the middle symmetrical plane, so that the lower end face leaves the working table of the machine and is not supported, the rolling process cannot be normally carried out, and the qualified finished ring shown in figure 2 is not rolled.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the invention provides a roller axial adjusting mechanism which can directly roll a ring with a special-shaped section (as shown in fig. 2), thereby saving considerable materials and machining time.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the axial roller adjusting mechanism comprises a main roller, a core roller and an axial rolling cone roller set, wherein the main roller is radially fed into the assembly, the main roller axial feeding assembly and the core roller axial feeding assembly; the main roll diameter direction feeding assembly comprises a main roll diameter direction feeding sliding block and a first driving device, wherein a ring rolling machine body moving chute is arranged on the main roll diameter direction feeding sliding block, and the first driving device drives the ring rolling machine body to move in the ring rolling machine body moving chute; the main roller axial feeding component is arranged on one side of the ring rolling machine main body, and the main roller is connected with the main roller axial feeding component through a main roller bearing group; the main roll radial feeding sliding block is provided with a core roll axial feeding assembly, and the core roll is connected with the core roll axial feeding assembly through a core roll bearing group; the core roller and the main roller are arranged in parallel, clamp the blank and drive the blank to rotate together; the axial rolling cone roller set comprises two axial rolling cone rollers, the two axial rolling cone rollers are respectively positioned on the upper side and the lower side of the blank, and the contact surface of the two axial rolling cone rollers and the blank is parallel to the upper surface of the blank.

The ring rolling machine manufactured according to the scheme can directly roll the special-shaped section of the ring piece, so that the expensive material cost and the machining time are saved considerably, the production cost is reduced effectively, and the working efficiency is improved.

As shown in fig. 3 to 6, in a roller axial adjusting mechanism, a main roller diameter direction feeding slide 61 is provided with a moving chute of a ring rolling machine body 1, and a first driving device 62 drives the ring rolling machine body 1 to move in the moving chute of the ring rolling machine body 1. The main roller radial feed slide 61 is further provided with a core roller axial feed chute and a main roller axial feed chute so that the spindle 3 and the main roller 2 are displaced or rotated.
The main roller axial feeding assembly 8 is mounted on one side of the ring rolling machine main body 1, the main roller 2 is connected with the main roller axial feeding sliding block 81 through the main roller bearing group 82, and the main roller axial feeding sliding block 81 is driven by the third driving device 83 to further drive the main roller 2 to move in the main roller axial direction. The main roller bearing group 82 can ensure the rotation of the main roller 2 and has a thrust function to prevent the main roller 2 from axially moving relative to the slide block.
Correspondingly, a core roller axial feeding assembly 7 is mounted on the main roller radial feeding slide 61, the core roller 3 is connected with a core roller axial feeding slide 71 through a core roller bearing group 72, and the core roller axial feeding slide 71 is driven by a second driving device 73 so as to drive the core roller 3 to move in the axial direction of the core roller.
The core roller 3 is arranged in parallel with the main roller 2, and the core roller 3 and the main roller 2 clamp the blank 9 and jointly drive the blank 9 to rotate; the axial rolling cone roller set 4 comprises two axial rolling cone rollers which are respectively positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the blank 9, and the contact surface of the two axial rolling cone rollers and the blank 9 is parallel to the upper surface of the blank 9 so as to roll.
Preferably, the first driving device 62, the second driving device 73, and the third driving device 83 are all driving cylinders.
The roller axial adjusting mechanism is provided with a main roller diameter feeding slide block 61, a ring rolling machine body 1 moving chute for moving the ring rolling machine body 1 is formed in the main roller diameter feeding slide block 61, a main roller axial feeding assembly 8 is arranged on the ring rolling machine body 1, a main roller 2 is connected with the main shaft axial feeding assembly, a core roller axial feeding assembly 7 is correspondingly arranged on the main roller diameter feeding slide block 61, and a core roller 3 is connected with the core roller axial feeding assembly 7, so that the core roller 3 and the main roller 2 can do own axial movement relative to the ring rolling machine body in the rolling process.
As shown in fig. 5, when neither the main roll 2 nor the core roll 3 is axially moved, which corresponds to the working state of the conventional known ring rolling machine, a gap S is formed between the bottom surface of the ring and the table 11, and no acceptable product can be obtained. As shown in fig. 6, the method that the core roller 3 and the main roller 2 can do their own axial movement relative to the main body of the ring rolling machine in the rolling process is adopted in the technical scheme, so that the upward shrinkage of the lower bottom surface of the workpiece is compensated, the bottom surface of the workpiece can be kept to be supported by the table surface of the workbench 11 all the time, the gap S is eliminated, the rolling process can be smoothly carried out, and the quality of the final product 5 of the ring piece with the special-shaped section is ensured.
Example two
The improvement on the first embodiment is that the core roll axial feed assembly 7 includes a first guide 74 as shown in fig. 3 to 6, the first guide 74 being mounted on the main roll radial feed slider 61 and being in structural engagement with the core roll axial feed slider 71 so as not to be offset.
The main roll axial feed assembly 8 includes a second guide 84, the second guide 84 being mounted on the ring rolling machine body 1 and being structurally engaged with the main roll axial feed slide 81 so as not to be biased.
Example III
The invention also provides a ring rolling machine which adopts the roller axial adjusting mechanism in the first or second embodiment and comprises a ring rolling machine body 1, wherein the ring rolling machine body 1 comprises a workbench 11, and a blank 9 is placed on the workbench 11.
The ring rolling machine manufactured according to the scheme can directly roll the special-shaped section of the ring piece, so that the expensive material cost and the machining time are saved considerably, the production cost is reduced effectively, and the working efficiency is improved.
