The piston rod of the brake cylinder 16 is retracted, the brake cylinder 16 drives the brake rod 27 to approach towards the middle, the brake block 28 positioned in the middle of the brake rod 27 holds the positioning rod 25 tightly for braking, the electric cylinder 12 pushes the sliding table 13 to move leftwards, the lifting electric cylinder 14 drives the positioning disc 17 to move downwards, and the positioning disc leaves the rolling ripple area and returns to the original position.
