本发明公开了一种可降低汽车尾气排放的车用燃料,涉及汽车尾气清洁净化技术领域。一种可降低汽车尾气排放的车用燃料,由以下重量份数的各组分组成:复合丁醇60‑80、碳五10‑20、石油醚6‑10、甲基叔丁基醚3‑9、添加剂1;其中所述的复合丁醇包括:正丁醇、叔丁醇、异丁醇、乙酸丁酯、乙酰乙酸异丁酯、醋酸异丁酯、乙二醇丁醚;所述的添加剂包括:BHA、BHT、苯丙三氮唑、N,N'‑二亚水杨基‑丙二胺、乙醇。本发明车用燃料相比传统汽油的尾气排放量低,更清洁环保,相比甲醇基燃料热值高、输出动力大、润滑性好、腐蚀性低。

一种可降低汽车尾气排放的车用燃料
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车尾气清洁净化技术领域,具体涉及一种可降低汽车尾气排放的车用燃料。
背景技术
目前常用的车用燃料主要是汽油及甲醇基燃料,然而,甲醇基燃料存在热值低、动力不足、腐蚀性强、润滑性差等缺陷,而汽油会产生大量的发动机尾气,这些尾气含有大量的硫化物、氮化物、碳、铅等有害气体和可吸入颗粒物,这些尾气排放物分布性的在空气中弥漫,会增加着空气中有害气体、浮尘的浓度,会严重地污染人类的生存环境和健康。
为了达到既能降低汽车尾气排放,同时又降低对发动机的腐蚀、热值和动力高的目的,本发明研发了一种车用燃料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可降低汽车尾气排放的车用燃料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种可降低汽车尾气排放的车用燃料,由以下重量份数的各组分组成:
复合丁醇60-80 碳五10-20
石油醚6-10 甲基叔丁基醚3-9
添加剂1;
其中所述的复合丁醇包括:正丁醇、叔丁醇、异丁醇、乙酸丁酯、乙酰乙酸异丁酯、醋酸异丁酯、乙二醇丁醚;
所述的添加剂包括:BHA、BHT、苯丙三氮唑、N,N'-二亚水杨基-丙二胺、乙醇。
进一步地,优选以下重量份数的各组分:
复合丁醇70 碳五15
石油醚8 甲基叔丁基醚6
添加剂1。
所述的复合丁醇由以下重量份数的各组分组成:正丁醇40、叔丁醇20、异丁醇10、乙酸丁酯15、乙酰乙酸异丁酯10、醋酸异丁酯10、乙二醇丁醚5。
所述的添加剂由以下重量份数的各组分组成:BHA2、BHT4、苯丙三氮唑4、N,N'-二亚水杨基-丙二胺10、乙醇80。
制备时,将上述原料按照所述重量比充分混合即可。
本发明车用燃料以复合丁醇作为主燃剂,其热值是等质量甲醇基燃料的1.8-2.2倍,输出动力增加一倍以上,油耗更低,润滑性好,腐蚀性小;其尾气排放量相比汽油更低,其中一氧化碳、碳氢化合物排放物仅为92#汽油排放量的40-60%,氮氧化物的排放量为92#汽油排放量的75-80。
本发明在具体制备时,将各组分充分混合即可,制备工艺简单,易于操作。
综上所述,本发明车用燃料相比传统汽油的尾气排放量低,更清洁环保,相比甲醇基燃料热值高、输出动力大、润滑性好、腐蚀性低。

实施例1
一种可降低汽车尾气排放的车用燃料,包括以下重量份数的各组分:
复合丁醇60Kg、碳五20 Kg、石油醚10 Kg、甲基叔丁基醚9 Kg、添加剂1 Kg、其中复合丁醇包括正丁醇、叔丁醇、异丁醇、乙酸丁酯、乙酰乙酸异丁酯、醋酸异丁酯、乙二醇丁醚,质量比为40:20:10:15:10::10:5; 添加剂包括重量份数的各组分:BHA、BHT、苯丙三氮唑、N,N'-二亚水杨基-丙二胺、乙醇,质量比为2:4:4:10:80。
实施例2
一种可降低汽车尾气排放的车用燃料,包括以下重量份数的各组分:
复合丁醇70Kg、碳五15 Kg、石油醚10 Kg、甲基叔丁基醚6 Kg、添加剂1 Kg、其中复合丁醇包括正丁醇、叔丁醇、异丁醇、乙酸丁酯、乙酰乙酸异丁酯、醋酸异丁酯、乙二醇丁醚,质量比为40:20:10:15:10::10:5; 添加剂包括重量份数的各组分:BHA、BHT、苯丙三氮唑、N,N'-二亚水杨基-丙二胺、乙醇,质量比为2:4:4:10:80。

一种可降低汽车尾气排放的车用燃料,包括以下重量份数的各组分:
复合丁醇80Kg、碳五10 Kg、石油醚6 Kg、甲基叔丁基醚3 Kg、添加剂1 Kg、其中复合丁醇包括正丁醇、叔丁醇、异丁醇、乙酸丁酯、乙酰乙酸异丁酯、醋酸异丁酯、乙二醇丁醚,质量比为40:20:10:15:10::10:5; 添加剂包括重量份数的各组分:BHA、BHT、苯丙三氮唑、N,N'-二亚水杨基-丙二胺、乙醇,质量比为2:4:4:10:80。

复合丁醇60-80 碳五10-20
石油醚6-10 甲基叔丁基醚3-9
添加剂1;
其中所述的复合丁醇包括:正丁醇、叔丁醇、异丁醇、乙酸丁酯、乙酰乙酸异丁酯、醋酸异丁酯、乙二醇丁醚;
所述的添加剂包括:BHA、BHT、苯丙三氮唑、N,N'-二亚水杨基-丙二胺、乙醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可降低汽车尾气排放的车用燃料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的各组分组成:
复合丁醇70 碳五15
石油醚8 甲基叔丁基醚6
添加剂1。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种可降低汽车尾气排放的车用燃料,其特征在于,所述的复合丁醇由以下重量份数的各组分组成:正丁醇40、叔丁醇20、异丁醇10、乙酸丁酯15、乙酰乙酸异丁酯10、醋酸异丁酯10、乙二醇丁醚5。
