本发明公开了一种蒜瓣切片刀具,包括旋转刀盘,所述旋转刀盘中部设置有与外部驱动轴匹配的轴孔;所述旋转刀盘上沿其圆周方向间隔设置有多个带弧度的豁口,所述豁口处一侧对应设置有安装槽,所述安装槽内安装有切刀;所述切刀的刀背一侧铰接于安装槽内,所述切刀的刀刃一侧均延伸至豁口另一侧且与豁口另一侧之间存在间隙;所述切刀上靠近刀背一侧设置有多个安装沉槽,所述安装沉槽内设置有用于调节切刀高度的调节螺栓;所述切刀与安装槽之间设置有弹簧。本发明结构设计合理,使用方便,能够调节切片的预设厚度,使其满足蒜瓣不同厚度的生产要求;能够在生产中实时调节切片厚度,避免了停机调节导致的时间浪费,提高工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种食品加工领域,具体是一种蒜瓣切片刀具。
背景技术
我国的大蒜种植、加工、生产、出口均属世界最大国,在我国出口的经济作物中大蒜占据相当大一部分,近年来,随着市场需求的不断增加大蒜的生产和销售呈直线上升趋势同时带来的经济效益也十分可观。蒜片作为大蒜的一种深加工产品因其具有耐储存易运输的优点而广受消费者喜爱,现有大蒜切片设配切片厚度单一,难以满足蒜瓣不同厚度的生产要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种蒜瓣切片刀具,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种蒜瓣切片刀具,包括旋转刀盘,所述旋转刀盘中部设置有与外部驱动轴匹配的轴孔;所述旋转刀盘上沿其圆周方向间隔设置有多个带弧度的豁口,所述豁口处一侧对应设置有安装槽,所述安装槽内安装有切刀;所述切刀的刀背一侧铰接于安装槽内,所述切刀的刀刃一侧均延伸至豁口另一侧且与豁口另一侧之间存在间隙;所述切刀上靠近刀背一侧设置有多个安装沉槽,所述安装沉槽内设置有用于调节切刀高度的调节螺栓;所述切刀与安装槽之间设置有弹簧,所述弹簧套装于调节螺栓外。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述旋转刀盘为非磁材料制成,所述切刀为磁性材料制成。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述切刀正下方的旋转刀盘内设置有安装腔,所述安装腔内设置有电磁线圈。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述安装腔一端为开口,且其开口端延伸至旋转刀盘的侧壁边缘。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述切刀下方设置有卡扣,所述旋转刀盘上设置有与卡扣匹配的卡槽。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述卡槽由两块对称布置的弹片构成,所述弹片的形状及其之间的间距与卡扣相匹配。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述切刀的刀刃呈弧形布置。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:使用时,通过外部驱动轴带动旋转刀盘转动,通过切刀的刀刃及豁口之间的间隙对蒜瓣进行切片,由于调节螺栓及弹簧的设置,因此能够通过旋转调节螺栓来调节切刀的刀刃及豁口之间的间隙,进而调节切片的预设厚度,使其满足蒜瓣不同厚度的生产要求;设置电磁线圈,能够对其通电,进而产生磁场,从而使切刀克服弹簧弹力靠近豁口,从而实现了在生产中实时调节蒜瓣的切片厚度,避免了停机调节导致的时间浪费,提高工作效率;设置卡扣及卡槽,能够在电磁线圈通电吸引切刀后卡合,提高电磁线圈通电后切刀位置的稳定性。
综上所述,本发明结构设计合理,使用方便,能够调节切片的预设厚度,使其满足蒜瓣不同厚度的生产要求;能够在生产中实时调节切片厚度,避免了停机调节导致的时间浪费,提高工作效率。

请参阅图1-3,一种蒜瓣切片刀具,包括旋转刀盘1,所述旋转刀盘1中部设置有与外部驱动轴匹配的轴孔11;所述旋转刀盘1上沿其圆周方向间隔设置有多个带弧度的豁口12,所述豁口12处一侧对应设置有安装槽2,所述安装槽2内安装有切刀3;所述切刀3的刀背一侧铰接于安装槽2内,所述切刀3的刀刃一侧均延伸至豁口12另一侧且与豁口12另一侧之间存在间隙;所述切刀3上靠近刀背一侧设置有多个安装沉槽31,所述安装沉槽31内设置有用于调节切刀3高度的调节螺栓5;所述切刀3与安装槽2之间设置有弹簧51,所述弹簧51套装于调节螺栓5外。
作为可选的方案,所述旋转刀盘为非磁材料制成,所述切刀为磁性材料制成。
作为可选的方案,所述切刀正下方的旋转刀盘内设置有安装腔,所述安装腔内设置有电磁线圈,如此能够在生产时直接通过磁力调节切刀与豁口之间的间隙,进而调节切片厚度。
作为可选的方案,所述安装腔一端为开口,且其开口端延伸至旋转刀盘的侧壁边缘,方便电磁线圈的安装。
作为可选的方案,所述切刀3下方设置有卡扣6,所述旋转刀盘1上设置有与卡扣6匹配的卡槽,在切刀被向旋转刀盘移动时,能够通过卡扣卡紧卡槽,提高电磁线圈通电后切刀位置的稳定性。
作为可选的方案,所述卡槽由两块对称布置的弹片61构成,所述弹片61的形状及其之间的间距与卡扣6相匹配。
作为可选的方案,所述切刀3的刀刃呈弧形布置。
本发明的工作原理是:使用时,通过外部驱动轴带动旋转刀盘1转动,通过切刀3的刀刃及豁口12之间的间隙对蒜瓣进行切片,由于调节螺栓5及弹簧51的设置,因此能够通过旋转调节螺栓5来调节切刀3的刀刃及豁口12之间的间隙,进而调节切片的预设厚度,使其满足蒜瓣不同厚度的生产要求;设置电磁线圈4,能够对其通电,进而产生磁场,从而使切刀3克服弹簧51弹力靠近豁口12,从而实现了在生产中实时调节蒜瓣的切片厚度,避免了停机调节导致的时间浪费,提高工作效率;设置卡扣6及卡槽,能够在电磁线圈41通电吸引切刀3后卡合,提高电磁线圈41通电后切刀3位置的稳定性。

1.一种蒜瓣切片刀具,其特征在于,包括旋转刀盘,所述旋转刀盘中部设置有与外部驱动轴匹配的轴孔;所述旋转刀盘上沿其圆周方向间隔设置有多个带弧度的豁口,所述豁口处一侧对应设置有安装槽,所述安装槽内安装有切刀;所述切刀的刀背一侧铰接于安装槽内,所述切刀的刀刃一侧均延伸至豁口另一侧且与豁口另一侧之间存在间隙;所述切刀上靠近刀背一侧设置有多个安装沉槽,所述安装沉槽内设置有用于调节切刀高度的调节螺栓;所述切刀与安装槽之间设置有弹簧,所述弹簧套装于调节螺栓外。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蒜瓣切片刀具,其特征在于,所述旋转刀盘为非磁材料制成,所述切刀为磁性材料制成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的蒜瓣切片刀具,其特征在于,所述切刀正下方的旋转刀盘内设置有安装腔,所述安装腔内设置有电磁线圈。
4.根据权利要求3所述的蒜瓣切片刀具,其特征在于,所述安装腔一端为开口,且其开口端延伸至旋转刀盘的侧壁边缘。
5.根据权利要求3所述的蒜瓣切片刀具,其特征在于,所述切刀下方设置有卡扣,所述旋转刀盘上设置有与卡扣匹配的卡槽。
6.根据权利要求5所述的蒜瓣切片刀具,其特征在于,所述卡槽由两块对称布置的弹片构成,所述弹片的形状及其之间的间距与卡扣相匹配。
7.根据权利要求1所述的蒜瓣切片刀具,其特征在于,所述切刀的刀刃呈弧形布置。
