一种中频炉修补料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种中频炉炉衬的修补料,属于中频炉用耐火材料技术领域。
背景技术
中频炉具有熔化速度快、生产效率高、使用灵活、污染小、电磁搅拌效果好和高效节能等特点,近年来被广泛的应用于不锈钢、特钢和铸造行业,并且不断向大功率、快速熔化和大容量方向发展。中频炉炉衬材料是中频炉的重要组成部分,在中频炉熔炼过程中,由于受到金属熔体和熔渣的侵蚀及频繁的温度变化所带来的热冲击,炉衬局部会出现裂纹或剥落的情况。修补用可塑料涂覆在裂纹或剥落的部位,可形成与炉衬结合为一体的修补层,以提高炉衬的使用寿命和减少耐火材料的消耗。
中频炉炉衬以刚玉(矾土)-尖晶石质捣打料应用最为广泛,修补刚玉(矾土)-尖晶石质捣打料炉衬时用的可塑料,要求具有粘结性强、耐高温、抗热震和耐冲刷等特点。目前,常见的修补用可塑料主要存在问题:1)粘结性较差,修补时易脱落;2)常温硬化慢、早期强度低;3)修补后使用寿命短;4)保存时间短;5)不易施工、修补时工作效率低;尤其是保存期短,极大地影响了修补用可塑料的使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种有良好热态修补性能,可随补随用,较好地解决中频炉使用过程中出现裂纹、影响其正常使用的中频炉修补料。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的,一种中频炉修补料,所述的修补料由如下组分组成:
三氧化二铝主料 65-75%,
三氧化二鉻 10-16%,
硼砂 3-10%,
高温粘结剂 2-8%,
钛白粉 1-3%,
硅微粉 2-5%,
以上各组分的重量百分配比以100%为准。
作为优选:所述的修补料由如下组分按重量百分比组成:
三氧化二铝主料 70%,
三氧化二鉻 13%,
硼砂 6.5%,
高温粘结剂 5%,
钛白粉 2%,
硅微粉 3.5%,
所述的三氧化二铝主料由刚玉与矾土按照4-6:4-6的比例组成。
本发明具有良好热态修补性能,可随补随用,较好地解决中频炉使用过程中出现裂纹、影响其正常使用等特点。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作详细的介绍:本发明所述的一种中频炉修补料,所述的修补料由如下组份组成:
三氧化二铝主料 65-75%, 65 75
三氧化二鉻 10-16%, 14 12
硼砂 3-10%, 7.5 5
高温粘结剂 2-8%, 7 3.5
钛白粉 1-3%, 2.5 1.5
硅微粉 2-5%, 4 3
以上各组分的重量百分配比以100%为准;所述的三氧化二铝主料由刚玉与矾土按照4-6:4-6的比例组成。
实施例1:本发明所述的修补料由如下组分按重量百分比组成:70%的三氧化二铝主料,13%的三氧化二鉻,6.5%的硼砂,5%的高温粘结剂,2%的钛白粉,3.5%的硅微粉;所述的三氧化二铝主料由刚玉与矾土按照各半的比例组成;所述硼砂作为高温烧结剂;所述的高温粘结剂可以通过市售选择获得。
实施例2:本发明所述的修补料由如下组分按重量百分比组成:65%的三氧化二铝主料,14%的三氧化二鉻,7.5%的硼砂,7%的高温粘结剂,2.5%的钛白粉,4%的硅微粉;所述的三氧化二铝主料由刚玉与矾土按照4:6的比例组成。
实施例3:本发明所述的修补料由如下组分按重量百分比组成:75%的三氧化二铝主料,12%的三氧化二鉻,5%的硼砂,3.5%的高温粘结剂,1.5%的钛白粉,3%的硅微粉;所述的三氧化二铝主料由刚玉与矾土按照6:4比例组成。
本发明采用刚玉、特级矾土、三氧化二鉻、微粉为主要原料,粘结剂和高温烧结剂增加烧结强度,具有良好的热态修补性能,可随补随用,很好地解决了中频炉使用过程中出现裂纹影响使用等问题。
本发明的其它实施例可以在上述实施例的基础上,通过数值的简单替换即可获得无数个实施例,且这种替换是本领域技术人员能够简单实现并实施的。

1.一种中频炉修补料,其特征在于所述的修补料由如下组分组成:
三氧化二铝主料 65-75%,
三氧化二鉻 10-16%,
硼砂 3-10%,
高温粘结剂 2-8%,
钛白粉 1-3%,
硅微粉 2-5%,
以上各组分的重量百分配比以100%为准。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中频炉修补料,其特征在于所述的修补料由如下组分按重量百分比组成:
三氧化二铝主料 70%,
三氧化二鉻 13%,
硼砂 6.5%,
高温粘结剂 5%,
钛白粉 2%,
硅微粉 3.5%,
所述的三氧化二铝主料由刚玉与矾土按照4-6:4-6的比例组成。
