Claims (10)

1. A supporting plate-free brick discharging device is used for a block forming machine and is characterized by comprising a brick discharging support, a driving roller, a driven roller, a conveying belt and a driving roller driving mechanism; wherein,
one end of the brick discharging support is connected with the driving roller in a supporting mode, and the other end of the brick discharging support is connected with the driven roller in a supporting mode;
the driving roller and the driven roller support the conveying belt, and the driving roller driving mechanism is in driving connection with the driving roller;
the conveying belt is positioned below a mold of the block making machine and is used for receiving finished bricks generated by the mold.
2. The pallet-free brick ejection device of claim 1 wherein the brick ejection rack comprises a drive roller rack and a driven roller rack, the drive roller rack being in supporting connection with the drive roller and the driven roller rack being in supporting connection with the driven roller.
3. The pallet-free brick ejection device of claim 1, wherein the pallet-free brick ejection device comprises a brick making platform disposed below a mold of the block molding machine;
and a conveying belt channel is arranged on the brick making platform, and the lower part of the conveying belt penetrates through the conveying belt channel.
4. The pallet-free brick discharging device of claim 1 further comprising a support roller, wherein the support roller is provided with a support seat, the support seat is fixedly connected with a frame of the block forming machine, and the support roller supports the conveying belt.
5. The pallet-free brick ejection device of claim 2, further comprising a support steel plate fixedly connected to the drive roll bracket, the support steel plate supporting the conveyor belt.
6. The pallet-free brick ejection device of claim 2, wherein the drive roller bracket is provided with a first bearing seat, and the driven roller bracket is provided with a second bearing seat;
the first bearing seat support is connected with the driving roller in a supporting mode, and the second bearing seat support is connected with the driven roller in a supporting mode.
7. The pallet-free brick ejection device of claim 1 wherein the drive roller drive mechanism comprises a reduction motor and a chain, the chain connecting the drive roller and the reduction motor, the reducer driving the drive roller through the chain.
8. The pallet-free brick ejection device of claim 1, wherein the conveyor belt is a sandwich belt, the sandwich belt comprises a rope-like sandwich structure, and the rope-like sandwich structure is linear or net-like.
9. The pallet-free brick ejection device of claim 6, wherein the driven roller bracket is provided with an adjustment hole, and the second bearing seat is fixedly connected with the driven roller through the adjustment hole.
10. A static pressure block machine, characterized in that it comprises a pallet-free brick ejection device according to any one of claims 1-9.
