The upper top roller 9 and the lower top roller 10 can smoothly rotate around the main shaft 14 of the side top roller while respectively clinging to the upper roller 7 and the lower roller 8, so that the upper top roller 9 and the lower top roller 10 not only solve the axial movement problem and the centering alignment problem of the main shafts of the upper roller assembly 1 and the lower roller assembly 2, but also can rotate along with the rotation of the rollers without generating any additional side effect in the rolling process; the device adopts upper and lower two layers of side top rollers, and because the outer diameter sizes of the upper roller 7 and the lower roller 8 cannot be ensured to be consistent in the processing process and the process requirement is that the rolling speeds of the upper roller 7 and the lower roller 8 are inconsistent in a specific occasion, the side top rollers are adopted in one layer, and because the rotating speeds of the two rollers are inconsistent, the rotating speeds of the two rollers are forced to be consistent by the side top rollers in the rolling process, so that the two rollers can vibrate regularly in the rolling process, and the upper and lower two layers of side top rollers are respectively corresponding to the upper roller 7 or the lower roller 8, so that the problem of vibration of a rolling mill in the rolling process is solved; the device has the advantages that the structure is simple, the manufacturing cost is low, the adjustment is convenient and reliable, the continuous work can be realized only by locking and aligning once, the upper roller 7 and the lower roller 8 can be accurately centered and aligned by arranging the cavity 40 matched with the annular bulge 39 on the lower roller 8, and the risk of friction and even extrusion and burst on the cavity surface is avoided;
according to the invention, the side top roller spindle 14 is placed on the inner side of the fixed seat 31 of the hole forming device, the side top roller spindle 14 is positioned between the first clamping plate 34 and the second clamping plate 36, the first clamping plate 34 is driven to move to one side of the second clamping plate 36 through the clamping cylinder 33, the side top roller spindle 14 is fixed through the first clamping plate 34 and the second clamping plate 36, the jacking cylinder 37 is started, the jacking cylinder 37 drives the top plate 38 to ascend, the top plate 38 is abutted to the bottom surface of the connecting end 142, and the side top roller spindle 14 is kept fixed; the rotating plate 25 is driven to rotate by the rotating motor 26, the rotating plate 25 drives each fixed seat 31 to rotate and drives the side top roller main shaft 14 to rotate, so that the connecting end 142 is aligned with the drill bit 30, the drill bit 30 is driven to rotate by the perforating motor 29, the perforating motor 29 is driven to move by the moving cylinder 28, and the drill bit 30 is driven to perforate one connecting end 142; the cylinder seat 32 is driven to rotate by the overturning motor 35, the first clamping plate 34 is driven to rotate, the side top roller main shaft 14 is overturned by one hundred eighty degrees, and the other connecting end 142 is drilled.

annular grooves are formed in the opposite surfaces of the upper side top roller (9) and the lower side top roller (10), and a needle bearing (11) is arranged between the two annular grooves;
the peripheral surfaces of an upper side top roller (9) and a lower side top roller (10) in the right side top mechanism (3) are respectively attached to one end surfaces of an upper roller (7) and a lower roller (8), and the peripheral surfaces of the upper side top roller (9) and the lower side top roller (10) in the left side top mechanism (4) are respectively attached to the other end surfaces of the upper roller (7) and the lower roller (8);
the upper rolling mill spindle (6) is fixedly provided with a limiting ring (21) and a fixing ring (22), the fixing ring (22) is fixedly connected with the upper rolling mill spindle (6) through a bolt, the upper roller (7) is positioned between the corresponding limiting ring (21) and the corresponding fixing ring (22), two sides of the upper roller (7) are respectively abutted against the corresponding limiting ring (21) and the corresponding fixing ring (22), the lower rolling mill spindle (20) is also fixedly provided with the limiting ring (21) and the fixing ring (22), the lower rolling mill spindle (20) is positioned between the corresponding limiting ring (21) and the corresponding fixing ring (22), and two sides of the lower roller (8) are respectively abutted against the corresponding limiting ring (21) and the corresponding fixing ring (22);

rotating the inner hexagon bolt (18) of the right side top mechanism (3), moving the inner hexagon bolt (18) along the horizontal direction, pushing the mounting support plate (15) to slide on the fixed sliding plate (16), simultaneously driving the upper side top roller (9) and the lower side top roller (10) to respectively slide until the upper side top roller (7) and the lower side top roller (8) are tightly attached to one end surface of the upper roller (7) and one end surface of the lower roller (8), rotating the locking nut (19), enabling one end of the locking nut (19) to be abutted to the bolt positioning plate (17), fixing the inner hexagon bolt (18), fixing the mounting support plate (15), enabling the attaching positions of the upper side top roller (9) and the lower side top roller (10) to be fixed, repeating the steps, enabling the upper side top roller (9) and the lower side top roller (10) in the left side top mechanism (4) to respectively slide until the upper side top roller (7) and the lower roller (8) are tightly attached to the other end surface of the lower roller (8), the upper rolling mill main shaft (6) and the lower rolling mill main shaft (20) respectively drive the upper roller (7) and the lower roller (8) to rotate while rotating, and the upper roller (7) and the lower roller (8) respectively drive the upper top roller (9) and the lower top roller (10) which are tightly attached to the upper roller and the lower roller to rotate while rotating.

and step three, starting the turnover motor (35), driving the air cylinder seat (32) to rotate by the turnover motor (35), driving the first clamping plate (34) to rotate, enabling the side top roller spindle (14) to turn over by one hundred eighty degrees, repeating the steps, and drilling the other connecting end (142).
