2. when the stirring mechanism 34 works, the rotation of the stirring motor 342 can drive the stirring turntable 343 to rotate, the stirring connecting rod 344 drives the stirring claw 349 to perform annular motion under the action of the stirring lug seat 345 and the stirring connecting seat 346, the stirring connecting seat 346 can automatically turn under the connection action of the bearing, the left end of the stirring connecting rod 344 can be stably clamped by the clamping plate 3482 on the clamping branched chain 348, meanwhile, the bearing arranged at the left end of the stirring connecting rod 344 can rotate in cooperation with the stirring turntable 343 to increase the stability of the stirring connecting rod 344, the inclined surface at the upper end of the stirring claw 349 prevents aluminum liquid from being accumulated on the stirring claw 349, the tooth-shaped structure of the stirring claw 349 and the tooth-shaped arc plate arranged at the lower end can increase the stirring effect of the invention on the aluminum liquid, and meanwhile, the aluminum liquid cannot remain in the stirring claw;

4. when the slag removing turning pocket 441 moves to a certain position, the length of the slag removing adjusting push rod 45 is adjusted, so that the slag removing turning pocket 441 returns to the initial position, the length of the side plate adjusting rod 443 is adjusted, the slag removing side plate 442 can collect impurities accumulated on the front side of the smelting furnace 2 inwards, when the slag removing side plate 442 returns to the initial position, the bucket type structure formed by the slag removing turning pocket 441 and the slag removing side plate 442 can completely collect the impurities on the aluminum liquid, the lengths of the slag removing upright post 41 and the slag removing cross post 42 are adjusted, so that the slag removing mechanism 44 can move out of the smelting furnace 2 and move to a proper material pouring position, then the slag removing multi-stage push rod 445 is extended, so that the telescopic scraper 447 is in contact with the top of the rear end of the slag removing turning pocket 441, the slag removing electric slide block 444 is controlled to move backwards, and the pointed structure at the bottom of the telescopic scraper 447 can automatically clean the aluminum liquid and the impurities on the slag removing turning pocket 441, when having realized aluminium and having smelted, carry out all-round stirring, with the debris clean up's on the aluminium liquid function to aluminium liquid, solved that exist when current aluminium is smelted can't carry out all-round stirring, aluminium liquid stirring effect is poor, can pile up a large amount of aluminium on the aluminium liquid puddler, can't carry out all-round clearance, debris cleaning efficiency low grade difficult problem on the aluminium liquid to debris on the aluminium liquid, reached the purpose.
