一种家具设计用木纹制作装置,如图所示,包括前部开口的箱体1,箱体1顶端内壁两侧均分别固定安装一组固定座组2,每组固定座组2由前后两块固定座组成,每组固定座组2中的两块固定座之间均分别通过轴承活动安装一根螺杆3,两根螺杆3相互平行,每根螺杆3上配合设有两个螺母4,螺杆3与螺母4螺纹配合,每个螺母4的底端固定安装竖杆5,四根竖杆5底端之间通过一块水平的连接板6固定连接,连接板6位于螺杆3的下方,每根螺杆3与两个螺母4螺纹配合,每个螺母4通过竖杆5与连接板6固定连接,进而螺杆3旋转能使螺母4沿螺杆3前后移动,并带动连接板6前后移动,连接板6底面中部活动安装水平的第一齿轮7,第一齿轮7的两侧分别设有第二齿轮8,第二齿轮8的旋转轴顶端与连接板6的底面通过轴承活动连接,第二齿轮8能与第一齿轮7啮合配合,连接板6的底面开设截面为T型的环形槽9,环形槽9与第一齿轮7的同心放置,环形槽9内配合设有数块均匀分布的T型块10,数块T型块10的底端之间通过一个水平的齿圈11固定连接,齿圈11位于连接板6的下方,齿圈11与第一齿轮7同心放置,第二齿轮8位于齿圈11内并能与齿圈11啮合配合,齿圈11的底端一侧固定安装雕刻刀12,雕刻刀12刀刃朝下,第一齿轮7与第二齿轮8啮合配合,第二齿轮8与齿圈11啮合配合,齿圈11与T型块10固定连接,T型块10位于截面为T型的环形槽9内,进而第一齿轮7旋转能带动第二齿轮8旋转,进而带动齿圈11旋转,齿圈11与雕刻刀12固定连接,使雕刻刀12以第一齿轮7的圆心做圆周运动,根据需要调整雕刻刀12的方位进行木纹雕刻,连接板6顶端中部固定安装双轴电机13,双轴电机13的其中一竖向轴与第一齿轮7的旋转轴固定连接,双轴电机13的另一根竖向轴顶端固定安装水平的第一链轮14,箱体1的顶端内壁活动安装两个第二链轮15,两个第二链轮15分别位于箱体1的前后两端,两个第二链轮15之间通过一条第一链条16活动连接,第一链轮14能与第一链条16啮合配合,双轴电机13的一根轴与第一齿轮7的旋转轴固定连接,双轴电机13的另一根轴固定安装第一链轮14,进而双轴电机13能带动第一齿轮7、第一链轮14旋转,第一链轮14与第一链条16处于啮合状态时,能带动第一链条16、第二链轮15旋转,箱体1的顶端内壁通过连接块固定安装两根水平的伸缩杆17,两根伸缩杆17分别位于箱体1的前后两端,两根伸缩杆17位于两个第二链轮15之间,伸缩杆17的伸展方向朝向第二链轮15,每根伸缩杆17的一端固定安装第一固定套18,第一链条16的一端能穿过两个第一固定套18,每个第一固定套18的一端固定安装水平的连杆19,两根连杆19相互平行,每根连杆19的一端固定安装第二固定套20,第一链条16的另一端能穿过两个第二固定套20,第一链条16与第二链轮15的啮合配合,并第一链条16与第二链轮15并非绷紧配合,而且通过连杆19、第一固定套18、第二固定套20的配合,其中连杆19位于第一链条16的两端之间,在使用过程中,伸缩杆17伸展使第一链条16的一端向第一链轮14方向移动并与第一链轮14啮合配合,但第一链条16的另一端并不与第一链轮14接触配合,进而第一链条16在第一链轮14的带动下开始旋转;伸缩杆17收缩使第一链条16的一端远离第一链轮14,第一链条16停止旋转,同时通过第一固定套18、第二固定套20又可对第一链条16进行支撑,防止第一链条16因过松而掉落,位于箱体1后方的第二链轮15的旋转轴底端固定安装第三链轮21,箱体1的后端内壁两侧分别活动安装第四链轮22,两个第四链轮22位于两根螺杆3之间,两个第四链轮22通过一条第二链条23活动连接,第三链轮21能与第二链条23啮合配合,每个第四链轮22的旋转轴顶端固定安装水平的第一斜齿轮24,每根螺杆3的后端固定安装第二斜齿轮25,每个第一斜齿轮24能与对应的一个第二斜齿轮25啮合配合,第二链轮15的旋转轴底端安装第三链轮21,第三链轮21与第四链轮22之间通过第二链条23活动连接,进而第二链轮15带动第三链轮21旋转同步可以带动第二链条23旋转,使第四链轮22开始旋转,第四链轮22与第一斜齿轮24固定连接,进而可以带动第一斜齿轮24旋转,第一斜齿轮24与第二斜齿轮25啮合配合,并第二斜齿轮25与螺杆3固定连接,从而可以带动螺杆3旋转,箱体1底端内壁固定安装四根竖向的升降杆26,四根升降杆26呈矩形排列,升降杆26的上方配合设有支撑板27,升降杆26的顶端与支撑板27的底面铰接连接,将家具放置到支撑板27上,通过升降杆26的伸展可以使家具向上升起,然后进行木纹雕刻,在使用中家具的放置更为省力,并也能根据不同厚度的家具进行调整升降杆26的伸展长度,箱体1顶端外壁两侧分别固定安装竖板28,竖板28位于箱体1的前部,两块竖板28之间活动安装水平的带有电机的卷轴29,卷轴29固定连接透明塑料布30的一端,透明塑料布30能缠绕到卷轴29上,箱体1的前端两侧分别开设长条槽31,每条长条槽31内配合设有滑块32,透明塑料布30的另一端与滑块32固定连接,卷轴29旋转并放松透明塑料布30,使透明塑料布30的另一端在滑块32的自身重力下带动向下移动,使透明塑料布30展开,透明塑料布30展开后能将箱体1的前部开口遮挡,并在雕刻过程中对木屑进行阻挡,避免木屑飘散到空气中工人吸入而影响健康。将家具放置到支撑板27上,升降杆26伸展使支撑板27处于水平状态并带动家具向上移动,使雕刻刀12与家具表面接触,然后双轴电机13工作,双轴电机13的一根轴与第一齿轮7的旋转轴固定连接,双轴电机13的另一根轴固定安装第一链轮14,进而双轴电机13能带动第一齿轮7、第一链轮14旋转,第一齿轮7与第二齿轮8啮合配合,第二齿轮8与齿圈11啮合配合,齿圈11与T型块10固定连接,T型块10位于截面为T型的环形槽9内,进而第一齿轮7旋转能带动第二齿轮8旋转,进而带动齿圈11旋转,齿圈11与雕刻刀12固定连接,使雕刻刀12以第一齿轮7的圆心做圆周运动,根据木纹雕刻需要,调整雕刻刀12的方位,然后伸缩杆17伸展,带动第一固定套18、连杆19、第二固定套20向箱体1一侧移动,使第一链条16的一端与第一链轮14啮合配合,而第一链轮14旋转可以带动第一链条16旋转,进而带动第二链轮15旋转,位于箱体1后方的第二链轮15的旋转轴底端安装第三链轮21,并第三链轮21与第四链轮22之间通过第二链条23连接,进而可以带动第二链条23、第四链轮22旋转,第四链轮22的旋转轴顶端安装第一斜齿轮24,并第一斜齿轮24与第二斜齿轮25啮合配合,进而可以使第二斜齿轮25旋转,而第二斜齿轮25与螺杆3固定连接,进而使螺杆3旋转,螺杆3又与螺母4螺纹配合,螺母4与连接板6之间通过竖杆5固定连接,进而螺杆3旋转可以使螺母4带动连接板6沿螺杆3前后移动,进而对家具表面进行木纹雕刻,从而完成对家具表面的木纹制作。通过本发明可以对家具表面进行全方位的木纹雕刻,使家具更为美观,并且木纹雕刻结束后,将家具从支撑板27取下,然后使位于后方的两根升降杆26伸展,此时支撑板27后端抬起,支撑板27倾斜,使木屑从支撑板27上滑落并进行收集,木屑清理更为便利,并且将家具放置到支撑板27上并向上升起,在放置过程中较为省力,同时也能根据家具不同的厚度进行调节升降杆26的伸展长度,满足不同家具木纹雕刻需要。透明塑料布30展开后能将箱体1的前部开口遮挡,在雕刻过程中对木屑进行阻挡,避免木屑飘散到外界空气中工人吸入而影响健康,同时通过透明塑料布30在加工过程中也可以对家具的加工过程进行监控,在使用中更为便利。A wood grain production device for furniture design, as shown in the figure, includes a
