Abstract

本发明公开了一种透气布及该布的制作工艺,包括涤纶格子布基布,制作步骤如下:步骤1,将基布浸入防水剂溶液防水处理。步骤2,将防水处理的基布轧压处理后烘干,烘干温度为60‑170℃。步骤3,将烘干的基布一面或双面均匀上胶至少一次,每次上胶后烘干,最终烘干制成透气布。本发明的透气布通过一面或两面涂抹适量的PU树脂涂层,通过适当的气压,使布料的经纬线在涂层胶的控制下,能张开适当的空隙,以达到准确恒定控制透气量的目的。本发明的通过涂胶层的涂胶量,在测试额定充气量不小于500m³/min时,透气布在测试或者形成封闭充气袋时能维持气压为100‑2000mm汞柱。可使透气量完全可恒定准确控制在一定范围内。

一种透气布及该布的制作工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种透气布、该布的制作工艺及应用。
背景技术
特殊情况下使用的透气布,要求布料围成封闭的环境,在透气的同时,还要求能维持一定的气压,以便于作为支撑。现有的透气布多通过需要尽可能的均匀、密集制造排气小孔,以便于最大程度的气体从排气小孔中溢出。密集排气小孔,需要通过后续的冲孔工艺冲孔。考虑到布料的强度,冲孔不能过于密集,这样就难以将排气控制的很均匀。而冲孔的布料,其强度会受到一定影响。总而言之,现有透气布生产工艺复杂,其透气均匀性、强度不佳。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有的透气布在使用中存在着制作工艺复杂,透气不均匀等问题,提供一种便于制造、透气更为均匀可靠的透气布及制作工艺。
本发明解决现有问题的技术方案是:一种透气布的制作工艺,包括涤纶格子布基布,制作步骤如下:步骤1,将基布浸入防水剂溶液防水处理。步骤2,将防水处理的基布轧压处理后烘干,烘干温度为60-170℃。步骤3,将烘干的基布一面或双面均匀上胶至少一次,每次上胶后烘干,最终烘干制成透气布,其中,烘干温度为60-170℃,最终烘干后胶含量为0.5-20g/㎡。所述的步骤3中,胶为1-1.5液型PU树脂用占总质量比为20%-50%的溶剂稀释,所述的获得的透气布在额定充气量不小于500m³/min时,透气布在测试或者形成封闭充气袋时能维持气压100-2000mm汞柱。
作为优选的,所述的步骤3中,将烘干的基布一面或双面均匀上胶一次,上胶后烘干,最终烘干制成透气布,其中,烘干温度为60-170℃,最终烘干后胶含量为0.5-10g/㎡。
作为优选的,所述的步骤3中,将烘干的基布一面或双面均匀上胶两次,每次上胶后烘干,最终烘干制成透气布,其中,烘干温度为60-170℃,最终烘干后胶含量为1-20g/㎡。

作为优选的,所述的步骤2烘干过程车速为30-80y/min,烘干时间为30-70s。
作为优选的,所述的溶剂为DMF和甲苯。所述的步骤1中防水剂含量为3%-5%,余量为水。
本发明还公开了一种透气布,包括涤纶格子布基布,所述的基布一面或双面设有均匀的PU树脂涂层,所述的PU树脂涂层的涂胶量为0.5-20g/㎡,所述的设有涂层的基布额定充气量不小于500m³/min,时透气布在测试或者形成封闭充气袋时能维持气压为100-2000mm汞柱。
作为优选的,所述的PU树脂涂层为1-1.5液型。
作为优选的,所述的PU树脂涂层的涂胶量为5-10g/㎡,所述的设有涂层的基布额定充气量不小于500m³/min时,透气布在测试或者形成封闭充气袋时能维持气压为300-1500mm汞柱。
本发明的透气布通过一面或两面涂抹适量的PU树脂涂层,通过适当的气压,使布料的经纬线在涂层胶的控制下,能张开适当的空隙,以达到准确恒定控制透气量的目的。本发明的通过涂胶层的涂胶量,在测试额定充气量不小于500m³/min时,透气布在测试或者形成封闭充气袋时能维持气压为100-2000mm汞柱。可使透气量完全可恒定准确控制在一定范围内,完全可满足诸如医疗等方面的需要,以代替现有的物理冲孔的透气布料。
本发明由于保持布料的完成性,以及加上PU树脂涂层,增强了布料的强度,却又可以有效的恒定控制透气。
本发明的透气布制作工艺简单,仅仅通过给基布均匀上胶就可控制准确控制布料的精准透气量,布料后续不需要机械冲孔。
具体实施方式
本实施案例的透气布包括涤纶格子布基布,基布一面或双面设有均匀的PU树脂涂层, PU树脂涂层的涂胶量为0.5-20g/㎡,设有涂层的基布在额定充气量不小于500m³/min时,透气布在测试或者形成封闭充气袋时能维持气压为100-2000mm汞柱。PU树脂涂层优选为1-1.5液型。
PU树脂涂层的涂胶量优选为为5-10g/㎡,设有涂层的基布额定充气量不小于500m³/min时,透气布在测试或者形成封闭充气袋时能维持气压为300-1500mm汞柱。
额定充气量不小于500m³/min为满足相关领域测试的充气量。涂胶量与透气布维持气压测试如下表:

实施案例1,一种透气布的制作工艺,包括涤纶格子布基布,制作步骤如下:
步骤1,将基布浸入防水剂溶液防水处理,其中防水剂为涤纶格子布可通用的防水剂。例如但不限于环保型防水剂,可选用丙烯酸氟烷基酯共聚物、超支化树状大分子和聚合物的ECO、阳离子、C-H结构。如果防水剂为无氟聚合物,防水剂溶液包括4%-15%重量的防水剂、2%-4%重量的交联剂和2%-4%重量的渗透剂,其余量为水。如果防水剂为含氟聚合物,防水剂溶液包括2%-6%重量的防水剂,其余量为水。
步骤2,将防水处理的基布轧压处理后烘干,烘干温度为60-170℃。
步骤3,将烘干的基布一面或双面均匀上胶一次,上胶后烘干,最终烘干制成透气布,其中,烘干温度为60-170℃,最终烘干后胶含量为0.5-10g/㎡。
其中, 步骤3中,胶为1-1.5液型PU树脂用占总质量比为20%-50%的溶剂稀释,所获得的透气布在额定充气量不小于500m³/min时,透气布在测试或者形成封闭充气袋时能维持气压为100-2000mm汞柱。
上述的步骤2烘干过程车速为30-80y/min,烘干时间为30-70s。溶剂为DMF和甲苯。步骤1中防水剂含量可优选为3%-5%,余量为水。
实施案例2,仅替换实施案例1的步骤3,将烘干的基布一面或双面均匀上胶两次,每次上胶后烘干,最终烘干制成透气布,其中,烘干温度为60-170℃,最终烘干后胶含量为1-20g/㎡。

1.一种透气布的制作工艺,包括涤纶格子布基布,其特征在于:制作步骤如下 步骤1,将基布浸入防水剂溶液防水处理; 步骤2,将防水处理的基布轧压处理后烘干,烘干温度为60-170℃; 步骤3,将烘干的基布一面或双面均匀上胶至少一次,每次上胶后烘干,最终烘干制成透气布,其中,烘干温度为60-170℃,最终烘干后胶含量为0.5-20g/㎡; 所述的步骤3中,胶为1-1.5液型PU树脂用占总质量比为20%-50%的溶剂稀释,所述的获得的透气布在额定充气量不小于500m³/min时,透气布在测试或者形成封闭充气袋时能维持气压为100-2000mm汞柱。
2.如权利要求1所述的透气布,其特征在于:所述的步骤3中,将烘干的基布一面或双面均匀上胶一次,上胶后烘干,最终烘干制成透气布,其中,烘干温度为60-170℃,最终烘干后胶含量为0.5-10g/㎡。
