Abstract
本发明公开了一种铜包钢线的预处理装置,包括前后依次相连的清洗装置和助焊装置。本发明通过清洗装置对铜包钢线进行清洗,并且清洗池内的清水循环使用,提高了清水的利用率;通过助焊装置在铜包钢线的表面附上助焊液,提高镀锡的效果,并且助焊液池内的助焊液循环使用,提高了助焊液的利用率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种铜包钢线的预处理装置。
背景技术
近年来,随着电子工业的迅速发展,为了改善电子元件和材料的可焊性和降低成本,采用在电子元件的引线上镀上可焊性良好的镀锡层。使用目前的镀锡溶液在引线表面可获得光亮的镀层,但镀层的可焊性差,而且引线在空气中存放2~6个月后,镀层便变成灰黑色,焊接性能更差。此外,镀液本身也很不稳定,在空气中放置1~2个月,镀液便变浑,严重影响镀层的光亮性和可焊性。
同时,镀层与引线的结合率较差,引线在空气中存放2~6个月后,镀层便便会慢慢脱落。
为了提高镀层的光亮性、可焊性,以及与引线的结合率,需要在对铜包钢线进行前期处理。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种铜包钢线的预处理装置,在镀锡前对铜包钢线进行清洗、过助焊液,从而提高镀层的光亮性、可焊性,以及与引线的结合率。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种铜包钢线的预处理装置,包括前后依次相连的清洗装置和助焊装置;
所述的清洗装置包括顶部开口的清洗池,以及设置在清水池下方的蓄水池,所述的清洗池由前向后被两个隔板分隔成前下水池、进水池和后下水池,所述的隔板上设有便于铜包钢线穿过的缝隙,所述前下水池的前侧壁和后下水池的后侧壁上均设有瓷眼,所述进水池的底部与进水管相连,所述前下水池和后下水池的底部分别与一出水管相连,所述的进水管和出水管均与蓄水池相连,所述的蓄水池内设有将蓄水池内的清水从进水管送入清洗池的清水提升泵;
所述的助焊装置包括顶部开口的助焊液池,以及设置在助焊液池下方的助焊液放置池,所述的助焊液池由前向后被两个隔板分隔成前下液池、进液池和后下液池,所述的隔板上设有便于铜包钢线穿过的缝隙,所述前下液池的前侧壁和后下液池的后侧壁上均设有瓷眼,所述进液池的底部与进液管相连,所述前下液池和后下液池的底部分别与一出液管相连,所述的进液管和出液管均与助焊液放置池相连,所述的助焊液放置池内设有将助焊液放置池内的助焊液从进液管送入助焊液池的助焊液提升泵。
本发明的有益效果:
1、通过清洗装置对铜包钢线进行清洗,并且清洗池内的清水循环使用,提高了清水的利用率;
2、通过助焊装置在铜包钢线的表面附上助焊液,提高镀锡的效果,并且助焊液池内的助焊液循环使用,提高了助焊液的利用率。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例并结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
如图1、2、3所示的一种铜包钢线的预处理装置,包括前后依次相连的清洗装置和助焊装置;
所述的清洗装置包括顶部开口的清洗池21,以及设置在清水池21下方的蓄水池22,所述的清洗池21由前向后被两个隔板23分隔成前下水池24、进水池25和后下水池26,所述的隔板23上设有便于铜包钢线穿过的缝隙27,所述前下水池24的前侧壁和后下水池26的后侧壁上均设有瓷眼9,所述进水池25的底部与进水管28相连,所述前下水池24和后下水池26的底部分别与一出水管29相连,所述的进水管28和出水管29均与蓄水池22相连,所述的蓄水池22内设有将蓄水池22内的清水从进水管28送入清洗池21的清水提升泵;
所述的助焊装置包括顶部开口的助焊液池31,以及设置在助焊液池31下方的助焊液放置池32,所述的助焊液池31由前向后被两个隔板23分隔成前下液池34、进液池35和后下液池36,所述的隔板23上设有便于铜包钢线穿过的缝隙27,所述前下液池34的前侧壁和后下液池36的后侧壁上均设有瓷眼9,所述进液池35的底部与进液管38相连,所述前下液池34和后下液池36的底部分别与一出液管39相连,所述的进液管38和出液管39均与助焊液放置池32相连,所述的助焊液放置池32内设有将助焊液放置池32内的助焊液从进液管38送入助焊液池31的助焊液提升泵。
本发明的工作原理:助焊装置的后端设有拉动铜包钢线的驱动机构,例如驱动电机,铜包钢线从前下水池24前侧壁的瓷眼9进入前下水池24,然后从缝隙27进入清洗池21清洗,清洗完毕后,从缝隙27进入后下水池26,再从后下水池26后侧壁上的瓷眼9向后输送,接着从前下液池34前侧壁的瓷眼9进入前下液池34,然后从缝隙27进入助焊液池31,使得铜包钢线浸于助焊液中,接着从缝隙27进入后下液池36,再从后下液池36后侧壁上的瓷眼9输出,送入锡炉进行后续镀锡工艺。
蓄水池22中的清水由进水管28进入清水池21,清水池21中的清水从隔板上的缝隙27流入前下水池24和后下水池26中,再由出水管29回流到蓄水池22中,形成了清水的循环使用。
助焊液放置池32中的助焊液由进液管38进入助焊液池31,助焊液池31中的助焊液从隔板上的缝隙27流入前液水池34和后下液池36中,再由出液管39回流到助焊液放置池32中,形成了助焊液的循环使用。

1.一种铜包钢线的预处理装置,其特征在于,包括前后依次相连的清洗装置和助焊装置;
所述的清洗装置包括顶部开口的清洗池(21),以及设置在清水池(21)下方的蓄水池(22),所述的清洗池(21)由前向后被两个隔板(23)分隔成前下水池(24)、进水池(25)和后下水池(26),所述的隔板(23)上设有便于铜包钢线穿过的缝隙(27),所述前下水池(24)的前侧壁和后下水池(26)的后侧壁上均设有瓷眼(9),所述进水池(25)的底部与进水管(28)相连,所述前下水池(24)和后下水池(26)的底部分别与一出水管(29)相连,所述的进水管(28)和出水管(29)均与蓄水池(22)相连,所述的蓄水池(22)内设有将蓄水池(22)内的清水从进水管(28)送入清洗池(21)的清水提升泵;所述的助焊装置包括顶部开口的助焊液池(31),以及设置在助焊液池(31)下方的助焊液放置池(32),所述的助焊液池(31)由前向后被两个隔板(23)分隔成前下液池(34)、进液池(35)和后下液池(36),所述的隔板(23)上设有便于铜包钢线穿过的缝隙(27),所述前下液池(34)的前侧壁和后下液池(36)的后侧壁上均设有瓷眼(9),所述进液池(35)的底部与进液管(38)相连,所述前下液池(34)和后下液池(36)的底部分别与一出液管(39)相连,所述的进液管(38)和出液管(39)均与助焊液放置池(32)相连,所述的助焊液放置池(32)内设有将助焊液放置池(32)内的助焊液从进液管(38)送入助焊液池(31)的助焊液提升泵。
