Abstract
本发明提供一种热固胶防弹板及其制作方法,其中,述热固胶防弹板包括:若干无纺布层以及位于无纺布层之间的热固胶粘结层;所述若干无纺布层自上而下层叠设置,相邻的无纺布层通过热固胶粘结层相粘接,各无纺布层通过层压方式压制成型,任一无纺布层具有若干相互平行的单向排布的纤维丝,相邻的两个无纺布层中,其中一个无纺布层的纤维丝与另一个无纺布层的纤维丝交叉设置。本发明的热固胶防弹板提升了防弹板的防弹性能和力学性能,有利于防弹板的生产加工。此外,本发明的热固胶防弹板由多层无纺布层压而成,每一层无纺布采用单向排布的纤维丝,相邻的无纺布层的纤维层交叉设置,其使得本发明的热固胶防弹板具有较好的防弹性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及防弹技术领域技术领域,尤其涉及一种热固胶防弹板及其制作方法。
背景技术
防弹板可应用于防弹背心、盾牌等防弹产品中作为防弹层使用。然而,现有的防弹板主要使用热塑性胶水作为粘结剂,如此导致防弹板的耐温性,力学性能较差,不利于防弹板的生产加工以及防弹性能的提升。因此,针对上述问题,有必要提出进一步的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种热固胶防弹板及其制作方法,以克服现有技术中存在的不足。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供一种热固胶防弹板,其包括:若干无纺布层以及位于无纺布层之间的热固胶粘结层;
所述若干无纺布层自上而下层叠设置,相邻的无纺布层通过热固胶粘结层相粘接,各无纺布层通过层压方式压制成型,任一无纺布层具有若干相互平行的单向排布的纤维丝,相邻的两个无纺布层中,其中一个无纺布层的纤维丝与另一个无纺布层的纤维丝交叉设置。
作为本发明的热固胶防弹板的改进,所述热固胶包括热固性酚醛胶或者热固性环氧树脂胶,相邻无纺布层中的纤维通过所述热固性酚醛胶或者热固性环氧树脂胶相连接。
作为本发明的热固胶防弹板的改进,相邻的两个无纺布层中,交叉的纤维丝的夹角为90°。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供一种热固胶防弹板的制作方法,其包括如下步骤:
S1、提供其上附着有热固胶的无纺布层,将多层无纺布自上而下层叠放置;
S2、将层叠放置的多层无纺布置于真空袋中,并将多层无纺布送入模具中,设定好压制温度、时间、压力;
S3、将硫化机合模,进行层压处理;
S4、将层压成型的多层无纺布冷却至室温,得到本发明的热固胶防弹板。
作为本发明的热固胶防弹板的制作方法的改进,所述步骤S2中,在层叠放置的多层无纺布的上方和下方分别放置离型膜,将离型膜的四周通过密封胶粘接。
作为本发明的热固胶防弹板的制作方法的改进,所述步骤S2中,所述设定温度为120-135℃。
作为本发明的热固胶防弹板的制作方法的改进,所述步骤S3中,通过多段层压的方式对多层无纺布进行层压处理。
作为本发明的热固胶防弹板的制作方法的改进,多段层压中,一段固化压力为6Mpa,二段固化压力为10Mpa,三段固化压力为16Mpa,四段固化压力设为16Mpa。
作为本发明的热固胶防弹板的制作方法的改进,多段层压中,一段固化时间为热电偶测试温度从室温至90℃,二段固化时间为90℃升温至90-128℃,三段固化时间为保温保压3小时,四段固化时间为冷却至室温所需的时间。
作为本发明的热固胶防弹板的制作方法的改进,所述无纺布为酚醛布,所述热固胶为酚醛类热固胶。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的热固胶防弹板提升了防弹板的防弹性能和力学性能,有利于防弹板的生产加工。此外,本发明的热固胶防弹板由多层无纺布层压而成,每一层无纺布采用单向排布的纤维丝,相邻的无纺布层的纤维层交叉设置,其使得本发明的热固胶防弹板具有较好的防弹性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图所示的各实施方式对本发明进行详细说明,但应当说明的是,这些实施方式并非对本发明的限制,本领域普通技术人员根据这些实施方式所作的功能、方法、或者结构上的等效变换或替代,均属于本发明的保护范围之内。
如图1、2所示,本发明的热固胶防弹板包括:若干无纺布层1以及位于无纺布层1之间的热固胶粘结层。优选地,所述无纺布层1为酚醛布。
其中,所述若干无纺布层1自上而下层叠设置,相邻的无纺布层1通过热固胶粘结层相粘接,各无纺布层1通过层压方式压制成型,任一无纺布层1具有若干相互平行的单向排布的纤维丝,相邻的两个无纺布层1中,其中一个无纺布层1的纤维丝与另一个无纺布层1的纤维丝交叉设置。优选地,相邻的两个无纺布层1中,交叉的纤维丝的夹角为90°。如此设置,其使得本发明的热固胶防弹板具有较好的防弹性能。在一个实施方式中,所述热固胶包括热固性酚醛胶或者热固性环氧树脂胶,相邻无纺布层1中的纤维通过所述热固性酚醛胶或者热固性环氧树脂胶相连接。
基于如上所述的热固胶防弹板,本发明还提供一种热固胶防弹板的制作方法,其包括如下步骤:
S1、提供其上附着有热固胶的无纺布层,将多层无纺布自上而下层叠放置;
S2、将层叠放置的多层无纺布置于真空袋中,并将多层无纺布送入模具中,设定好压制温度、时间、压力;
S3、将硫化机合模,进行层压处理;
S4、将层压成型的多层无纺布冷却至室温,得到本发明的热固胶防弹板。
下面结合具体地的实施例,对本发明的热固胶防弹板的制作方法进行举例说明。
实施例1
提供其上附着有热固胶的无纺布层,将多层无纺布自上而下层叠放置。所述无纺布为酚醛布,所述热固胶为酚醛类热固胶。
在层叠放置的多层无纺布的上方和下方分别放置离型膜,将离型膜的四周通过密封胶粘接,将多层无纺布送入模温机中,将其加热至设定温度。所述设定温度为132℃。将多层无纺布自模温机中取出,并送入硫化机中进行层压处理。
通过四段层压的方式对多层无纺布进行层压处理,其中,一段固化压力为6Mpa,二段固化压力为10Mpa,三段固化压力为16Mpa,四段固化压力设为16Mpa。一段固化时间为热电偶测试温度从室温至90℃,二段固化时间为90℃升温至100℃,三段固化时间为3小时,四段固化时间为冷却至室温所需的时间。将层压成型的多层无纺布冷却至室温,得到本发明的热固胶防弹板。
实施例2
提供其上附着有热固胶的无纺布层,将多层无纺布自上而下层叠放置。所述无纺布为酚醛布,所述热固胶为酚醛类热固胶。
在层叠放置的多层无纺布的上方和下方分别放置离型膜,将离型膜的四周通过密封胶粘接,将多层无纺布送入模温机中,将其加热至设定温度。所述设定温度为135℃。将多层无纺布自模温机中取出,并送入硫化机中进行层压处理。
通过四段层压的方式对多层无纺布进行层压处理,其中,一段固化压力为6Mpa,二段固化压力为10Mpa,三段固化压力为16Mpa,四段固化压力设为16Mpa。一段固化时间为热电偶测试温度从室温至90℃,二段固化时间为90℃升温至128℃,三段固化时间为3小时,四段固化时间为冷却至室温所需的时间。将层压成型的多层无纺布冷却至室温,得到本发明的热固胶防弹板。
综上所述,本发明的热固胶防弹板提升了防弹板的防弹性能和力学性能,有利于防弹板的生产加工。此外,本发明的热固胶防弹板由多层无纺布层压而成,每一层无纺布采用单向排布的纤维丝,相邻的无纺布层的纤维层交叉设置,其使得本发明的热固胶防弹板具有较好的防弹性能。

Claims (10)
1.一种热固胶防弹板,其特征在于,所述热固胶防弹板包括:若干无纺布层以及位于无纺布层之间的热固胶粘结层;
所述若干无纺布层自上而下层叠设置,相邻的无纺布层通过热固胶粘结层相粘接,各无纺布层通过层压方式压制成型,任一无纺布层具有若干相互平行的单向排布的纤维丝,相邻的两个无纺布层中,其中一个无纺布层的纤维丝与另一个无纺布层的纤维丝交叉设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热固胶防弹板,其特征在于,所述热固胶包括热固性酚醛胶或者热固性环氧树脂胶,相邻无纺布层中的纤维通过所述热固性酚醛胶或者热固性环氧树脂胶相连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的热固胶防弹板,其特征在于,相邻的两个无纺布层中,交叉的纤维丝的夹角为90°。
4.一种热固胶防弹板的制作方法,其特征在于,所述制作方法包括如下步骤:
S1、提供其上附着有热固胶的无纺布层,将多层无纺布自上而下层叠放置;
S2、将层叠放置的多层无纺布置于真空袋中,并将多层无纺布送入模具中,设定好压制温度、时间、压力;
S3、将硫化机合模,进行层压处理;
S4、将层压成型的多层无纺布冷却至室温,得到本发明的热固胶防弹板。
5.根据权利要求4所述的热固胶防弹板的制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中,在层叠放置的多层无纺布的上方和下方分别放置离型膜,将离型膜的四周通过密封胶粘接。
6.根据权利要求4所述的热固胶防弹板的制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中,所述设定温度为120-135℃。
7.根据权利要求4所述的热固胶防弹板的制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中,通过多段层压的方式对多层无纺布进行层压处理。
8.根据权利要求7所述的热固胶防弹板的制作方法,其特征在于,多段层压中,一段固化压力为6Mpa,二段固化压力为10Mpa,三段固化压力为16Mpa,四段固化压力设为16Mpa。
9.根据权利要求8所述的热固胶防弹板的制作方法,其特征在于,多段层压中,一段固化时间为热电偶测试温度从室温至90℃,二段固化时间为90℃升温至90-128℃,三段固化时间为保温保压3小时,四段固化时间为冷却至室温所需的时间。
10.根据权利要求8所述的热固胶防弹板的制作方法,其特征在于,所述无纺布为酚醛布,所述热固胶为酚醛类热固胶。
