As shown in fig. 3 to 8, a feeding device of a laser welding machine comprises a supporting table 1, wherein a driving motor is connected to the supporting table 1, and the driving motor is connected to a material storage tray 2 through a reducer. A large number of first workpieces are placed in the magazine 2. When the magazine 2 rotates, the centrifugal force generated moves the first workpiece toward the edge of the magazine 2.
A guide rail 21 is fixedly connected to the support table 1. The guide rail 21 has a spiral shape, and the magazine 2 is placed in the guide rail 21. As the magazine 2 rotates, the first workpiece is transported out along the guide rail 21. The guide rail 21 is provided with an adjustment mechanism 3. A material return plate 36 is fixedly connected to one end of the guide rail 21 far away from the storage tray 2. The return plate 36 is disposed obliquely.
The adjusting mechanism 3 comprises a feeding chute, a spiral inner plate 31, a spiral outer plate 32 and a striker plate 33. The spiral inner and outer plates 31 and 32 and the guide rail 21 form a passage therebetween for movement of the first workpiece. The feed-back trough 34 is opened towards one side of the storage tray 2 to the spiral inner plate 31, one end of the striker plate 33 is fixed on the inner wall of the feed-back trough 34, and the other end extends into the channel. And the distance between the material baffle plate 33 and the guide rail 21 is larger than the thickness of one first workpiece and smaller than the thickness of two first workpieces, so that one first workpiece is ensured to pass through at one time. The feed chute opens onto the guide rail 21. The shape of the feed chute is the same as the shape of the projection of the first workpiece towards the guide rail 21. A large number of first workpieces move along the path, and the striker plate 33 collides with the first workpiece placed obliquely and the plurality of stacked first workpieces, dropping these first workpieces into the magazine 2 along the return chute 34. The first work pieces, which are single and flat, are moved along the path onto the feed chute, the first work pieces, which are placed in the forward direction, fall from the feed chute, and the first work pieces, which are placed upside down, are moved along the rail onto the return plate 36 and then fall back from the return plate 36 into the magazine 2.
The feeding rail 35 is fixed below the guide rail 21, one end of the feeding rail is located below the feeding groove and used for receiving a first workpiece, and the other end of the feeding rail extends towards the direction close to the welding station. A positioning mechanism 4 for positioning the first workpiece is provided on the feed rail 35.
The positioning mechanism 4 includes a first clamp block 41, a second clamp block 42, a first clamp groove 43, and a second clamp groove 44. The first clamping groove 43 is arranged on the first clamping block 41; the second holding groove 44 opens on the second holding block 42. A clamping cavity 47 for clamping a first workpiece is formed between the first clamping groove 43 and the second clamping groove 44; when the clamping cavity 47 clamps the first workpiece, the inner wall of the clamping cavity 47 is attached to the outer wall of the first workpiece. The second clamping block 42 is slidably connected to the first clamping block 41 by a screw, which is horizontally disposed. A guide rod which is arranged in a cylindrical shape and is placed in parallel with the screw rod is fixed to the first clamp block 41. The guide rod passes through the second clamp block 42. The feeding track 35 is hinged with a baffle 45 which is used for abutting against the first workpiece, and the baffle 45 is connected with the feeding track 35 through a first elastic piece 46. The first elastic member 46 is a spring. A push rod 48 for abutting against the baffle 45 is fixed to the first holding block 41. The first workpiece is placed in the clamping cavity 47, when the first clamping block 41 and the second clamping block 42 move in the direction away from the feeding track 35, the push rod 48 is separated from the baffle 45, and the baffle 45 is turned over along the hinged position under the elastic action of the first elastic piece 46 and is abutted against the first workpiece on the feeding track 35, so that the first workpiece is prevented from falling and being damaged. When the first clamping block 41 and the second clamping block 42 move towards the direction close to the feeding track 35, the push rod 48 abuts against the baffle 45, and through the lever principle, the baffle 45 turns over along the hinge joint and enables the first workpiece to enter the clamping cavity 47 from the feeding track 35.
The supporting table 1 is connected with a supporting seat for supporting a second workpiece. One side of the supporting seat is provided with a driving mechanism 5 for driving the second workpiece to move along the width direction of the supporting seat.
The driving mechanism 5 comprises a connecting seat 51, an expansion link 52 and a clamping component 53 hinged on the upper side and the lower side of the expansion link 52. Clamping assembly 53 includes a first link 531, a second link 532, a third link 533, and a clamp plate 534. The first link 531 has one end hinged to the telescopic rod 52 and the other end hinged to the second link 532. The middle portion of the second link 532 is hinged to the connecting base 51 and has an end away from the first link 531 hinged to the clamping plate 534. One end of the third link 533 is hinged to the clamping plate 534, and the other end is hinged to the connecting base 51. The second link 532 is disposed in parallel with the third link 533. The connecting base 51 is slidably connected to the supporting base in a reciprocating manner by a cylinder. The clamping plate 534 is provided with a clamping groove for clamping a second workpiece.
A cutting mechanism 6 for cutting the second workpiece is provided on the side of the support table 1 facing the drive mechanism 5. The cutting mechanism 6 includes a cutting base 61, a saw blade 62, a power cylinder 63, a positioning bar 64, and a drive gear 65. The saw blade 62 is rotatably connected to the cutting base 61; the cutting base 61 is slidably connected to the support base 1 by a power cylinder 63, and the cutting base 61 is moved along the longitudinal direction of the support base. The positioning bar 64 is fixed on the support table 1, and the driving gear 65 is fixedly connected with the saw blade 62 and meshed with the positioning bar 64.
When the cutting base 61 moves along the length direction of the support table 1 toward the second workpiece, the driving gear 65 rotates and drives the saw blade 62 to rotate, so that the saw blade 62 saws the second workpiece.
In order to reciprocate the support base, a reciprocating mechanism 7 is provided on the support base 1. The reciprocating mechanism 7 includes a rotating rod 71, a displacement rod 72, and a slide plate 73. The rotating rod 71 is driven by a motor, and the rotating rod 71 is rotatably connected below the feeding track 35. One end of the displacement rod 72 is hinged with the rotating rod 71, and the other end is hinged with the sliding plate 73. The sliding plate 73 is slidably connected to the feeding rail 35 and is fixedly connected to the first clamping block 41. The slide plate 73 is disposed in parallel with the lock bar 64. The motor rotates the rotating rod 71, the rotating rod 71 moves the displacement rod 72, and the displacement rod 72 moves the first clamping block 41 and the second clamping block 42 along the length direction of the sliding plate 73.
In order to facilitate the discharge of the product after the welding is finished, a discharging mechanism 8 is arranged. The discharging mechanism 8 includes a jack 81, an air pump 82, and a guide plate 83. The top rod 81 is slidably connected to the first clamping block 41 and is used for abutting against the first workpiece. The air pump 82 is fixed to the first holding block 41 and is communicated with an air pipe, and the guide plate 83 is fixed to the support table 1 and is used for abutting against the first workpiece. The ejector rod 81 jacks up the product from the clamping cavity 47, so that the product is obliquely placed, and the positive contact area between the product and the air pipe is increased; the air pump 82 is started, high-pressure air is sprayed out of the air pipe and blows towards the product, and the product moves towards the direction close to the guide plate 83 and is abutted against the guide plate 83; the product slides down the guide plate 83.
The support table 1 is connected with a collection box 91. The catch tank 91 is located beside the guide plate 83, a support plate 92 is slidably attached to the catch tank 91, and the support plate 92 is connected to the bottom wall of the catch tank 91 by a second elastic member 93.
