本发明属于机械领域，特别涉及一种防集锅粑搅拌装置。
背景技术
米豆腐是我国传统风味小吃，米豆腐是大米在有限水分下糊化形成的具有一定粘弹性和强 度的凝胶食品；将大米加 入石灰水浸泡后淘洗磨浆，在锅内人工搅拌，加热熬制。在熬制过程中米糊粘弹性和凝胶强度，导致锅底凝结锅粑，难以清除，导致效率低，时间长，速度慢，不能满足产品推向市场的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述缺点而提供一种结构简单、搅拌方便、不结锅粑、效率高、时间短、速度快的防集锅粑搅拌装置。
本发明的目的及解决其主要技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的：
一种防集锅粑搅拌装置，包括支架、横梁、搅拌叶片A、搅拌叶片B，其特征在于：支架下部设置有锅架，锅架上安装有锅，支架上安装横梁，横梁上安装有电机架，电机架上安装有电机，电机轴连接轴A，横梁上通过轴承连接轴A，轴A上设置有轴B，轴B上设置有圆弧型搅拌叶片A，其中；轴A底部设有圆弧型搅拌叶片B，轴A、轴B、搅拌叶片A、搅拌叶片B可在锅内，顺时针、逆时针方向旋转，搅拌叶片A、搅拌叶片B的圆弧与锅内的弧度一致。
上述防集锅粑搅拌装置，其中：所述支架中部设置有面板，面板面上安装有伸缩泵，伸缩泵顶部连接横梁，其中；面板中部设有孔，轴A可在孔内上下移动。

上述防集锅粑搅拌装置，其中：所述横梁可在支架内上下移动。

由以上技术方案可知，本技术方案与现有技术方案相比具有明显有益效果，本技术方案通过支架上安装横梁，横梁上通过轴承连接轴A，轴A上设置有轴B，轴B上设置有搅拌叶片A，其中；轴A底部设有搅拌叶片B。所述支架内设有凸型槽。所述横梁可在支架内上下移动。所述搅拌叶片A是圆弧型。所述搅拌叶片B是圆弧型。所述横梁上这只有电机架，电机架上安装有电机，电机为双向电机，电机轴连接轴A。所述支架中部设置有面板，面板面上安装有伸缩泵，伸缩泵顶部连接横梁，其中；面板中部设有孔，轴A可在孔内上下移动。实现了搅拌叶片A、搅拌叶片B对料浆进行搅拌时可上下移动。
所述支架下部设置有锅架，锅架上安装有锅。上述防集锅粑搅拌装置，其中：所述轴A、轴B、搅拌叶片A、搅拌叶片B可在锅内，顺时针、逆时针方向旋转，搅拌叶片A、搅拌叶片B的圆弧与锅内的弧度一致。实现了在上下移动搅拌的同时，搅拌叶片A、搅拌叶片B对锅内的锅粑进行清除。

参见图1和图7，一种防集锅粑搅拌装置，包括支架1、横梁2、搅拌叶片A10、搅拌叶片B11，其特征在于：支架1下部设置有锅架13，锅架13上安装有锅12，支架1上安装横梁2，横梁2上安装有电机架3，电机架3上安装有电机4，电机4轴连接轴A6，横梁2上通过轴承5连接轴A6，轴A6上设置有轴B9，轴B9上设置有圆弧型搅拌叶片A10，其中；轴A6底部设有圆弧型搅拌叶片B11，轴A6、轴B9、搅拌叶片A10、搅拌叶片B11可在锅12内，顺时针、逆时针方向旋转，搅拌叶片A10、搅拌叶片B11的圆弧与锅12内的弧度一致。
所述支架1中部设置有面板7，面板7面上安装有伸缩泵8，伸缩泵8顶部连接横梁2，其中；面板7中部设有孔，轴A6可在孔内上下移动。
所述支架1内设有凹型槽。
所述横梁2可在支架1内上下移动。
所述电机4为双向电机。
使用时，将料浆放入锅内，在启动伸缩泵8，横梁2向下运行，在将搅拌叶片A10、搅拌叶片B11放入锅12内，调节好与锅12的间隙，启动电机4，对料浆进行顺时针、逆时针方向搅拌，同时，搅拌叶片A10、搅拌叶片B11对锅12内的锅粑进行清除，待米糊至凝胶后，启动伸缩泵8，横梁2向上运行，将搅拌叶片A10、搅拌叶片B11从锅12内提出，取出凝胶状的米糊即可。

2.如权利要求1所述防集锅粑搅拌装置，其特征在于：所述支架（1）中部设置有面板（7），面板（7）面上安装有伸缩泵（8），伸缩泵（8）顶部连接横梁（2），其中；面板（7）中部设有孔，轴A（6）可在孔内上下移动。
