Claims (2)

A chain-driven workbench multi-spray-gun mini-character paint spraying machine comprises a rack (1), a workbench transmission device, a workpiece frame (13), a spray gun transmission device and a water curtain cabinet (17), wherein the workbench transmission device is fixed on the rack (1), the spray gun transmission device is fixed on the rack (1) above the middle part of the workbench transmission device, the workbench transmission device is sequentially divided into a feeding area (A1), a paint spraying area (A2) and a discharging area (A3), and the water curtain cabinet (17) is arranged on one side of the paint spraying area (A2) of the workbench transmission device;
the workbench transmission device adopts two chain brackets (15) which are fixed on the rack (1) in parallel, two ends of the two chain brackets (15) are respectively provided with a chain wheel shaft (16), and two ends of each chain wheel shaft (16) are respectively provided with a chain wheel (21) connected by a chain (21 a); one of the chain wheel shafts (16) is connected with a chain driving mechanism;
the spray gun transmission device comprises a spray gun moving mechanism and a spray gun mechanism, wherein the spray gun moving mechanism adopts a lower transverse iron square tube

(d) firstly sweeping and spraying whitening primer by a first spray gun (12) which inclines to the left by 5-25 degrees, sweeping and spraying the whitening primer by a second spray gun (12 a) which inclines to the right by 5-25 degrees during return stroke, so as to sweep and spray the whitening primer in a reciprocating way until the rear end of the workpiece frame (13) leaves the photoelectric travel switch (25), the photoelectric travel switch (25) is switched on, a spray gun transmission device is switched off, and the spray gun stops spraying paint;
(e) the workpiece frame (13) moved to the work table (14) of the blanking area (A3) is moved down, and the work table (14) returns to the feeding area (A1);
(f) after the mini characters in the workpiece frame (13) are painted and dried for the first time, the workpiece frame (13) is turned into an angle of 45 degrees and is placed on the workbench (14);
(g) the workbench (14) moves to a paint spraying area (A2) along with the chain (21 a), and when the front end of the workpiece frame (13) moves to the photoelectric travel switch (25), the spray gun transmission device is started;
(h) firstly sweeping and spraying the shading paint by a third spray gun (12 b) which inclines to the left by 5-25 degrees, sweeping and spraying the shading paint by a fourth spray gun (12 c) which inclines to the right by 5-25 degrees during return stroke, and sweeping and spraying the shading paint in a reciprocating manner until the rear end of the workpiece frame (13) leaves the photoelectric travel switch (25), the photoelectric travel switch (25) is switched on, a spray gun transmission device is switched off, and the spray guns stop spraying the paint;
(i) the workpiece frame (13) moved to the work table (14) of the blanking area (A3) is moved down, and the work table (14) returns to the feeding area (A1);
(j) after the mini characters in the workpiece frame (13) are painted dry for the second time, the workpiece frame (13) is turned to an angle of 45 degrees and is placed on the workbench (14);
