Description

Antioxidant toner added with ginseng liposome and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to functional toner and a preparation method thereof, in particular to antioxidant functional toner of ginseng liposome.
Background
The lyophilized powder of total saponins of Ginseng radix is the main active ingredient in Ginseng radix, has effects of caring skin, resisting ultraviolet, inhibiting melanin production, increasing SOD content and activity in skin, and playing a role in resisting oxidation and scavenging free radicals. At present, the ginseng total saponin freeze-dried powder is widely applied to cosmetics as an antioxidant active substance, but the cosmetics are used for external application, because the components absorbed and utilized by the barrier action of the skin are few, and only less than 20 percent of the components can permeate the epidermis to play a role. The effective components in the ginseng total saponin freeze-dried powder are difficult to permeate the skin to play a role due to low permeability.
The toner is also called firming toner, toning lotion and the like, and has the functions of cleaning again to restore the pH value of the surface of the skin, conditioning the stratum corneum, enabling the skin to absorb better and preparing for using skin care products. Therefore, after the face is washed, the toner can be used for quickly supplementing water. The types of the toners on the market are various, and the toners prepared from different components have different efficacies.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides the anti-oxidation toner added with the ginseng liposome and the preparation method thereof, which has natural ginseng fragrance, can promote skin metabolism, remove free radicals, repair various skin problems of rough skin, skin aging, wrinkles and the like, has good radiation resistance and absorptivity, and can soften and moisten the skin.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the fertilizer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
formulation of
160 parts of distilled water 140, 0.1-1 part of allantoin, 0.1-2 parts of EDTA-disodium, 2-20 parts of glycerol, 2-20 parts of 1, 3-butanediol, 0.5-2 parts of Aureobasidium pullulans polysaccharide, 0.5-2 parts of betaine, 2-30 parts of sodium hyaluronate, 2-10 parts of ellagic acid, 2-10 parts of edelweiss, 1-2 parts of phenoxyethanol, 0.1-1 part of ginseng total saponin freeze-dried powder, 1-6 parts of ginseng liposome suspension, 0.5-1.5 parts of VC ethyl ether and 0.001-0.01 part of ginseng essential oil;
the preparation method of the ginseng total saponin freeze-dried powder comprises the following steps: adding 8 times of distilled water into Ginseng radix sample, ultrasonic treating at 40 deg.C for 30min, filtering after 30min, adding distilled water again, repeating for three times, mixing the filtrates, and rotary evaporating to obtain Ginseng radix crude extractive solution; adding the crude extractive solution into macroporous resin column, eluting with 60% ethanol, collecting ethanol washing solution as Ginseng radix total saponin extract, concentrating, pre-freezing, and placing into freeze dryer for 24 hr to obtain Ginseng radix total saponin lyophilized powder;
weighing 8050-60% of span, 8010-15% of tween, 20-30% of cholesterol and 0.5-2% of dicetyl phosphate according to weight percentage, placing the mixture into a beaker, adding 5-10% of ginseng total saponin freeze-dried powder, adding absolute ethyl alcohol, performing ultrasonic treatment to dissolve the mixture, sucking the mixture by using a syringe, taking a PBS buffer solution into a water bath kettle at 60 ℃, adding the liquid in the syringe into the PBS buffer solution dropwise and slowly while stirring, adding the liquid into the PBS buffer solution for 1h in total, taking the mixture out after 1h, placing the mixture into a shaking table, and taking the mixture out after shaking for 12h to obtain a ginseng liposome suspension;
the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) according to the formula, allantoin, EDTA-disodium, Aureobasidium pullulans and betaine are sequentially added into distilled water and stirred uniformly;
(2) sequentially adding sodium hyaluronate, glycerol, 1, 3-butanediol, ellagic acid, edelweiss, phenoxyethanol, ginseng total saponin freeze-dried powder, ginseng liposome suspension, VC ethyl ether and ginseng essential oil into the mixture obtained in the step (1), and uniformly stirring.
The invention has the advantages that the invention adopts the lipoid which is a novel particle drug delivery system, and the ginseng total saponin freeze-dried powder can be encapsulated in the lipid bilayer, so that the embedded ginseng total saponin freeze-dried powder penetrates through the horny layer to penetrate into the deep part of the skin and is deposited in the epidermis and the dermis to form a storage reservoir, and after the active substances are absorbed by the skin, various health care and beauty functions of moisturizing, moistening, crease resistance, oxidation resistance and the like of the skin can be better realized. The invention adopts the ginseng liposome suspension and the ginseng total saponin freeze-dried powder as main active substances, does not add pigments, essences and spices, has the effects of removing free radicals and resisting oxidation, can prevent skin aging and wrinkle generation, has good radiation resistance and absorptivity, makes skin tender and moist, and is natural and harmless.

Experimental example 1DPPH radical scavenging Activity test
DPPH radical (DPPH. cndot.) is not present in the organism and is a synthetic nitrogen-containing radical with three benzene rings. Because three electron-withdrawing-NO 2 and large pi bonds of a benzene ring exist in the structure, the structure is stable in property; DPPH radical scavenging is widely used to test antioxidant capacity of antioxidants. The DPPH radical scavenging ability of the present example is changed with the addition amount of the ginseng liposome suspension, and the measurement results are shown in FIG. 1, which shows that the anti-oxidation clearance rate of example 2 is the best.
Experimental example 2 moisture retention property test:
the examples 1 to 3 are used as experimental groups 1 to 3, and the common toner on the market is used as a control group. Selecting 60 users with dry peeling, wrinkle and dark yellow phenomena on the face, evenly dividing into 4 groups, uniformly coating the toner of the experimental group and the toner of the control group on the face after cleaning the skin every day, and recording the using effect after 28 days, wherein the using effect is shown in table 1;
table 1 reports the effect after 28 days
Group of Total number of people Number of obviously relieved people Number of invalid persons
Experimental group 1 15 13 2
Experimental group 2 15 14 1
Experimental group 3 15 14 1
Control group 15 6 9
As can be seen from Table 1, the moisturizing and repairing abilities of the toners of examples 1-3 are significantly higher than those of the control group.
The oxidation resistance and the in vitro moisture retention test measured by an ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer prove that the oxidation resistance clearance rate of the example 2 is the highest, and the comprehensive performance of the moisture retention is the best.
