In addition, the preparation method provided by the invention can be realized by simply adding a heating and heat-insulating device on the basis of the existing equipment of the traditional paper-making method sheet production line, is simple and convenient, and is beneficial to large-scale production.

The coating liquid for heating the non-combustible tobacco sheets by the papermaking method is characterized by comprising a tobacco concentrated solution, a smoke agent, a viscosity reducer and a combustion improver, wherein the content of the tobacco concentrated solution is 20-90 g and the content of the smoke agent is 10-80 g in every 100g of the tobacco concentrated solution and the smoke agent; every 100g of the tobacco concentrated solution and the smoke agent comprise 1-15 g of the viscosity reducer and 1-8 g of the combustion improver; the viscosity reducer is at least one selected from inorganic powder and modified powder, the inorganic powder is at least one selected from calcium carbonate, wollastonite, diatomite, titanium dioxide and attapulgite, and the modified powder is at least one selected from raw starch modified calcium carbonate, condensed phosphoric acid modified calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide coated wollastonite and polyaluminium chloride coated diatomite; the combustion improver is potassium citrate, potassium chloride, potassium bicarbonate, potassium sorbate or dipotassium hydrogen phosphate; the smoke agent is polyhydric alcohol selected from one of glycerol, propylene glycol, 1, 3-butanediol and butanetriol; the tobacco concentrated solution is obtained by the following preparation method:
1) mixing the tobacco raw material and the additional fiber and then extracting, or mixing the tobacco raw material, the additional fiber and the filler and then extracting; then, squeezing and separating to obtain tobacco extract liquid; in every 100g of tobacco raw materials and additional fibers, the tobacco raw materials account for 50-90 g, and the additional fibers account for 10-50 g; the adding amount of the filler is 0-35 g per 100g of tobacco raw materials and additional fibers;
2) concentrating the tobacco extract obtained in the step 1) to obtain a tobacco concentrated solution, wherein the concentration of the concentrated solution is 25-50 wt%.
2. The coating liquid for heating a non-combustible tobacco sheet in a papermaking process according to claim 1, further comprising at least one of the following technical features:
1) in the step 1), the extractant is water;
2) in the step 1), the ratio of the mass of the extracting agent to the total mass of the tobacco raw material, the additional fiber and the filler is 3-8: 1;
3) in the step 1), the extraction temperature is 60-80 ℃;
4) in the step 1), the squeezing dryness is 25-40 wt%;
5) in the step 2), the concentration temperature is 50-70 ℃;
6) in the step 2), the concentration vacuum degree is 40-100 kPa.
3. A coating method for a tobacco sheet which is not combusted by heating in a papermaking process is characterized by comprising the following steps: a coating liquid for a paper-making heat-nonflammable tobacco sheet according to any one of claims 1 to 2 is applied to a tobacco sheet substrate by a coating process using the tobacco sheet substrate formed by paper-making on a paper machine as a substrate.
4. A method of coating a thermally non-combustible tobacco sheet according to claim 3, characterized in that it comprises at least one of the following technical features:
1) the coating rate is 25-55%;
2) the coating temperature is 40-80 ℃;
3) the viscosity of the coating liquid is 10-35 cP.
5. A preparation method of a tobacco slice which is not combusted by heating in a papermaking method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) mixing the tobacco raw material with the additional fiber and then extracting, or mixing the tobacco raw material, the additional fiber and the filler and then extracting, squeezing and separating to obtain pulp clusters, then diluting the pulp clusters, mechanically pulping, and making and forming to obtain the tobacco sheet base;
2) applying a coating liquid for a paper-making heat-nonflammable tobacco sheet according to any one of claims 1 to 2 to the tobacco sheet substrate obtained in step 1) via a coating process.
6. The method for manufacturing a thermally non-combustible tobacco sheet according to claim 5, wherein the step 1) further comprises at least one of the following technical features:
1) in every 100g of tobacco raw materials and additional fibers, the tobacco raw materials account for 50-90 g, and the additional fibers account for 10-50 g; the adding amount of the filler is 0-35 g per 100g of tobacco raw materials and additional fibers;
2) the extractant is water;
3) the ratio of the mass of the extracting agent to the total mass of the tobacco raw material, the additional fiber and the filler is 3-8: 1;
4) the extraction temperature is 60-80 ℃;
5) the squeezing dryness is 25-40 wt%.
7. The method of making a thermally non-combustible tobacco sheet according to claim 5, further comprising: drying the tobacco sheets obtained in the step 2).
8. The method of making a thermally non-combustible papermaking sheet according to claim 7, further comprising at least one of the following technical features:
1) the drying temperature is 70-105 ℃;
2) the drying water content is 4-8 wt%;
3) cutting or rewinding the dried tobacco sheets; or cutting or rewinding the dried tobacco sheets, and then adding essence.
9. The method for preparing a non-combustible tobacco sheet by heating in a papermaking process according to claim 8, wherein 0 to 10g of essence is added to 100g of the tobacco sheet in the step 3).
10. A paper-making heat-not-burn tobacco sheet obtained by the method for producing a paper-making heat-not-burn tobacco sheet according to any one of claims 5 to 9.
