Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical appliances, and particularly relates to a medical multifunctional tendon suture aid.
Background
Tendons are composed of a plurality of longitudinal fiber bundles, loose connective tissues among the bundles are connected together, and tendinosis refers to an operation for repairing and suturing broken tendons again to restore functions, wherein tendon breakage and defect are common diseases, are mostly caused by injury or pathological changes, and the broken or defective tendons must be restored in time in order to restore functions of limbs.
Tendon rupture is very common in emergency trauma patients, in tendon suture operation, doctors need to separate soft tissues near wounds to expose broken ends at two sides of the tendon, because elastic retraction of the tendon needs to be overcome, an assistant doctor needs to clamp the broken ends at two sides of the tendon to be close to the middle by using instruments and keep stable in the whole operation process, and the other doctor can carry out tendon suture, and because the tendon is often close to vascular nerves, tissue blood seepage easily causes poor operation vision and other reasons, the tendon suture process is extremely easy to cause damage of other important tissues nearby, therefore, the tendon suture quality is difficult to be ensured, side injury is easy to cause, the operation needs two doctors to cooperate, and single person is difficult to finish.
Chinese patent application: CN201110006044.1 discloses a medical tendon suture adjustable auxiliary fixator convenient to operate and use, including tendon clamp, the bayonet socket of tendon clamp is tooth form structure, medical tendon suture adjustable auxiliary fixator is including two tendon clamps, all relative swivelling joint has movable longitudinal rod on every tendon clamp, and movable longitudinal rod is rectangular form, all opens on every movable longitudinal rod and has the perforation, wears horizontal regulation dead lever in the perforation, and horizontal regulation dead lever both ends threaded connection has butterfly nut, and butterfly nut is located movable longitudinal rod outside. Chinese patent application: CN201120087708.7 discloses a tendon suture fixer capable of reducing tendon injury degree and convenient to operate and use, comprising a fixed seat and a movable seat, wherein the fixed seat comprises a fixed rod and a guide rod, and the movable seat comprises a connecting rod and a movable rod. However, a medical multifunctional tendon suture aid with good tendon suture operation effect and capable of being operated by a single person is not reported at present.

the invention provides a medical multifunctional tendon suture auxiliary device which comprises an auxiliary device A block and an auxiliary device B block which are connected end to end, wherein grooves which are communicated with each other are formed in the auxiliary device A block and the auxiliary device B block to form a tendon accommodating cavity, tendon clamps are arranged at the distance from the auxiliary device A block to the far end of the auxiliary device B block and the far end of the auxiliary device B block to the auxiliary device A block, and the auxiliary device A block and the auxiliary device B block are connected in a telescopic manner through clamping pieces.
The clamping piece comprises a convex clamping block and a concave clamping groove matched with the convex clamping block, a boss is arranged on the side edge of the convex clamping block, a toothed structure matched with the boss is arranged on the inner side surface of the concave clamping groove, the toothed structure is a unidirectional tooth, and is inserted into the concave clamping groove towards the notch direction of the concave clamping groove when the clamping piece is used, and the boss is clamped on the back surface of the tooth to realize fixation.
The tendon clamp comprises a needle head, a clamping plate, a bearing and a lock catch, wherein the lock catch is hinged to one side edge of an auxiliary device A block/an auxiliary device B block, one end of the clamping plate is hinged to the other side of the auxiliary device A block/the auxiliary device B block through the bearing, and the other end of the clamping plate is fixed through the lock catch; the needle is arranged on the inner side wall of the auxiliary device A block/the auxiliary device B block, and faces the lower surface of the clamping plate to form a clamping state with the lower surface of the clamping plate.
The lower surface of the clamping plate is provided with a needle hole matched with the needle head.
The needle heads are arranged in a plurality, and all the needle heads are positioned on the same plane.
The tendon suture operation device has the advantages that the suture operation can be implemented by a single person through fixing the positions of the auxiliary device A block and the auxiliary device B block, the single person operation of the tendon suture operation is effectively realized, the human hand is saved, and the single person operation effect is better.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1-3, a medical multifunctional tendon suture assisting device is provided, which comprises an assisting device a block 1 and an assisting device B block 2 which are connected end to end, wherein grooves which are communicated with each other are formed in the assisting device a block 1 and the assisting device B block 2 to form a tendon accommodating cavity for accommodating broken tendons, a tendon clamp is arranged at the far end of the assisting device a block 1 away from the assisting device B block 2 and the far end of the assisting device B block 2 away from the assisting device a block 1, and the assisting device a block 1 and the assisting device B block 2 are connected in a telescopic manner through a clamping piece.
The tendon clamp comprises a needle head 4, a clamping plate 5, a bearing and a lock catch 7, wherein the lock catch 7 is hinged on one side edge of an auxiliary A block 1/an auxiliary B block 2, one end of the clamping plate 5 is hinged on the other side of the auxiliary A block 1/the auxiliary B block 2 through the bearing, and the other end of the clamping plate is fixed through the lock catch 7; the needles 4 are provided with a plurality of needles, and are fixed on the inner side wall of the auxiliary device A block 1/the auxiliary device B block 2 through a support 3, so that the tips of all the needles 4 are ensured to be positioned on the same plane. The tip of the needle 4 faces the lower surface of the clamping plate 5, a needle hole 6 is formed in the lower surface of the clamping plate 5 opposite to the needle 4, and when the needle is used, broken tendons pass through the needle 4 and the clamping plate 5 and are fixed in the auxiliary device under the cooperation of the lock catch 7, so that the positions of the broken tendons are stable and not loose.
The clamping piece comprises a convex clamping block 8 and a concave clamping groove 9 matched with the convex clamping block, a boss 81 is arranged on the side edge of the convex clamping block 8, which faces the concave clamping groove 9, a toothed structure 91 matched with the boss 81 is arranged on the inner side surface of the concave clamping groove 9, the toothed structure 91 is a unidirectional tooth, faces the notch direction of the concave clamping groove 9, the convex clamping block 8 is tightly and firmly matched with the concave clamping groove 9 through the clamping of the boss 81 and the toothed structure 91, the position stability of tendons is guaranteed, and the stability and safety of the operation process are realized.
When the suturing operation is carried out, the needle heads 4 on the two sides of the tendon are respectively inserted into the positions which are about 1.5cm away from the broken ends, the tendon is clamped by the lock catches 7, the doctor pulls the auxiliary device A block 1 and the auxiliary device B block 2 close together by both hands until the two hands are at satisfactory positions, the convex clamping blocks 8 are inserted into the corresponding concave clamping grooves 9, at the moment, the broken parts of the tendon are just positioned in the auxiliary devices, the suturing operation can be carried out by a single person, and the lock catches 7 of the tendon clamp are released after the operation is finished, and the auxiliary devices are taken out. The mode effectively realizes single operator operation of tendon suture operation, saves human hands, and has better single operator operation effect. Because the action position of the auxiliary device is about 1.5cm away from two sides of the broken tendon, other important tissues such as adjacent vascular nerves are all positioned outside the auxiliary device, thereby avoiding the operation side injury, the groove-shaped tendon accommodating cavity can also prevent the peripheral blood seepage from entering, realizing clear operation vision and improving the suturing quality of the tendon.
