Two sets of clamping belts 23 are symmetrically installed on the left side and the right side of the outer surface of the conveying belt 16, a plurality of groups of left and right through circular clamping holes 24 are formed in the clamping belts 23 at equal intervals, the upper sides of the clamping holes 24 are communicated with building material inlets of T-shaped structures with large upper portions and small lower portions, the clamping belts 23 are made of nylon materials, and the nylon materials are high in hardness, good in flexibility and wear-resistant. The rod-shaped building material can be fixed by the left and right groups of clamping belts 23. The top that is located flitch 10 downside conveyer belt 16 is provided with a set of bottom portion and fixes bracing piece 20 on right side apron 17, the upper portion intermediate position fixed mounting of bracing piece 20 has a set of lift 21, the downside fixed mounting of lift 21 has the mounting bracket (not drawn in the figure), the bottom of mounting bracket is connected with two sets of clamp plates 22 that are located directly over clamping hole 24 respectively downwards, drive clamp plate 22 and move down through starting lift 21, and then extrude down the shaft-like building materials of roll-in building materials import, thereby fix in pressing clamping hole 24 with it.
The side outwards fixed mounting has two sets of electric telescopic handle 15 around being located left side apron 17, electric telescopic handle 15's end installs a set of limiting plate 14 that is L type structure jointly, position about adjustable limiting plate 14 through electric telescopic handle 15, the shaft-like building material that falls through flitch 10 down falls into clamping belt 23 with the right side in the state of flushing, then impress it through clamp plate 22 in centre gripping hole 24, then the removal about rethread limiting plate 14, adjust the length that shaft-like building material needs to block, then under conveyer belt 16's removal, block it through cutting out sword 18.
The front side surface of the right side cover plate 17 is provided with a telescopic motor 25 through a mounting plate, the left output end of the telescopic motor 25 is rotated to form a telescopic rod 26, the diameter of the telescopic rod 26 is smaller than that of the clamping hole 24, in order to enable the telescopic rod 26 to stretch into the clamping hole 24, the telescopic motor 25 is positioned on the right side of the cutting knife 18, after the rod-shaped building materials passing through the cutting knife 18 are cut off, the rod-shaped building materials continuously move backwards, then the rod-shaped building materials pass through the position of the telescopic rod 26, and the rod-shaped building materials are pushed out from the clamping hole. A group of discharging plates 11 for promoting the rod-shaped building materials falling from the clamping holes 24 to be conveyed are fixedly arranged at the lower part of the left side of the conveyer belt 16. The front side of the telescopic electric rod 15 is shorter than the front side of the conveyor belt 16, in order to enable the building material in the clamping hole 24 to be output from the front side of the telescopic electric rod 15.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the rod-shaped building materials to be cut roll downwards along the blanking plate 10 and then roll into the last side of the conveying belt 16, then the elevator 21 is started to drive the pressing plate 22 to move downwards, then the rod-shaped building materials placed in the building material inlet on the clamping belt 23 are pressed into the clamping hole 24, then the electric telescopic rod 15 is started to adjust the left and right length of the building materials in the clamping hole 24, so that the cut length is selected according to requirements, then the rod-shaped building materials are conveyed forwards continuously on the conveying belt 16 and cut by the cutting knife 18, then the cut waste materials fall into the waste collecting tank 13, and when the cut building materials move to the middle part of the foremost side of the conveying belt 16, the rod-shaped building materials are pushed to the clamping hole 24 through the left and right continuous movement of the telescopic rod 26, so that the output of the discharging plate 11 is improved.
Example two
On the basis of the first embodiment, a rubber pad is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the pressing plate 22, so as to provide a slight buffer capacity to the rod-shaped building material when the pressing plate 22 presses the rod-shaped building material downwards, thereby preventing the surface of the rod-shaped building material from being worn.
