Abstract

本发明公开了一种高精度调节的自润滑块球阀,包括阀体,所述阀体的内腔体的右端上嵌套固定有右密封环体,阀体的内腔体的左端处嵌套有左密封环体,球状阀芯处于左密封环体和右密封环体之间,所述球状阀芯中部成型有左右贯穿的流通孔;所述球状阀芯的顶端中部成型有矩形凹孔,固定块插套在矩形凹孔中,固定块的顶面固定有旋转杆,旋转杆插套在上方的自润滑块的中部通孔中。本发明结构简单,制作方便,其旋转杆和球形阀芯之间采用非固定式连接,使得安装拆卸方便,而且,其球形阀芯旋转角度调节精度高,可以根据需要精确调整,保证其输送量与要求相适应,同时,其通过自润滑块实现球形阀芯的顶部和底部支撑,从而保证其旋转时稳定,效果正常。

技术领域:
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种高精度调节的自润滑块球阀。
背景技术:
现有的球阀,其球形阀芯的外侧壁一般是压靠在对应的两个密封套的端面上,而球形阀芯的顶端直接固定杆部,杆部伸出阀体,通过杆部旋转实现控制,其杆部与球形阀芯采用直接固定式连接,其安装拆卸麻烦,而且旋转时,球形阀芯的顶端和底端没有支撑,其旋转时,平衡性效果并不理想。
而且现有的球阀其杆部旋转的角度旋转并不精确,使得在进行一些控制流量中,无法做到精确控制,影响输送的效果。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种高精度调节的自润滑块球阀,它结构简单,制作方便,其旋转杆和球形阀芯之间采用非固定式连接,使得安装拆卸方便,而且,其球形阀芯旋转角度调节精度高,可以根据需要精确调整,保证其输送量与要求相适应,同时,其通过自润滑块实现球形阀芯的顶部和底部支撑,从而保证其旋转时稳定,效果正常。
本发明解决所述技术问题的方案是:
一种高精度调节的自润滑块球阀,包括阀体,所述阀体的右端成型有出液管体,阀体的左端面通过螺栓固定连接有进液管体,阀体的内腔体的右端上嵌套固定有右密封环体,阀体的内腔体的左端处嵌套有左密封环体,球状阀芯处于左密封环体和右密封环体之间,球状阀芯的左端外壁压靠在左密封环体的右侧壁的内端具有的弧形槽的内壁面上,球状阀芯的右端外壁压靠在右密封环体的左侧壁的内端具有的环形槽的内壁面上;
所述左密封环体和右密封环体之间的内腔体的顶面和底面均固定有自润滑块,上方的自润滑块的底面中部和下方的自润滑块的顶面中部均成型有球形凹孔,球状阀芯的顶端和底端插套在对应的球形凹孔中并压靠在球形凹孔的内壁面上;
所述球状阀芯中部成型有左右贯穿的流通孔;
所述球状阀芯的顶端中部成型有矩形凹孔,固定块插套在矩形凹孔中,固定块的顶面固定有旋转杆,旋转杆插套在上方的自润滑块的中部通孔中,旋转杆的顶端伸出阀体的顶板的中部顶面成型有的延伸套体,旋转杆的顶端固定有大直径齿轮,阀体的顶面固定有上支撑架,上支撑架的底板上铰接有竖直转轴,竖直转轴的中部固定有小直径齿轮,竖直转轴的上部铰接在上支撑架的顶板,竖直转轴的顶端伸出上支撑架的顶板并固定有调节手轮,小直径齿轮与大直径齿轮相啮合。
所述延伸套体中插套有自润滑套体,自润滑套体的顶部外侧壁具有径向延伸边,径向延伸边通过螺栓固定连接在延伸套体的顶面上,旋转杆插套在自润滑套体中。
所述自润滑套体的内侧壁上具有的环形凹槽中嵌套有内密封套,旋转杆插套在内密封套中,内密封套的内侧壁紧贴旋转杆的外侧壁。
所述自润滑套体的外侧壁上具有的外环形凹槽中嵌套有外密封套,外密封套的外侧壁压靠在延伸套体的内侧壁上。
所述进液管体的右端面与阀体的左端面之间夹持有密封垫。
所述上支撑架的顶板覆盖大直径齿轮和小直径齿轮。
本发明的突出效果是:与现有技术相比,它结构简单,制作方便,其旋转杆和球形阀芯之间采用非固定式连接,使得安装拆卸方便,而且,其球形阀芯旋转角度调节精度高,可以根据需要精确调整,保证其输送量与要求相适应,同时,其通过自润滑块实现球形阀芯的顶部和底部支撑,从而保证其旋转时稳定,效果正常。

实施例,见如图1所示,一种高精度调节的自润滑块球阀,包括阀体10,所述阀体10的右端成型有出液管体11,阀体10的左端面通过螺栓固定连接有进液管体12,阀体10的内腔体的右端上嵌套固定有右密封环体14,阀体10的内腔体的左端处嵌套有左密封环体13,球状阀芯15处于左密封环体13和右密封环体14之间,球状阀芯15的左端外壁压靠在左密封环体13的右侧壁的内端具有的弧形槽的内壁面上,球状阀芯15的右端外壁压靠在右密封环体14的左侧壁的内端具有的环形槽的内壁面上;
所述左密封环体13和右密封环体14之间的内腔体的顶面和底面均固定有自润滑块16,上方的自润滑块16的底面中部和下方的自润滑块16的顶面中部均成型有球形凹孔161,球状阀芯15的顶端和底端插套在对应的球形凹孔161中并压靠在球形凹孔161的内壁面上;
所述球状阀芯15中部成型有左右贯穿的流通孔151;
所述球状阀芯15的顶端中部成型有矩形凹孔152,固定块17插套在矩形凹孔152中,固定块17的顶面固定有旋转杆171,旋转杆171插套在上方的自润滑块16的中部通孔中,旋转杆171的顶端伸出阀体10的顶板的中部顶面成型有的延伸套体18,旋转杆171的顶端固定有大直径齿轮172,阀体10的顶面固定有上支撑架20,上支撑架20的底板上铰接有竖直转轴21,竖直转轴21的中部固定有小直径齿轮22,竖直转轴21的上部铰接在上支撑架20的顶板,竖直转轴21的顶端伸出上支撑架20的顶板并固定有调节手轮23,小直径齿轮22与大直径齿轮172相啮合。
进一步的说,所述延伸套体18中插套有自润滑套体19,自润滑套体19的顶部外侧壁具有径向延伸边191,径向延伸边191通过螺栓固定连接在延伸套体18的顶面上,旋转杆171插套在自润滑套体19中。
进一步的说,所述自润滑套体19的内侧壁上具有的环形凹槽中嵌套有内密封套192,旋转杆171插套在内密封套192中,内密封套192的内侧壁紧贴旋转杆171的外侧壁。
进一步的说,所述自润滑套体19的外侧壁上具有的外环形凹槽中嵌套有外密封套1,外密封套1的外侧壁压靠在延伸套体18的内侧壁上。
进一步的说,所述进液管体12的右端面与阀体10的左端面之间夹持有密封垫2。
进一步的说,所述上支撑架20的顶板覆盖大直径齿轮172和小直径齿轮22。
本实施例在使用时,通过转动调节手轮23,使得小直径齿轮22带动大直径齿轮172运行,其现在精度高,可以感觉要求旋转,从而实现球形阀芯15自动旋转一定角度,保证液体流通量,满足输送要求,其中,其通过两个自润滑块16对球形阀芯15的顶面和底面的支撑,保证其旋转稳定,效果好,而其球状阀芯15的顶端中部成型有矩形凹孔152,固定块17插套在矩形凹孔152中,固定块17的顶面固定有旋转杆171,其采用非固定式连接驱动球形阀芯15旋转,使得其安装拆卸方便,方便维修维护。

1.一种高精度调节的自润滑块球阀,包括阀体(10),其特征在于:所述阀体(10)的右端成型有出液管体(11),阀体(10)的左端面通过螺栓固定连接有进液管体(12),阀体(10)的内腔体的右端上嵌套固定有右密封环体(14),阀体(10)的内腔体的左端处嵌套有左密封环体(13),球状阀芯(15)处于左密封环体(13)和右密封环体(14)之间,球状阀芯(15)的左端外壁压靠在左密封环体(13)的右侧壁的内端具有的弧形槽的内壁面上,球状阀芯(15)的右端外壁压靠在右密封环体(14)的左侧壁的内端具有的环形槽的内壁面上;
所述左密封环体(13)和右密封环体(14)之间的内腔体的顶面和底面均固定有自润滑块(16),上方的自润滑块(16)的底面中部和下方的自润滑块(16)的顶面中部均成型有球形凹孔(161),球状阀芯(15)的顶端和底端插套在对应的球形凹孔(161)中并压靠在球形凹孔(161)的内壁面上;
所述球状阀芯(15)中部成型有左右贯穿的流通孔(151);
所述球状阀芯(15)的顶端中部成型有矩形凹孔(152),固定块(17)插套在矩形凹孔(152)中,固定块(17)的顶面固定有旋转杆(171),旋转杆(171)插套在上方的自润滑块(16)的中部通孔中,旋转杆(171)的顶端伸出阀体(10)的顶板的中部顶面成型有的延伸套体(18),旋转杆(171)的顶端固定有大直径齿轮(172),阀体(10)的顶面固定有上支撑架(20),上支撑架(20)的底板上铰接有竖直转轴(21),竖直转轴(21)的中部固定有小直径齿轮(22),竖直转轴(21)的上部铰接在上支撑架(20)的顶板,竖直转轴(21)的顶端伸出上支撑架(20)的顶板并固定有调节手轮(23),小直径齿轮(22)与大直径齿轮(172)相啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高精度调节的自润滑块球阀,其特征在于:所述延伸套体(18)中插套有自润滑套体(19),自润滑套体(19)的顶部外侧壁具有径向延伸边(191),径向延伸边(191)通过螺栓固定连接在延伸套体(18)的顶面上,旋转杆(171)插套在自润滑套体(19)中。
