本发明公开了一种树皮环保燃烧块及其制备工艺,燃料块由以下重量份的原料组成:松树皮40‑50份、柏树皮30‑40份、榆树皮30‑40份、禽畜粪便10‑18份、煤炭粉10‑16份、二氧化锰8‑13份、碳酸钠5‑8份、四氧化三铁5‑9份、硝酸锌5‑9份、锰矿粉2‑6份、胶合剂6‑12份、氧化钙3‑8份;本发明一种树皮环保燃烧块,由农村随处能得的废弃树皮制备,采用现在压制、硫化工艺,制成燃烧煤块,燃烧不产生污染大气的二氧化硫等有害物质,制备工艺简单方便,适合工厂大规模推广生产,能够产生较好经济效益。

技术领域
本发明属于燃料制作领域,具体涉及一种树皮环保燃烧块及其制备工艺。
背景技术
农村种植许多柏树、松树、榆树等,会产生大量枯死的树皮,树皮燃烧能够产生很高的能量,但是会释放出污染大气的二氧化硫、二氧化氮等有害气体,煤炭一直是农村生活能源的主要来源,煤炭是不可再生资源,寻找到新的能源来部分替代煤炭是一项有重大意义的工作。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决上述问题,提供一种树皮环保燃烧块,原料由农村废弃的枯树皮制作而成,能够替代部分燃烧煤块。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种树皮环保燃烧块,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:松树皮40-50份、柏树皮30-40份、榆树皮30-40份、禽畜粪便10-18份、煤炭粉10-16份、二氧化锰8-13份、碳酸钠5-8份、四氧化三铁5-9份、硝酸锌5-9份、锰矿粉2-6份、胶合剂6-12份、氧化钙3-8份。
进一步的,一种树皮环保燃烧块,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:松树皮42-48份、柏树皮33-37份、榆树皮33-37份、禽畜粪便13-16份、煤炭粉12-14份、二氧化锰9-12份、碳酸钠6-7份、四氧化三铁6-8份、硝酸锌6-8份、锰矿粉3-5份、胶合剂7-11份、氧化钙4-7份。
进一步的,一种树皮环保燃烧块,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:松树皮45份、柏树皮35份、榆树皮35份、禽畜粪便14份、煤炭粉13份、二氧化锰11份、碳酸钠6.5份、四氧化三铁7份、硝酸锌7份、锰矿粉4份、胶合剂9份、氧化钙6份。
一种树皮环保燃烧块及其制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、将所述比例禽畜粪便晒干、粉碎、混合得到粪便混合物;
S2、将所述比例松树皮、柏树皮、榆树皮去除杂物、混合、粉碎,得到树皮混合物;
S3、将所述比例煤炭粉、粪便混合物、树皮混合物、对应比例二氧化锰、碳酸钠、四氧化三铁一同放入脱硫机搅拌脱硫,得到原料A;
S4、将原料A和对应比例硝酸锌、锰矿粉、氧化钙、胶合剂一同放入热锅混合机中混合、搅匀,得到燃烧块母料,混合温度保持在40-50℃;
S5、将燃烧块母料在自然光下晾干,敲成块状,得到树皮环保燃烧块。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明采用农村废弃树皮制作,采用现代硫化工艺,在燃烧块燃烧过程中不产生污染环境的二氧化硫,二氧化氮等有害物质,制备工艺简单方便,能够大规模推广生产,节约煤炭能源,绿色环保。

具体实施例1:一种树皮环保燃烧块,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:松树皮40份、柏树皮30份、榆树皮30份、禽畜粪便10份、煤炭粉10份、二氧化锰8份、碳酸钠5份、四氧化三铁5份、硝酸锌5份、锰矿粉2份、胶合剂6份、氧化钙3份。
一种树皮环保燃烧块的制备工艺为:
S1、将所述比例禽畜粪便晒干、粉碎、混合得到粪便混合物;
S2、将所述比例松树皮、柏树皮、榆树皮去除杂物、混合、粉碎,得到树皮混合物;
S3、将所述比例煤炭粉、粪便混合物、树皮混合物、对应比例二氧化锰、碳酸钠、四氧化三铁一同放入脱硫机搅拌脱硫,得到原料A;
S4、将原料A和对应比例硝酸锌、锰矿粉、氧化钙、胶合剂一同放入热锅混合机中混合、搅匀,得到燃烧块母料,混合温度保持在40℃;
S5、将燃烧块母料在自然光下晾干,敲成块状,得到树皮环保燃烧块。

S2、将所述比例松树皮、柏树皮、榆树皮去除杂物、混合、粉碎,得到树皮混合物;
S3、将所述比例煤炭粉、粪便混合物、树皮混合物、对应比例二氧化锰、碳酸钠、四氧化三铁一同放入脱硫机搅拌脱硫,得到原料A;
S4、将原料A和对应比例硝酸锌、锰矿粉、氧化钙、胶合剂一同放入热锅混合机中混合、搅匀,得到燃烧块母料,混合温度保持在45℃;
S5、将燃烧块母料在自然光下晾干,敲成块状,得到树皮环保燃烧块。
具体实施例3:一种树皮环保燃烧块,其按以下原料的重量份组成:松树皮50份、柏树皮40份、榆树皮40份、禽畜粪便18份、煤炭粉16份、二氧化锰13份、碳酸钠8份、四氧化三铁9份、硝酸锌9份、锰矿粉6份、胶合剂12份、氧化钙8份。
一种树皮环保燃烧块的制备工艺为:
S1、将所述比例禽畜粪便晒干、粉碎、混合得到粪便混合物;
S2、将所述比例松树皮、柏树皮、榆树皮去除杂物、混合、粉碎,得到树皮混合物;
S3、将所述比例煤炭粉、粪便混合物、树皮混合物、对应比例二氧化锰、碳酸钠、四氧化三铁一同放入脱硫机搅拌脱硫,得到原料A;
S4、将原料A和对应比例硝酸锌、锰矿粉、氧化钙、胶合剂一同放入热锅混合机中混合、搅匀,得到燃烧块母料,混合温度保持在50℃;
S5、将燃烧块母料在自然光下晾干,敲成块状,得到树皮环保燃烧块。

1.一种树皮环保燃烧块,其特征在于,由如下按照重量份的原料组成:松树皮40-50份、柏树皮30-40份、榆树皮30-40份、禽畜粪便10-18份、煤炭粉10-16份、二氧化锰8-13份、碳酸钠5-8份、四氧化三铁5-9份、硝酸锌5-9份、锰矿粉2-6份、胶合剂6-12份、氧化钙3-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种树皮环保燃烧块,其特征在于,由如下按照重量份的原料组成:松树皮42-48份、柏树皮33-37份、榆树皮33-37份、禽畜粪便13-16份、煤炭粉12-14份、二氧化锰9-12份、碳酸钠6-7份、四氧化三铁6-8份、硝酸锌6-8份、锰矿粉3-5份、胶合剂7-11份、氧化钙4-7份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种树皮环保燃烧块,其特征在于,由如下按照重量份的原料组成:松树皮45份、柏树皮35份、榆树皮35份、禽畜粪便14份、煤炭粉13份、二氧化锰11份、碳酸钠6.5份、四氧化三铁7份、硝酸锌7份、锰矿粉4份、胶合剂9份、氧化钙6份。
4.一种根据权利要求1-3任意所述的树皮环保燃烧块制备工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、将所述比例禽畜粪便晒干、粉碎、混合得到粪便混合物;
S2、将所述比例松树皮、柏树皮、榆树皮去除杂物、混合、粉碎,得到树皮混合物;
S3、将所述比例煤炭粉、粪便混合物、树皮混合物、对应比例二氧化锰、碳酸钠、四氧化三铁一同放入脱硫机搅拌脱硫,得到原料A;
S4、将原料A和对应比例硝酸锌、锰矿粉、氧化钙、胶合剂一同放入热锅混合机中混合、搅匀,得到燃烧块母料,混合温度保持在40-50℃;
S5、将燃烧块母料在自然光下晾干,敲成块状,得到树皮环保燃烧块。
