Abstract
本发明公开了一种弹性材料以及低噪音电热水壶,该弹性材料由A组分与B组分反应得到,所述A组分以重量份数计包括:聚醚多元醇35‑40份、聚酯多元醇25‑35份、1,4‑丁二醇1‑5份、MOCA1‑5份,催化剂0.1‑1份、匀泡剂1‑2份,水1‑2份以及颜料0.1‑1份;所述B组分包括:MDI30‑35份以及TDI5‑10份,其中,所述聚醚多元醇的羟值为50‑300mgKOH/g,所述聚酯多元醇的羟值为50‑300mgKOH/g。本发明实施例提出的弹性材料的压缩刚度均大于3MPa/mm,压缩永久形均小于5%。可见,本发明实施例提出的弹性材料制成的弹性底座柔软、缓冲性能好,并且回弹性能好,压缩永久形变小,寿命长,减震降噪性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及电热水壶制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种弹性材料以及低噪音电热水壶。
背景技术
电热水壶指一种用于饭店客房内供客人自助烧开水的电开水器,一般有分体式电源底座,水沸自动开关,有水位指示标准和电源指示灯、干燥保护等安全装置,一般技术指标为950W左右,水容量从0.5到2公升均有,电压220—240V。电热水壶由于烧水快速、方便而深受消费者的喜欢。
现有技术中,电热水壶在工作过程中噪声巨大,对用户带来了极大的不良影响,造成的用户体验极差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是如何提供一种低噪声电热水壶。
为了解决上述问题,第一方面,本发明实施例提出一种弹性材料,所述弹性材料由A组分与B组分反应得到,所述A组分以重量份数计包括:聚醚多元醇35-40份、聚酯多元醇25-35份、1,4-丁二醇1-5份、MOCA1-5份,催化剂0.1-1份、匀泡剂1-2份,水1-2份以及颜料0.1-1份;所述B组分包括:MDI30-35份以及TDI5-10份,其中,所述聚醚多元醇的羟值为50-300mgKOH/g,所述聚酯多元醇的羟值为50-300mgKOH/g。
其进一步的技术方案为,所述A组分以重量份数计包括:聚醚多元醇35份、聚酯多元醇25份、1,4-丁二醇1份、MOCA1份,催化剂0.1份、匀泡剂1份,水1份以及颜料0.1份;所述B组分包括:MDI30份以及TDI5份。
其进一步的技术方案为,所述所述A组分以重量份数计包括:聚醚多元醇40份、聚酯多元醇35份、1,4-丁二醇5份、MOCA5份,催化剂1份、匀泡剂2份,水2份以及颜料1份;所述B组分包括:MDI35份以及TDI10份。
其进一步的技术方案为,所述A组分以重量份数计包括:聚醚多元醇38份、聚酯多元醇28份、1,4-丁二醇3份、MOCA3份,催化剂0.7份、匀泡剂1.5份,水1.5份以及颜料0.8份;所述B组分包括:MDI32份以及TDI7份。
其进一步的技术方案为,所述A组分以重量份数计包括:聚醚多元醇33份、聚酯多元醇26份、1,4-丁二醇2份、MOCA2.5份,催化剂0.4份、匀泡剂1.7份,水1.2份以及颜料0.3份;所述B组分包括:MDI33份以及TDI6份。
第二方面,本发明提出一种低噪音电热水壶,所述低噪音电热水壶包括壶体以及弹性底座,所述壶体设于所述弹性底座上,所述弹性底座由权利要求1-5任一项所述的弹性材料制成。
与现有技术相比,本发明所能达到的技术效果包括:
本发明实施例提出的弹性材料的压缩刚度均大于3MPa/mm,压缩永久形均小于5%。可见,本发明实施例提出的弹性材料制成的弹性底座柔软、缓冲性能好,并且回弹性能好,压缩永久形变小,寿命长,减震降噪性能好。

其中,MOCA代表3,3'-二氯-4,4'-二氨基二苯基甲烷。MDI是指二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯。TDI是指甲苯二异氰酸酯。
下面给出本发明提出的一种弹性材料的几个可选的实施例。
实施例1
一种弹性材料,所述弹性材料由A组分与B组分反应得到,所述A组分以重量份数计包括:聚醚多元醇35份、聚酯多元醇25份、1,4-丁二醇1份、MOCA1份,催化剂0.1份、匀泡剂1份,水1份以及颜料0.1份;所述B组分包括:MDI30份以及TDI5份。
实施例2
一种弹性材料,所述弹性材料由A组分与B组分反应得到,所述所述A组分以重量份数计包括:聚醚多元醇40份、聚酯多元醇35份、1,4-丁二醇5份、MOCA5份,催化剂1份、匀泡剂2份,水2份以及颜料1份;所述B组分包括:MDI35份以及TDI10份。

一种弹性材料,所述弹性材料由A组分与B组分反应得到,所述A组分以重量份数计包括:聚醚多元醇38份、聚酯多元醇28份、1,4-丁二醇3份、MOCA3份,催化剂0.7份、匀泡剂1.5份,水1.5份以及颜料0.8份;所述B组分包括:MDI32份以及TDI7份。
实施例4
一种弹性材料,所述弹性材料由A组分与B组分反应得到,所述A组分以重量份数计包括:聚醚多元醇33份、聚酯多元醇26份、1,4-丁二醇2份、MOCA2.5份,催化剂0.4份、匀泡剂1.7份,水1.2份以及颜料0.3份;所述B组分包括:MDI33份以及TDI6份。
测量实施例1-4的弹性材料的压缩刚度以及压缩永久形变,实验结果如下表1所示。

由以上实验数据可知,本发明实施例提出的弹性材料的压缩刚度均大于3MPa/mm,压缩永久形均小于5%。可见,本发明实施例提出的弹性材料制成的弹性底座柔软、缓冲性能好,并且回弹性能好,压缩永久形变小,寿命长,减震降噪性能好。
参见图1,本发明实施例提出一种低噪音电热水壶100,所述低噪音电热水壶100包括壶体10以及弹性底座20,所述壶体10设于所述弹性底座20上,所述弹性底座20由以上实施例所述的弹性材料制成。
电热水壶还包括其它能够实现电热水壶基本功能的部件,对此本发明不再赘述。

2.根据权利要求1所述的弹性材料,其特征在于,所述A组分以重量份数计包括:聚醚多元醇35份、聚酯多元醇25份、1,4-丁二醇1份、MOCA1份,催化剂0.1份、匀泡剂1份,水1份以及颜料0.1份;所述B组分包括:MDI30份以及TDI5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的弹性材料,其特征在于,所述所述A组分以重量份数计包括:聚醚多元醇40份、聚酯多元醇35份、1,4-丁二醇5份、MOCA5份,催化剂1份、匀泡剂2份,水2份以及颜料1份;所述B组分包括:MDI35份以及TDI10份。
