本发明公开了一种VOCs转轮用新型复合纤维纸,包括下述重量分数的各组合:硅酸铝纤维10‑30份;木浆5‑10份;草浆3‑15份;聚丙酰胺8‑18份;聚乙烯醇18‑25份;分散剂18‑23份;阳离子淀粉2‑6份;羧甲基乙基纤维3‑8份;硅酸盐溶胶4‑10份;铝溶胶4‑10份。本发明具有高柔韧性、耐高温、耐腐蚀的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及VOCs转轮制作领域,尤其涉及一种VOCs转轮用新型复合纤维纸。
背景技术
复合纤维纸是一种纤维状轻质耐火材料,具有重量轻、耐高温、热稳定性好、导热率低、比热小及耐机械震动等优点,因而在机械、冶金、化工、石油、交通运输、船舶、电子及轻工业部门都得到了广泛的应用,在航空航天及原子能等尖端科学技术部门的应用亦日益增多发展前景十分看好。随着对环保问题的日益重视,复合纤维纸是因其具有无毒、无害、无味、耐高温、防腐、隔热绝缘等优异的特点,应用极其广泛,备受人们的青睐。
VOC吸附浓缩转轮是吸附的核心部件,其主要原料也是复合纤维纸,但现有技术的纤维纸往往存在产品质量稳定性差、用于VOC蜂窝转轮的加工使用性能差的问题。高品质具有广泛适用性的复合纤维纸仍然是技术难题。
发明内容
发明目的:针对现有技术的不足与缺陷,本发明提供一种高柔韧性、耐高温、耐腐蚀的VOCs转轮用新型复合纤维纸。
技术方案:本发明的一种VOCs转轮用新型复合纤维纸,其特征在于:包括下述重量份数的各组合:
其中,所述的聚乙烯醇的重量份数为20-22份。
其中,所述的分散剂的重量份数为19-21份。
其中,所述的硅酸盐溶胶的重量份数为5-7份。
其中,所述的铝溶胶的重量份数为5-7份。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下显著优点:本发明提供一种。以硅酸铝、石棉、玻璃纤维为主要纤维成分,并且还含有机纤维等成分,依据制浆造纸中的湿法造纸,创造一种环保(环境负担小)且完全适用于制造VOCs蜂窝转轮等其他应用领域的复合纤维纸。
本发明的复合纤维纸采用硅酸铝、聚烯烃、聚乙烯醇、有机纤维等纤维为主要原料,增加了木浆和草浆,增加整体纤维纸的柔韧性和抗曲折性,同时增加了湿强剂、干强剂、助留助滤剂、分散剂等提高纤维的上机使用性能。减少了上机使用过程中的断纸频率,提高了生产效率,环境负担小。

本实施例的VOCs转轮用新型复合纤维纸包括下述重量分数的各组合:硅酸铝纤维10份;木浆5份;草浆3份;聚丙酰胺8份;聚乙烯醇18份;分散剂18份;阳离子淀粉2份;羧甲基乙基纤维3份;硅酸盐溶胶4份;铝溶胶4份。
实施例2:
本实施例的VOCs转轮用新型复合纤维纸包括下述重量分数的各组合:硅酸铝纤维30份;木浆10份;草浆15份;聚丙酰胺18份;聚乙烯醇25份;分散剂23份;阳离子淀粉6份;羧甲基乙基纤维8份;硅酸盐溶胶10份;铝溶胶10份。

本实施例的VOCs转轮用新型复合纤维纸包括下述重量分数的各组合:硅酸铝纤维20份;木浆6份;草浆8份;聚丙酰胺12份;聚乙烯醇20份;分散剂21份;阳离子淀粉5份;羧甲基乙基纤维5份;硅酸盐溶胶7份;铝溶胶7份。
