Abstract

本发明公开一种耐碱性水性金属外墙涂料的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:(1)将氯化铈、氯化钇加入至水中,混合搅拌均匀后,将其加热至75‑85℃后,继续向其中芥酸钠,混合搅拌均匀后,保温处理后,制得耐碱性添加剂;(2)将纯丙乳液、水、聚甘油单硬脂酸脂、柠檬酸三钾、环己基氨基磺酸钙、耐碱性添加剂、金属颜料、润湿分散剂、消泡剂混合均匀后,采用搅拌持续搅拌处理后,制得成品。本发明提供的一种耐碱性水性金属外墙涂料的制备方法,原料来源广泛,成本低廉,制得的水性金属外墙涂料,施工性好,涂刷二道无障碍,耐水性、耐洗刷性能优异,尤其是具有优异的耐碱性能,使用寿命长。

一种耐碱性水性金属外墙涂料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于外墙涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种耐碱性水性金属外墙涂料的制备方法。
背景技术
外墙涂料,是用于涂刷建筑外立墙面的,所以最重要的一项指标就是抗紫外线照射,要求达到长时间照射不变色。部分外墙涂料还要求有抗水性能,要求有自涤性。漆膜要硬而平整,脏污一冲就掉。现有技术中制得的外墙涂料,虽然能达到上述要求,但是存在着耐碱性较差,导致其使用寿命较短。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种耐碱性水性金属外墙涂料的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种耐碱性水性金属外墙涂料的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将18-23份氯化铈、12-15份氯化钇加入至190-200份水中,混合搅拌均匀后,将其加热至75-85℃后,继续向其中36-42份芥酸钠,混合搅拌均匀后,保温处理后,制得耐碱性添加剂;
(2)按重量份计,将58-65份纯丙乳液、26-32份水、0.1-0.3份聚甘油单硬脂酸脂、2-4份柠檬酸三钾、0.8-1.2份环己基氨基磺酸钙、8-13份耐碱性添加剂、6-10份金属颜料、0.6-0.9份润湿分散剂、0.2-0.5份消泡剂混合均匀后,采用搅拌持续搅拌处理25-35min后,制得成品,其中金属颜料为水性环保铜金粉或者水性铝银浆中的任意一种。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,保温处理的时间为2-3小时。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,纯丙乳液的固含量为46-50%,粘度为1800-2000mPa.s。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,润湿分散剂为润湿分散剂S-2102,消泡剂为硅聚醚消泡剂DF-805。
由以上的技术方案可知,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的一种耐碱性水性金属外墙涂料的制备方法,原料来源广泛,成本低廉,制得的水性金属外墙涂料,施工性好,涂刷二道无障碍,耐水性、耐洗刷性能优异,尤其是具有优异的耐碱性能,使用寿命长。其中,步骤(1)中制得的耐碱性添加剂,能有效的提升外墙涂料干燥后的耐碱性能,降低碱性物质对外墙涂料的腐蚀强度,进而有效的延长了外墙涂料的防护寿命。

下面通过具体的实施例对本发明进行详细说明,但这些举例性实施方式的用途和目的仅用来例举本发明,并非对本发明的实际保护范围构成任何形式的任何限定,更非将本发明的保护范围局限于此。
实施例1
一种耐碱性水性金属外墙涂料的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将18份氯化铈、12份氯化钇加入至190份水中,混合搅拌均匀后,将其加热至75℃后,继续向其中36份芥酸钠,混合搅拌均匀后保温处理后,制得耐碱性添加剂;
(2)按重量份计,将58份纯丙乳液、26份水、0.1份聚甘油单硬脂酸脂、2份柠檬酸三钾、0.8份环己基氨基磺酸钙、8份耐碱性添加剂、6份金属颜料、0.6份润湿分散剂、0.2份消泡剂混合均匀后,采用搅拌持续搅拌处理25min后,制得成品,其中金属颜料为水性环保铜金粉。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,保温处理的时间为2小时。

实施例2
一种耐碱性水性金属外墙涂料的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将20份氯化铈、13份氯化钇加入至195份水中,混合搅拌均匀后,将其加热至80℃后,继续向其中40份芥酸钠,混合搅拌均匀后,保温处理后,制得耐碱性添加剂;
(2)按重量份计,将63份纯丙乳液、30份水、0.2份聚甘油单硬脂酸脂、3份柠檬酸三钾、1.0份环己基氨基磺酸钙、10份耐碱性添加剂、8份金属颜料、0.8份润湿分散剂、0.3份消泡剂混合均匀后,采用搅拌持续搅拌处理30min后,制得成品,其中金属颜料为水性环保铜金粉。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,保温处理的时间为2.5小时。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,纯丙乳液的固含量为48%,粘度为1900mPa.s。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,润湿分散剂为润湿分散剂S-2102,消泡剂为硅聚醚消泡剂DF-805。
实施例3
一种耐碱性水性金属外墙涂料的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将23份氯化铈、15份氯化钇加入至200份水中,混合搅拌均匀后,将其加热至85℃后,继续向其中42份芥酸钠,混合搅拌均匀后,保温处理后,制得耐碱性添加剂;
(2)按重量份计,将65份纯丙乳液、32份水、0.3份聚甘油单硬脂酸脂、4份柠檬酸三钾、1.2份环己基氨基磺酸钙、13份耐碱性添加剂、10份金属颜料、0.9份润湿分散剂、0.5份消泡剂混合均匀后,采用搅拌持续搅拌处理35min后,制得成品,其中金属颜料为水性铝银浆。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,保温处理的时间为3小时。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,纯丙乳液的固含量为50%,粘度为2000mPa.s。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,润湿分散剂为润湿分散剂S-2102,消泡剂为硅聚醚消泡剂DF-805。
对比例1
步骤(2)中不添加耐碱性添加剂,其余操作步骤与实施例1完全相同。
分别用各实施例和对比例的方法制得水性金属外墙涂料,然后按照GB/T9755-2001中的方法测试其各项性能,测试结果如表1所示:

由表1可知,本实施例制得的水性金属外墙涂料,其各项性能优异,防护寿命长,品质优异。

1.一种耐碱性水性金属外墙涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下操作步骤:(1)按重量份计,将18-23份氯化铈、12-15份氯化钇加入至190-200份水中,混合搅拌均匀后,将其加热至75-85℃后,继续向其中加入36-42份芥酸钠,混合搅拌均匀后,保温处理后,保温处理的时间为2-3小时,制得耐碱性添加剂;(2)按重量份计,将58-65份纯丙乳液、26-32份水、0.1-0.3份聚甘油单硬脂酸酯 、2-4份柠檬酸三钾、0.8-1.2份环己基氨基磺酸钙、8-13份耐碱性添加剂、6-10份金属颜料、0.6-0.9份润湿分散剂、0.2-0.5份消泡剂混合均匀后,采用持续搅拌处理25-35min后,制得成品,其中金属颜料为水性环保铜金粉或者水性铝银浆中的任意一种,纯丙乳液的固含量为46-50%,粘度为1800-2000mPa·s,润湿分散剂为润湿分散剂S-2102,消泡剂为硅聚醚消泡剂DF-805。
