The tensioner 7 includes a second mounting bar 701, a first tension assembly 702, and a second tension assembly 703, the first tension assembly 702 being fixed to one end of the second mounting bar 701, the second tension assembly 703 being connected to the first tension assembly 702. The tensioner 7 is insertable on the socket 4 via the second mounting rod 701.
