一种热塑性聚氨酯护套料的制备方法,其所含成分份量(以质量为单位)如下:热塑性聚氨酯弹性体80份,聚乙烯蜡3‑5份,环氧树脂3‑6份,亚硫酸盐0.3‑1份,丙烯腈‑苯乙烯‑丙烯酸酯共聚物20‑30份,乙炔炭黑20‑30份,纳米片状氢氧化镁2‑3份,硬脂酸镁2‑3份,γ‑缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷1‑2份,异氰脲酸酯环0.5‑1份,磷酸氢二钾0.3‑0.8份,纳米硅2‑4份。本发明所制得的热塑性聚氨酯护套料,具有很高的耐盐碱度,适合在深海作业的电缆使用。

一种热塑性聚氨酯护套料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及电缆料技术领域,尤其涉及一种热塑性聚氨酯的制备方法。
背景技术
热塑性聚氨酯因拥有卓越的高张力、高拉力、强韧和耐老化的特性,以及环保性,已被广泛应用于﹕鞋材、成衣、水上及水下之运动器材、医疗器材、健身器材、电缆套料等各方面。但是在深海坏境高盐碱度坏境中,普通热塑性聚氨酯护套极易被海水渗透腐蚀,从而造成损失。
发明内容
酯护套耐盐碱的不足,本发明提供一种热塑性聚氨酯护套料的制备方法,该热塑性聚氨酯护套料有着卓越的抗盐碱特性,适合在深海中使用。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种热塑性聚氨酯的制备方法,其所含成分份量(以质量为单位)如下:
热塑性聚氨酯弹性体80份,聚乙烯蜡3-5份,环氧树脂3-6份,亚硫酸盐0.3-1份,丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物20-30份,乙炔炭黑20-30份,纳米片状氢氧化镁2-3份,硬脂酸镁2-3份,γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-2份,异氰脲酸酯环0.5-1份,磷酸氢二钾0.3-0.8份,纳米硅2-4份。
本发明提供的制备方法:
第一步:将热塑性聚氨酯弹性体、聚乙烯蜡、环氧树脂、亚硫酸盐、丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物、γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷分2-5次投入到捏合机内,以180-200℃捏合4-6分钟,然后加入乙炔炭黑、纳米片状氢氧化镁、硬脂酸镁、异氰脲酸酯环,以120-140℃捏合3-5分钟,待料温降至80-90℃,再加入磷酸氢二钾、纳米硅,捏合 4-6分钟,将料卸到冷却混合机中冷却,降温至50℃以下时出料;
第二步:将上述混料投入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,双螺杆挤出机各区的加工温度分别为:1区160-185℃、2区185-200℃、3区190-205℃、4区190-220℃、机头200-230℃;挤出机螺杆转速40-65r/min;
第三步:粒料经筛选磁选、计量后包装得到成品。
本发明所采用材料为多次试验后得出的最佳组合,γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷是一种优异的偶联剂,可以提高护套的机械强度,纳米硅是良好的加强剂,使分子间形成紧密的空间结构,增加护套的紧密度,使护套不易被腐蚀老化,环氧树脂、异氰脲酸酯、环磷酸氢二钾可大大增强材料的耐盐碱改性剂。
本发明的有益效果是:所制得的热塑性聚氨酯护套料,具有很高的耐盐碱度,适合在深海作业的电缆使用。
具体实施方式
实例1
所用原料:热塑性聚氨酯弹性体80份,聚乙烯蜡3.5份,环氧树脂4份,亚硫酸盐0.6份,丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物22份,乙炔炭23份,纳米片状氢氧化镁2份,硬脂酸镁3份,γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷1.2份,异氰脲酸酯环0.6份,磷酸氢二钾0.5份,纳米硅3份。
第一步:将热塑性聚氨酯弹性体、聚乙烯蜡、环氧树脂、亚硫酸盐、丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物、γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷分4次投入到捏合机内,以190℃捏合5分钟,然后加入乙炔炭黑、纳米片状氢氧化镁、硬脂酸镁、异氰脲酸酯环,以125℃捏合4分钟,待料温降至80℃,再加入磷酸氢二钾、纳米硅,捏合 4分钟,将料卸到冷却混合机中冷却,降温至50℃以下时出料;
第二步:将上述混料投入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,双螺杆挤出机各区的加工 温度分别为:1区165℃、2区190℃、3区200℃、4区210℃, 机头220℃;挤出机螺杆转速50r/min;
第三步:粒料经筛选磁选、计量后包装得到成品。
实例2
所用原料:热塑性聚氨酯弹性体80份,聚乙烯蜡4.5份,环氧树脂6份,亚硫酸盐0.8份,丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物30份,乙炔炭黑30份,纳米片状氢氧化镁2.8份,硬脂酸镁3份,γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷1.8份,异氰脲酸酯环0.9份,磷酸氢二钾0.6份,纳米硅3.3份。
第一步:将热塑性聚氨酯弹性体、聚乙烯蜡、环氧树脂、亚硫酸盐、丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物、γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷分5次投入到捏合机内,以190℃捏合6分钟,然后加入乙炔炭黑、纳米片状氢氧化镁、硬脂酸镁、异氰脲酸酯环,以135℃捏合5分钟,待料温降至80℃,再加入磷酸氢二钾、纳米硅,捏合 6分钟,将料卸到冷却混合机中冷却,降温至50℃以下时出料;
第二步:将上述混料投入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,双螺杆挤出机各区的加工 温度分别为:1区170℃、2区190℃、3区200℃、4区220℃, 机头225℃;挤出机螺杆转速60r/min;
第三步:粒料经筛选磁选、计量后包装得到成品。

1.一种热塑性聚氨酯护套料的制备方法,其特征是:所含成分份量(以质量为单位)如下:
热塑性聚氨酯弹性体80份,聚乙烯蜡3-5份,环氧树脂3-6份,亚硫酸盐0.3-1份,丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物20-30份,乙炔炭黑20-30份,纳米片状氢氧化镁2-3份,硬脂酸镁2-3份,γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-2份,异氰脲酸酯环0.5-1份,磷酸氢二钾0.3-0.8份,纳米硅2-4份。
2.一种热塑性聚氨酯护套料的制备方法,其特征是:包括如下步骤:
第一步:将热塑性聚氨酯弹性体、聚乙烯蜡、环氧树脂、亚硫酸盐、丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物、γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷分2-5次投入到捏合机内,以180-200℃捏合4-6分钟,然后加入乙炔炭黑、纳米片状氢氧化镁、硬脂酸镁、异氰脲酸酯环,以120-140℃捏合3-5分钟,待料温降至80-90℃,再加入磷酸氢二钾、纳米硅,捏合 4-6分钟,将料卸到冷却混合机中冷却,降温至50℃以下时出料;
第二步:将上述混料投入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,双螺杆挤出机各区的加工 温度分别为:1区160-185℃、2区185-200℃、3区190-205℃、4区190-220℃, 机头200-230℃;挤出机螺杆转速40-65r/min;
第三步:粒料经筛选磁选、计量后包装得到成品。
