Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of display, in particular to a display device.
Background
Currently, display technologies have penetrated various aspects of people's daily lives, and accordingly, more and more materials and technologies are used for display screens. Nowadays, the mainstream display screens mainly include liquid crystal display screens and organic light emitting display panels. The organic light-emitting display panel has the advantages that the self-luminous performance of the organic light-emitting display panel is higher than that of a liquid crystal display screen, and the backlight module which consumes most energy is omitted, so that the organic light-emitting display panel has the advantage of energy saving.
The display device is composed of the organic light-emitting display panel, the mainboard and the flexible circuit board, the mainboard is arranged on the back face of the organic light-emitting display panel, and the flexible circuit board is used for achieving signal connection of the mainboard and the front face of the organic light-emitting display panel. The organic light emitting display panel has no backlight module, so the overall strength is weaker, in order to enhance the strength of the organic light emitting display panel, an attaching component can be arranged at the back of the organic light emitting display panel, the strength of the panel is enhanced, meanwhile, the grounding of the flexible circuit board is realized through the attaching component, the attaching component and the flexible circuit board are connected with the grounding part in a manual mode, however, a large number of device blocks are distributed on the flexible circuit board, the grounding part on the attaching component is easy to cover the device area of the flexible circuit board when the alignment is inaccurate, and the abnormal display is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a display device, which enables a flexible circuit board and an attaching assembly to be aligned more accurately, so that abnormal display caused by inaccurate alignment is reduced.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a display device, including:
an organic light emitting display panel;
a flexible circuit board connected to the organic light emitting display panel, the flexible circuit board including an attachment portion, the attachment portion including a first ground region;
an attachment assembly attached to the organic light emitting display panel, the attachment assembly including a second ground region corresponding to the first ground region;
the attachment part is positioned between the attachment assembly and the organic light-emitting display panel, the first grounding area and the second grounding area are overlapped, an alignment mark is arranged on one side, away from the organic light-emitting display panel, of the attachment part in the first grounding area, and a hollow area corresponding to the alignment mark is arranged in the second grounding area of the attachment assembly;

Optionally, the attachment assembly comprises a foam tape, a composite copper foil and a composite tape.
Optionally, the attachment component is a composite copper foil.
Optionally, the attachment portion is located between the composite copper foil and the organic light-emitting display panel, the first grounding area and the second grounding area are overlapped, an alignment mark is arranged on one side, away from the organic light-emitting display panel, of the attachment portion in the first grounding area, and a hollow area corresponding to the alignment mark is arranged in the second grounding area of the composite copper foil;
the composite copper foil includes:
the copper foil is provided with a hollow area corresponding to the alignment mark in the second grounding area;
the conductive adhesive is positioned on one side, close to the attaching part, of the copper foil in the second grounding area;
and the insulating glue is positioned on one side, close to the attaching part, of the copper foil outside the second grounding area.

According to the display device in the embodiment of the invention, the hollow-out area and the alignment mark are respectively arranged on the flexible circuit board and the attachment assembly, and the position of the alignment mark is determined through the hollow-out area in the attachment process, so that alignment is carried out, and the accurate alignment connection of the grounding area between the flexible circuit board and the attachment assembly is realized, so that the abnormal display caused by inaccurate grounding is reduced.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5, fig. 6, fig. 7, and fig. 8, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a display device in an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is another schematic structural diagram of the display device in fig. 1, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a flexible circuit board in fig. 1, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an attachment assembly in fig. 1, fig. 5 is another schematic structural diagram of the attachment assembly in fig. 1, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of another display device in an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a flexible circuit board in fig. 6, and fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of the attachment assembly in fig. 6, an embodiment of the present invention provides a display device, including: an organic light emitting display panel 1; a flexible circuit board 2 connected to the organic light emitting display panel 1, the flexible circuit board 2 including an attachment portion 21, the attachment portion 21 including a first ground region 210; an attachment member 3 attached to the organic light emitting display panel 1, the attachment member 3 including a second ground region 220 corresponding to the first ground region 210; as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the attachment portion 21 is located between the attachment component 3 and the organic light emitting display panel 1, the first ground region 210 and the second ground region 220 are overlapped, an alignment mark 4 is disposed on a side of the attachment portion 21 away from the organic light emitting display panel 1 in the first ground region 210, and a hollow region 5 corresponding to the alignment mark 4 is disposed in the second ground region 220 of the attachment component 3; alternatively, as shown in fig. 6 to 8, the attachment assembly 3 is located between the organic light emitting display panel 1 and the attachment portion 21, the first ground region 210 and the second ground region 220 are overlapped, the alignment mark 4 is disposed on a side of the attachment assembly 3 away from the organic light emitting display panel 1 in the second ground region 220, and the attachment portion 21 is disposed in the first ground region 210 with a hollow region 5 corresponding to the alignment mark 4.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, when the attaching portion 21 is located between the attaching assembly 3 and the organic light emitting display panel 1, since the attaching assembly 3 is located at the outer side of the flexible circuit board 2, the hollow area 5 is disposed on the attaching assembly 3, the alignment mark 4 is disposed on the flexible circuit board 2, and during the attaching process, alignment can be performed through the relationship between the hollow area 5 and the alignment mark 4, so that the first grounding area 210 and the second grounding area 220 are accurately aligned; as shown in fig. 6 to 8, when the attachment member 3 is located between the organic light emitting display panel 1 and the attachment portion 21, since the flexible circuit board 2 is located outside the attachment member 3, the hollow area 5 is disposed on the flexible circuit board 2, and the alignment mark 4 is disposed on the attachment member 3, during the attachment process, alignment can be performed through the relationship between the hollow area 5 and the alignment mark 4, so that the first ground area 210 and the second ground area 220 are accurately aligned.
According to the display device in the embodiment of the invention, the hollow-out area and the alignment mark are respectively arranged on the flexible circuit board and the attachment assembly, and the position of the alignment mark is determined through the hollow-out area in the attachment process, so that alignment is carried out, and the accurate alignment connection of the grounding area between the flexible circuit board and the attachment assembly is realized, so that the abnormal display caused by inaccurate grounding is reduced.
Optionally, the flexible circuit board 2 includes an attaching portion 21, a connecting portion 22 and a bending portion 23, the connecting portion 22 is connected to a first side of the organic light emitting display panel 1, the attaching portion 21 is attached to a second side of the organic light emitting display panel 1, the first side and the second side are opposite sides of the organic light emitting display panel 1, and the bending portion 23 is connected to the attaching portion 21 and the connecting portion 22.
Specifically, for example, the first side of the organic light emitting display panel 1 is the front side of the display panel, i.e., the side of the display panel for displaying pictures, the second side of the organic light emitting display panel 1 is the back side of the display panel, i.e., the side for providing a main board, and the flexible circuit board 2 is used for connecting the signal terminals on the front side of the display panel and the main board on the back side of the display panel.
Alternatively, the attachment member 3 includes a foam tape, a composite copper foil, a composite tape, and the like.
Optionally, the attaching component 3 is a composite copper foil. The copper foil is used for realizing the grounding of the flexible circuit board 2 on one hand, and can form a shielding effect on other parts of the flexible circuit board 2 on the other hand so as to reduce the signal interference between the flexible circuit board 2 and the mainboard.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 to 5 and fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic cross-sectional structure view along direction AA' in fig. 5, the attachment portion 21 is located between the composite copper foil and the organic light emitting display panel 1, the first grounding region 210 and the second grounding region 220 are overlapped, the alignment mark 4 is disposed on one side of the attachment portion 21 away from the organic light emitting display panel 1 in the first grounding region 210, and the composite copper foil is provided with a hollow region 5 corresponding to the alignment mark 4 in the second grounding region 220; the composite copper foil includes: the copper foil 31, the copper foil 31 is provided with a hollow area 5 corresponding to the alignment mark 4 in the second grounding area 220; the conductive adhesive 32 is positioned on one side, close to the attaching part 21, of the copper foil 31 in the second grounding area 220; and an insulating adhesive 33 located on a side of the copper foil 31 outside the second grounding area 220 close to the attaching portion 21.
Specifically, the copper foil 31 is electrically connected to the first grounding area 210 of the flexible circuit board 2 through the conductive adhesive 32, and the insulating adhesive 33 is used for attaching the copper foil 31.
Alternatively, the shape of the alignment mark 4 is a circle, a cross, a T-shape, or the like, and only the circular alignment mark 4 is illustrated in the figure, but the shape of the alignment mark 4 is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Alternatively, the alignment mark 4 is circular in shape, and the alignment mark 4 has a diameter a, 1.1mm < a < 2 mm. The diameter of the alignment mark 4 should not be too small to be recognized by human eyes or machine detection, and the diameter of the alignment mark 4 should not be too large to influence the grounding effect of the flexible circuit board.
Optionally, the hollowed-out area 5 is circular, and the diameter of the hollowed-out area 5 is larger than that of the alignment mark 4. So that the alignment mark 4 can be observed through the hollow area 5, and whether the alignment is accurate or not can be judged.
Alternatively, the attachment portion 21 includes two first ground areas 210, and the attachment assembly 3 includes a second ground area 220 corresponding to each first ground area 210.
Specifically, two ground connection areas can guarantee good ground connection between flexible circuit board 2 and the attached subassembly 3 on the one hand, and on the other hand can set up two corresponding counterpoint marks 4 to can judge the counterpoint condition between flexible circuit board 2 and the attached subassembly 3 more accurately.
It should be noted that the display device in the embodiment of the present invention may be any electronic device with a display function, such as a touch display screen, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, an electronic paper book, or a television.
According to the display device in the embodiment of the invention, the hollow-out area and the alignment mark are respectively arranged on the flexible circuit board and the attachment assembly, and the position of the alignment mark is determined through the hollow-out area in the attachment process, so that alignment is carried out, and the accurate alignment connection of the grounding area between the flexible circuit board and the attachment assembly is realized, so that the abnormal display caused by inaccurate grounding is reduced.

an organic light emitting display panel;
a flexible circuit board connected to the organic light emitting display panel, the flexible circuit board including an attachment portion, the attachment portion including a first ground region;
the attaching assembly is attached to the organic light-emitting display panel and used for enhancing the strength of the organic light-emitting display panel, and the attaching assembly comprises a second grounding area corresponding to the first grounding area;
the attachment part is positioned between the attachment assembly and the organic light-emitting display panel, the first grounding area and the second grounding area are overlapped, an alignment mark is arranged on one side, away from the organic light-emitting display panel, of the attachment part in the first grounding area, and a hollow area corresponding to the alignment mark is arranged in the second grounding area of the attachment assembly;
the attaching component is a composite copper foil;
the attachment part is positioned between the composite copper foil and the organic light-emitting display panel, the first grounding area and the second grounding area are overlapped, an alignment mark is arranged on one side, away from the organic light-emitting display panel, of the attachment part in the first grounding area, and a hollow area corresponding to the alignment mark is arranged in the second grounding area of the composite copper foil;
the composite copper foil includes:
the copper foil is provided with a hollow area corresponding to the alignment mark in the second grounding area;
the conductive adhesive is positioned on one side, close to the attaching part, of the copper foil in the second grounding area;
and the insulating glue is positioned on one side, close to the attaching part, of the copper foil outside the second grounding area.
2. The display device according to claim 1,
the flexible circuit board comprises an attaching portion, a connecting portion and a bending portion, the connecting portion is connected to a first side of the organic light-emitting display panel, the attaching portion is attached to a second side of the organic light-emitting display panel, the first side and the second side are opposite two sides of the organic light-emitting display panel, and the bending portion is connected to the attaching portion and the connecting portion.
