Preferably, the integrated pressure control system is a low pressure precision flow control device having an external connector, a piezoelectric actuator, a capillary tube and a drug outlet; wherein the external connector is connected with the medicine storage device; the piezoelectric driver is driven and controlled by the sequence pulses, and the injection quantity of the medicine is quantified by the pulse number; the drug outlet is connected to a nozzle for pumping out the target drug.

The invention provides a novel intelligent medicine spraying system which comprises an image module, a distance measuring module, a main control module, a spraying module and a sliding rail module, wherein the connection relation of the image module, the distance measuring module, the main control module, the spraying module and the sliding rail module is shown in figure 1.
The image module comprises a light source and a digital camera serving as an image acquisition device, the wound is photographed, an original wound image is transmitted into the main control system to be subjected to related image processing and wound analysis, the number of pixels of the digital camera is 1300 ten thousand, the storage format is non-compression TIF, wound information loss due to compression of the image is reduced, and the camera is arranged at a fixed height so that all wound surfaces can be shot.

The main control module is responsible for managing other modules, collecting data feedback of each module and processing the data feedback, so that the modules cooperate with each other. The main control module is mainly divided into an image processing system, a spraying control system and a power control system, and meanwhile, a manual operation mode is provided, so that a doctor or a worker directly operates the spraying system to spray stem cells or matrixes according to actual needs. An automatic work flow chart of the whole main control module is shown in fig. 2, and 1) after an image processing system receives an original wound image transmitted by an image module, the image processing system measures data of the distance between a camera and skin by combining a laser range finder, calculates a picture scale, calibrates coordinate parameters of a wound, processes the wound image, filters noise and interference information in a picture, extracts a wound boundary and wound characteristics, and calculates the area and shape of the wound; 2) the spraying control system obtains accurate information of the wound according to the calculation, intelligently plans a spraying path according to an irregular wound shape, controls the sliding rail module to cover all wound areas by the minimum spraying path, avoids the occurrence of repeated spraying or missing of the spraying coverage area, simultaneously synthesizes wound information values obtained after the processing of the wound image after inputting the values of the liquid medicine amount, the type, the density and the like, calculates the required spraying dosage by the system, and the calculation structure is reflected on a display interface, so that a user can further adjust according to the actual condition; 3) the power control system commands the power controller of the slide rail module to control the motor according to the spraying data planned by the spraying control system, so that the mechanical slide block can wake up to move according to a set value. The main control module can also control the hydraulic pressure change of the comprehensive pressure control system in the whole spraying process, so that the medicine is not damaged by excessive pressure, and in order to meet the function of multi-path mixed spraying, an automatic multi-path spraying mode can be provided to meet different requirements of users, such as continuous spraying, for example, the stem cells are sprayed firstly and then the matrix is sprayed; or intermittently sprayed, for example, by spraying stem cells at one spot followed by spraying the substrate, and then moving to the next spot to repeat the above procedure.
The spraying module consists of a comprehensive pressure control system, a nozzle and a liquid storage device. The comprehensive pressure control system is a core module of the whole intelligent medicine spraying equipment, is preferably in a spray pump gun shape, is used for being used independently after being separated from the system, has the main functions of controlling pressure intensity, adjusting spraying dosage and switching spraying liquid, can be accurately controlled to the liquid volume variation with the minimum volume of 50 mu L per second and the maximum volume of more than 1mL, can stably suck and pump out the medicine under certain pressure, and has good liquid medicine output stability; the spray nozzle is mainly responsible for spraying the target medicine liquid, when the intelligent medicine spraying is applied, the spray nozzle is hung on a Z axis of the sliding rail module, the comprehensive pressure control system provides hydraulic pressure to convey the target medicine to the spray nozzle through a hose, and the spray flow is mainly determined by pressure, the size of the spray nozzle, a flow coefficient and a flow velocity coefficient; when the spraying module is detached independently for manual operation setting, the nozzle is sleeved on the medicine outlet of the comprehensive pressure control system, so that manual operation is facilitated. In practical application, the size and the shape of the nozzle can be adjusted for different medicament suspension densities, wound sizes and the like to determine the unit time area of spraying and the spraying speed, meanwhile, the nozzle is of a replaceable structure, the nozzle can be replaced quickly to meet different types of application requirements, and each type of nozzle corresponds to different pressure modes to ensure that the spraying pressure meets the requirements; the medicine storage device adopts a plurality of closed aseptically designed containers, respectively contains different medicines, such as stem cell liquid or matrix liquid, and outputs target medicines under the control of the comprehensive pressure control system.
The slide rail module comprises a motor and an XYZ-axis three-axis movable slide rail, the length of the slide rail can be upgraded and lengthened as required, the slide rail module is controlled by the main control module, the spraying path and the spraying area are accurately controlled through mechanical movement according to calculated spraying parameters, the intelligent system in the scheme can automatically spray the whole human body area within a specified time, drug failure caused by overlong time is avoided, and the intelligent system has good stability and accuracy.

Claims (7)

1. A novel intelligent drug spraying system, comprising:
the image module consists of image acquisition equipment and a light source and is used for acquiring a wound image and transmitting the wound image to the main control module;
the distance measuring module is used for measuring the actual distance between the distance measuring equipment and the wound and transmitting the distance data to the main control module;
the main control module consists of an image processing system, a spraying control system and a power control system; the image processing system receives the wound image and the distance data, calculates a picture scale, calibrates the coordinate parameters of the wound, processes the wound image, filters noise and interference signals, extracts the wound boundary and the wound characteristics, and calculates the wound area and shape; the spraying control system determines spraying parameters according to the wound information; the power control system regulates and controls the on-off and the rotating speed of the motor according to the spraying parameters;
the spraying module consists of a comprehensive pressure control system, a nozzle and a medicine storage device and is regulated and controlled by the main control module; wherein the integrated pressure control system is used for adjusting the type, dosage and pressure of the sprayed medicine; the nozzle is arranged on the sliding rail module and used for spraying target medicines; the drug storage device consists of a plurality of sterile drug storage containers and is controlled by the integrated pressure control system to output the target drug;
the sliding rail module consists of a motor and an XYZ-axis sliding rail; the motor is regulated and controlled by a power control system in the main control module; and a nozzle and distance measuring equipment are mounted at the same height of the Z-axis slide rail.
2. The spraying system of claim 1, wherein the spray parameters include a type, dose, pressure, path, and mode of spraying the medicament; the modes include continuous spraying and intermittent spraying.
3. The spraying system of claim 1, wherein the image capture device is mounted at a fixed height or disposed on a Z-axis slide.
4. The spray system of claim 1 wherein said integrated pressure control system is a low pressure precision flow control device having an external connector, a piezoelectric actuator, a capillary tube and a drug outlet; wherein the external connector is connected with the medicine storage device; the piezoelectric driver is driven and controlled by the sequence pulses, and the injection quantity of the medicine is quantified by the pulse number; the drug outlet is connected to a nozzle for pumping out the target drug.
5. The spraying system of claim 4 wherein said nozzle is a removable nozzle; the medicine outlet is directly sleeved with the nozzle or is connected with the nozzle carried on the Z-axis slide rail through a hose.
6. The spraying system of claim 1, wherein said spraying module is removably mounted in an intelligent system; the spraying module is manually set spraying parameters after being separated from the intelligent system.
7. The spraying system of claim 1, wherein the target drug is a stem cell or a matrix.
