Abstract
一种玻纤用自交联苯丙多元共聚乳液本发明可作为建筑和玻纤胶黏剂使用,也可用做涂料的基料。其特征在于:(1)预乳化 将水和乳化剂加入乳化釜中,将苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯类、醋酸乙烯、交联单体以及(甲基)丙烯酸在2h内加入反应釜,继续搅拌1h,取出一部分作种子预乳液,保持搅拌,备用,(2)聚合 将水、乳化剂及种子预乳液投入聚合釜中,升温至60~70℃,再在78~80摄氏度滴加预乳液,控制在3~4h内滴完。升温至85℃,加入剩余的引发剂,保温30~60min使单体反应完全。降温,过滤,即制得成品。

本发明涉及一种玻纤用自交联苯丙多元共聚乳液及其制备方法,属于精细化工技术领域。
背景技术
玻纤用自交联苯丙多元共聚乳液系以苯乙烯、非离子乳化剂、丙烯酸酯类、进口阴离子乳化剂、(甲基)丙烯酸、过硫酸铵、自制交联单体、去离子水、醋酸乙烯(注:乳化剂、引发剂用量为相对总体质量的百分含量)等为原料经合理配制而成。
玻纤用自交联苯丙多元共聚乳液是胶粘剂的一种新产品,其主要特点为:原料易得,工艺简单,保存期长,使用方便,粘结牢固,可作为建筑和玻纤胶黏剂使用,也可用做涂料的基料。
玻纤用自交联苯丙多元共聚乳液具有以下特点:可作为建筑和玻纤胶黏剂使用,也可用做涂料的基料。
本玻纤用自交联苯丙多元共聚乳液的配比还没有见诸科技文献的报道。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题就在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种玻纤用自交联苯丙多元共聚乳液及其制备方法,它原料易得,工艺简单,保存期长,使用方便,粘结牢固,可作为建筑和玻纤胶黏剂使用,也可用做涂料的基料。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明公开了一种玻纤用自交联苯丙多元共聚乳液制备方法,所述的玻纤用自交联苯丙多元共聚乳液由下列重量份配比的原料制备而成:苯乙烯13.94%~20.91%、非离子乳化剂0.23%~0.56%、丙烯酸酯类13.94%~18.58%、进口阴离子乳化剂0.05%~0.19%、(甲基)丙烯酸0.23%~1.39%、过硫酸铵0.14%~0.28%、自制交联单体0.93%~2.32%、去离子水37.17%~46.5%、醋酸乙烯4.65%~9.29%(注:乳化剂、引发剂用量为相对总体质量的百分含量)。
本发明提供一种玻纤用自交联苯丙多元共聚乳液的制备方法,其特征在于:(1)预乳化 将水和乳化剂加入乳化釜中,将苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯类、醋酸乙烯、交联单体以及(甲基)丙烯酸在2h内加入反应釜,继续搅拌1h,取出一部分作种子预乳液,保持搅拌,备用,(2)聚合 将水、乳化剂及种子预乳液投入聚合釜中,升温至60~70℃,再在78~80摄氏度滴加预乳液,控制在3~4h内滴完。升温至85℃,加入剩余的引发剂,保温30~60min使单体反应完全。降温,过滤,即制得成品。
本发明一种玻纤用自交联苯丙多元共聚乳液系苯乙烯、非离子乳化剂、丙烯酸酯类、进口阴离子乳化剂、(甲基)丙烯酸、过硫酸铵、自制交联单体、去离子水、醋酸乙烯(注:乳化剂、引发剂用量为相对总体质量的百分含量为主要成分的固体粘合剂。可作为建筑和玻纤胶黏剂使用,也可用做涂料的基料。
具体实施方式
实例1
玻纤用自交联苯丙多元共聚乳液由下列重量份配比的原料制备而成:苯乙烯13.94%~、非离子乳化剂0.23%、丙烯酸酯类13.94%、进口阴离子乳化剂0.05%、(甲基)丙烯酸0.23%、过硫酸铵0.14%、自制交联单体0.93%、去离子水37.17%、醋酸乙烯4.65%。
(1)预乳化 将水和乳化剂加入乳化釜中,将苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯类、醋酸乙烯、交联单体以及(甲基)丙烯酸在2h内加入反应釜,继续搅拌1h,取出一部分作种子预乳液,保持搅拌,备用,(2)聚合 将水、乳化剂及种子预乳液投入聚合釜中,升温至60~70℃,再在78~80摄氏度滴加预乳液,控制在3~4h内滴完。升温至85℃,加入剩余的引发剂,保温30~60min使单体反应完全。降温,过滤,即制得成品。
实例2
玻纤用自交联苯丙多元共聚乳液由下列重量份配比的原料制备而成:苯乙烯19.4%、非离子乳化剂0.35%、丙烯酸酯类14%、进口阴离子乳化剂0.15%、(甲基)丙烯酸1.23%、过硫酸铵0.19%、自制交联单体1.92%、去离子水41.7%、醋酸乙烯6.75%。
(1)预乳化 将水和乳化剂加入乳化釜中,将苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯类、醋酸乙烯、交联单体以及(甲基)丙烯酸在2h内加入反应釜,继续搅拌1h,取出一部分作种子预乳液,保持搅拌,备用,(2)聚合 将水、乳化剂及种子预乳液投入聚合釜中,升温至60~70℃,再在78~80摄氏度滴加预乳液,控制在3~4h内滴完。升温至85℃,加入剩余的引发剂,保温30~60min使单体反应完全。降温,过滤,即制得成品。
实例3
玻纤用自交联苯丙多元共聚乳液由下列重量份配比的原料制备而成:苯乙烯19.1%、非离子乳化剂0.52%、丙烯酸酯类18.18%、进口阴离子乳化剂0.19%、(甲基)丙烯酸1.36%、过硫酸铵0.26%、自制交联单体2.3%、去离子水45.5%、醋酸乙烯8.29%。
(1)预乳化 将水和乳化剂加入乳化釜中,将苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯类、醋酸乙烯、交联单体以及(甲基)丙烯酸在2h内加入反应釜,继续搅拌1h,取出一部分作种子预乳液,保持搅拌,备用,(2)聚合 将水、乳化剂及种子预乳液投入聚合釜中,升温至60~70℃,再在78~80摄氏度滴加预乳液,控制在3~4h内滴完。升温至85℃,加入剩余的引发剂,保温30~60min使单体反应完全。降温,过滤,即制得成品。

本发明可作为建筑和玻纤胶黏剂使用,也可用做涂料的基料。
2.一种玻纤用自交联苯丙多元共聚乳液制备方法,其特征在于,所述玻纤用自交联苯丙多元共聚乳液由下列重量份配比的原料制备而成:苯乙烯19.4%、非离子乳化剂0.35%、丙烯酸酯类14%、进口阴离子乳化剂0.15%、(甲基)丙烯酸1.23%、过硫酸铵0.19%、自制交联单体1.92%、去离子水41.7%、醋酸乙烯6.75%。
3. 如权利要求2所述的玻纤用自交联苯丙多元共聚乳液的制备方法,其特征在于:(1)预乳化 将水和乳化剂加入乳化釜中,将苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯类、醋酸乙烯、交联单体以及(甲基)丙烯酸在2h内加入反应釜,继续搅拌1h,取出一部分作种子预乳液,保持搅拌,备用,(2)聚合 将水、乳化剂及种子预乳液投入聚合釜中,升温至60~70℃,再在78~80摄氏度滴加预乳液,控制在3~4h内滴完,升温至85℃,加入剩余的引发剂,保温30~60min使单体反应完全,降温,过滤,即制得成品。
