技术领域
本发明涉及一种橡胶成型的方法具体讲即硅橡胶同柔性材料一体成型的方法,属橡胶的成型领域。
背景技术
以前市面上的普通的硅橡胶成型一般是用100%的硅橡胶进行成型,后来逐步发展到硅橡胶与其它材料比如塑料、玻璃、金属等进行一体成型。这些成型的方法可以改变硅橡胶的强度并使它变得有刚性,但金 属、塑料、玻璃与硅橡胶的结合只是表面的粘结,它在外力的作用下容易被剥离,并且塑料、金属、玻璃都是硬质材料,它们与硅橡胶的一体成型而成的部件较多地用于做一些结构件或受力受热的部件,且由于其质感较硬,不适宜做装饰件,以上不足 大大限制了硅橡胶在应用领域的拓展。
发明内容
本发明在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种硅橡胶与柔性材料一体成型的方法。本发明是这样实现的硅橡胶成型方法:包括将备好的硅橡胶放在模腔内预压,再将表面有网格状微孔的柔性材料(要求柔性材料表面网格状微孔分布均匀,孔隙面积大于或等于0.05平方毫米)平放在硅橡胶上面,然后合上模具,加温加压至一定时间。
本发明成型方法合理,选用柔性材料与硅橡胶进行一体成型,极大地拓宽了硅橡胶的应用领域。而且由于在柔性材料表面开有网格状微孔,使硅橡胶与之结合时可透过网格状微孔的孔隙渗透到柔性材料的另一面,因此,硅橡胶与柔性材料之间的结合更加紧密,不易剥离。本发明一体成型的制品具有很好的装饰变化效果和独特的质感,并具有隔 热、防水、易洗涤、无毒、花样款式变幻多样的特点,可以广泛地应用在生活领域,有着广阔的市场前景。
具体实施方式
实施例1,成型前,先将模具温度调整到180°C,将模压调到190kg/Cm2 ;然后将混炼好并切好片的硅橡胶放在模腔内预压片刻,使硅橡胶均匀充满模腔;再将表面有网格状微孔柔性材料平放在硅橡胶上面,合上模具,加温加压约7分钟时间,即可开模取出成品。要求柔性材料表面网格状微孔分布均匀,孔隙面积为0. 07平方毫米。
实施例2,成型前,先将模具温度调整到170°C,将模压调到150kg/Cm2 ;然后将混炼好并切好片的硅橡胶放在模腔内预压片刻,使硅橡胶均勻充满模腔;再将表面有网格状微孔柔性材料平放在硅橡胶上面,合上模具,加温加压约5分钟时间,即可开模取出成品。柔性材料表面网格状微孔均勻分布,孔隙面积为0. 07平方毫米。
实施例3,成型前,先将模具温度调整到160°C,将模压调到1l0kg/Cm2,然后将混炼好并切好片的硅橡胶放在模腔内预压片刻,使硅橡胶均匀充满模腔;再将表面有网格状微孔柔性材料平放在硅橡胶上面,合上模具,加温加压约2分钟时间,即可开模取出成品。要求柔性材料表面网格状微孔均匀分布,孔隙面积为0. 06平方毫米。
对于柔性材料的选择,可以用棉织物(如棉布)或化学纤维织物,但后者在超过150°C的温度下容易变形,选择棉织物成型的效果比较好。以上所述的实施例,是本发明具体实施方式的几种,本领域的发明技术方案范围内可替换制作方法都应包含在本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种橡胶成型的方法,包括将备好的硅橡胶放在模腔内预压,再将表面有网格状微孔的柔性材料平放在硅橡胶上面,然后合上模具,加温加压至一定时间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于所述的柔性材料表面网格状微孔均匀分布,孔隙面积大于0. 05平方毫米。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于加压时间为2-7分钟;温度范围在 150-180°C之间;压力范围在110-190kg/Cm2之间;所述的柔性材料是棉、麻或化学纤维织物。
