中医学认为,人体内有一些疾病可以通过皮肤反映出来,很多疾病是内脏疾病的外在表现,即皮肤发生的根本原因在于阴阳失调,血垢瘀阻、毒素累积所致。但,有些皮肤病则是因真菌、皮肤细菌感染等引起。总之,皮肤病是皮肤(包括毛发和甲)受到内外因素的影响后,其形态、结构和功能均发生变化,产生病理过程,并相应的产生各种临床先后表现。皮肤病也是严重影响人们健康的常见病症,常见的皮肤病有银屑病、湿疹、皮炎、神经性皮炎、寻常疣、过敏性红疹、疥疮、青春痘、手足癣、甲癣、花斑癣、体癣、股癣等,这些皮肤疾病经常困扰人们的幸福生活,困扰着人们的心灵和精神。精确完善的治疗能使人们充满对生活的热爱和自信。现有的中药治疗皮肤病,其配方均有单一型或局限性,或是药材组成配伍不合理,或因在加工或炮制的过程中对其有效成分提取不完整或者提取不合理、不到位,在一定程度上达不到深层治疗的效果,因而造成治疗不彻底容易复发。还有就现有的西药或中药在治疗皮肤病中不同程度的添加激素类或抗生素类药物,存在一定的毒副作用或容易产生抗体,还有部分药物达不到治疗和修复病变部位的目的。就目前针对皮肤病常用的水剂、乳膏、酊剂等疗效局限不理想,治愈率低、反复发作,尤其是一些常见的如皮炎、神经性皮炎、汗斑、手足癣、甲癣、花斑癣、体癣、股癣等药效不明显,不仅能给患者造成精神压力和负担,同时还给患者增加经济负担。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种治疗皮肤病的涂膜剂,有针对性的解决因各种细菌、真菌等造成的皮炎、神经性皮炎、痤疮、疥疮、手足癣、甲癣、花斑癣、体癣、股癣等的治疗问题,为了实现上述目的,本发明具体采用了以下技术方案:
一种治疗皮肤病的涂膜剂,其特征在于,它是由每1000g涂膜剂中含长叶冻绿100g,剪草50g,木鳖子根皮50g,银杏外种皮100g,银杏树根皮50g,蛇床子50g,五倍子30g,花椒20g,月桂酸氮酮30g,二甲基亚砜30g,羧甲基纤维素钠20g,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮100g和余量含量浓度为75%v/v的乙醇组成,按以下方法制得:分别将长叶冻绿、剪草、木鳖子根皮、银杏外种皮、银杏树根皮、花椒、经烘干、粉碎成42目粗粉,另将蛇床子、五倍子分别捣碎成粉备用,按配方量称取各药材粗粉,混合均匀,分别以药材混合粉重量的5倍、3倍、1倍的纯净水煎煮提取3次,煎煮时间分别为3h、2h、1h,合并3次煎煮液过滤,滤液蒸发溶剂使成浸膏,然后将浸膏以含量浓度为86%-96%v/v的乙醇溶解,搅拌,置于0℃-2℃条件下冷藏24h后,过滤,滤液蒸干溶剂得其提取物备用,取含量浓度为75%v/v的乙醇约600g,加入提取物,搅拌使其溶解,然后再依次加入月桂酸氮酮和二甲基亚砜,拌匀后,加入羧甲基纤维素钠和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮放置1h后,缓慢轻轻搅拌使其溶解均匀,再加入含量浓度为75%v/v的乙醇定容至1000g,充分均匀,定量分装于玻璃瓶内即可。
本发明一种治疗皮肤病的涂膜剂的制备方法,其特征包括如下步骤:
(1)分别将长叶冻绿、剪草、木鳖子根皮、银杏外种皮、银杏树根皮、花椒经烘干、粉碎成42目粗粉,另将蛇床子、五倍子分别捣碎成粉备用;
(2)称取长叶冻绿、剪草、木鳖子根皮、银杏外种皮、银杏树根皮、蛇床子、五倍子、花椒粗粉混合均匀,分别以药材混合粉重量5倍、3倍、1倍的纯净水煎煮提取3次,煎煮时间分别为3h、2h、1h,合并3次煎煮液过滤,滤液蒸发溶剂使成浸膏;
(3)将上述所得浸膏以含量浓度为86%-96%v/v的乙醇溶解,搅拌,置于0℃-2℃条件下冷藏24h后,过滤,滤液蒸干溶剂得提取物备用;
(4)取含量浓度为75%v/v的乙醇约600g,加入备用提取物,搅拌使其溶解,然后再依次加入月桂酸氮酮和二甲基亚砜,拌匀后,加入羧甲基纤维素钠和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,放置1h后,缓慢轻轻搅拌使其溶解均匀,再加入含量浓度为75%v/v的乙醇定容至1000g,充分均匀;
(5)将充分均匀的溶液分装于30ml的玻璃瓶内密封即得。

长叶冻绿,为鼠李科鼠李属植物长叶冻绿Rhamnus crenatus Sieb.et Zucc.,以根入药。其根含蒽醌类化合物柯桠素(chrysarobin,C15H12O3)、大黄酚(chrysophanol,C15H10O4)等。性味苦、辛,平。具有清热利湿,杀虫止痒功能。外用治疥疮,顽癣,湿疹,脓胞疮。
剪草,为金粟兰科植物丝穗金粟兰Chloranthus fortunei(A.Gray)Solms-Lamb.的全草或根。性味辛、苦,性平。具有祛风活血,解毒消肿之功能。用于风湿痹痛,跌打损伤,疮疖癣疥,毒蛇咬伤。本发明采用的为剪草全草。
木鳖子根,为葫芦科苦瓜属植物木鳖子Momrolica cochinchinensis(Lour.)Spreng.的根。具有散结消肿,攻毒疗疮功能,适用于疮疡肿毒,乳痈,痔漏,干癣、秃疮。本发明采用的为其根皮。
银杏外种皮是银杏树种子(即银杏)硬壳外面的部分,俗称白果衣,银杏种子的皮分肉质的外种皮、骨质的中种皮和膜质的内种皮,本发明采用的银杏外种皮是银杏种子的肉质外种皮。科学家经研究发现外种皮含有大量的氢化白果酸、白果酚和白果醇,还含有银杏黄素、异银杏黄素和多糖类成分,还有微量的银杏内酯。其作用性质与环磷酰胺及地塞米松等相似。银杏外种皮的多糖类可增强细胞免疫功能,对体液免疫过程中B淋巴细胞的产生和抗体形成有作用。具文献报道,银杏外种皮中的醇类中间体,对22种临床常见致病性真菌的抑制有效率为81%;0.1%氢化白果酸抑制25种临床常见致病性真菌的有效率为92%。据报道,银杏酸有较强的杀菌和抑制作用,对于葡萄球菌、化脓性球菌、甚至对于其它真菌有抑制作用,用它治疗真菌感染的湿癣有显著的作用。对病毒引起的脓胞疮疹、扁平疣有较好的疗效。
银杏树根皮,据文献报道:银杏树根皮亦含有银杏、银杏叶、银杏外种皮的相同成分。银杏树根皮也含有白果内酯A、B、C、M(《全国中草药汇编》编写组,全国中药汇编,上册,1975年,9月,第1版,801页)。
蛇床子,为伞形科蛇床属植物蛇床Cnidium monnieri Cuss.的干燥成熟果实。性味辛、苦,温。具有燥湿祛风,杀虫止痒,温肾壮阳功能,适用于阴痒带下,湿疹瘙痒,湿痹腰痛,肾虚阳痿,宫冷不孕。
五倍子,学名Rhus chinensis Mill.,为同翅目蚜虫科的角倍蚜或倍蛋蚜雌虫寄生于漆树科植物“盐肤木”及其同属其他植物的嫩叶或叶柄,刺伤而生成一种囊状聚生物虫瘿,经烘焙干燥后所得。五倍子其性寒,味酸、涩,具有敛肺降火、涩肠止泻、敛汗止血、收湿敛疮等功效。用于肺虚止咳,便血痔血,痈肿疮毒,皮肤湿烂等症。
花椒,为芸香科花椒属植物青花椒Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb.et Zucc.及花椒Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.的干燥成熟果皮。性味辛,温。具有温中止痛,杀虫止痒功能。适用于脘腹冷痛,呕吐,泄泻,虫积腹痛;外用于湿疹,阴痒。
月桂氮酮,别名月桂氮;阿佐恩;氮酮;1-十二烷基-氮杂-a-酮;1-十二烷基-氨杂环庚-a-酮;Azone。本品为无色透明的黏稠液体;几乎无臭,无味。本品在无水乙醇、醋酸乙酯、乙醚、苯及环已烷中极易溶解,本品比较稳定。本品为非极性透皮促进剂。其作用机理被认为是使角质软化,凝固组织蛋白,增强通透性,使药物透过皮肤屏障,提高局部或全身性血药浓度,提高制剂的生物利用度,从而获得更为理想的治疗目的。
二甲基亚砜(DMSO)为无色无臭透明油状的粘性液体,味微苦,比重1.009-1.1014,熔点18.45℃,沸点189-192℃。可与水、乙醇、丙酮等任意混合。本品为高极性溶媒,溶解范围很广,对水溶性、脂溶性及许多难溶于水、甘油、乙醇、丙二醇、脂肪油的药物,许多无机盐也能溶于其中,故有“万能溶媒”之称。二甲基亚砜在本发明中的应用,则对其药材中的有机成分具有很大的增溶效果。
本发明的有益效果

(2)称取长叶冻绿粗粉100g、剪草粗粉50g,木鳖子根皮粗粉50g、银杏外种皮粗粉100g、银杏树根皮粗粉50g、蛇床子粉50g、五倍子粉30g、花椒粉20g混合均匀,加入纯净水2250g,煎煮提取3h,过滤,滤液另器保存,滤渣再加入纯净水1350g,煎煮提取2h,滤取煎煮液另器保存,再将滤渣加入纯净水450g煎煮1h,滤取煎煮液,合并3次滤液,过滤,将滤液蒸发溶剂使成浸膏;
(3)将上述所得浸膏以含量浓度为86%v/v的乙醇溶解,充分搅拌后,置于2℃条件下冷藏24h后,过滤,滤液蒸干溶剂得提取物备用;
(4)取含量浓度为75%v/v的乙醇约600g,加入备用提取物,搅拌使溶解,然后再依次加入月桂酸氮酮30g和二甲基亚砜30g,拌匀后,加入羧甲基纤维素钠20g,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮100g,放置1h后,缓慢轻轻搅拌使其溶解均匀,再加入含量溶度为75%v/v的乙醇定容至1000g,充分均匀;
(5)将充分均匀的溶液分装于30ml的玻璃瓶内,旋盖、密封即得。
实施例2
(1)先分别将长叶冻绿、剪草、木鳖子根皮、银杏外种皮、银杏树根皮、花椒经烘干、粉碎成42目粗粉,另将蛇床子、五倍子分别捣碎成粉备用;
(2)称取长叶冻绿粗粉100g、剪草粗粉50g,木鳖子根皮粗粉50g、银杏外种皮粗粉100g、银杏树根皮粗粉50g、蛇床子粉50g、五倍子粉30g、花椒粉20g混合均匀,加入纯净水2250g,煎煮提取3h,过滤,滤液另器保存,滤渣再加入纯净水1350g,煎煮提取2h,滤取煎煮液另器保存,再将滤渣加入纯净水450g煎煮1h,滤取煎煮液,合并3次滤液,过滤,将滤液蒸发溶剂使成浸膏;
(3)将上述所得浸膏以含量浓度为96%v/v的乙醇溶解,充分搅拌后,置于0℃条件下冷藏24h后,过滤,滤液蒸干溶剂得提取物备用;
(4)取含量浓度为75%v/v的乙醇约600g,加入备用提取物,搅拌使溶解,然后再依次加入月桂酸氮酮30g和二甲基亚砜30g,拌匀后,加入羧甲基纤维素钠20g,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮100g,放置1h后,缓慢轻轻搅拌使其溶解均匀,再加入含量浓度为75%v/v的乙醇定容至1000g,充分均匀;
(5)将充分均匀的溶液分装于30ml的玻璃瓶内,旋盖、密封即得。
实施例3
(1)先分别将长叶冻绿、剪草、木鳖子根皮、银杏外种皮、银杏树根皮、花椒经烘干、粉碎成42目粗粉,另将蛇床子、五倍子分别捣碎成粉备用;
(2)称取长叶冻绿粗粉100g、剪草粗粉50g,木鳖子根皮粗粉50g、银杏外种皮粗粉100g、银杏树根皮粗粉50g、蛇床子粉50g、五倍子粉30g、花椒粉20g混合均匀,加入纯净水2250g,煎煮提取3h,过滤,滤液另器保存,滤渣再加入纯净水1350g,煎煮提取2h,滤取煎煮液另器保存,再将滤渣加入纯净水450g煎煮1h,滤取煎煮液,合并3次滤液,过滤,将滤液蒸发溶剂使成浸膏;
(3)将上述所得浸膏以含量浓度为90%v/v的乙醇溶解,充分搅拌后,置于1℃条件下冷藏24h后,过滤,滤液蒸干溶剂得提取物备用;
(4)取含量浓度为75%v/v的乙醇约600g,加入备用提取物,搅拌使溶解,然后再依次加入月桂酸氮酮30g和二甲基亚砜30g,拌匀后,加入羧甲基纤维素钠20g,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮100g,放置1h后,缓慢轻轻搅拌使其溶解均匀,再加入含量浓度为75%v/v的乙醇定容至1000g,充分均匀;
(5)将充分均匀的溶液分装于30ml的玻璃瓶内,旋盖、密封即得。
临床疗效:
采用本发明的涂膜剂涂于患处,治疗神经性皮炎36例,其中男性22例,女性14例,年龄15-62岁,平均26岁,病程1个月-12个月,经皮肤科诊断确诊为神经性皮炎,病灶局部涂药每天3次,15天为一疗程,结果1个疗程治愈14例,2个疗程治愈21例,其中1例无效而改用其他方法治疗。治愈35例病人,随访6个月均未见复发。
采用本发明的涂膜剂涂于患处治疗汗斑77例,用药外涂,一日3次,一周内均痊愈,治愈率100%。
采用本发明的涂膜剂涂于患处治疗足癣12例,用药外涂,一日3次,12例全部治愈,平均用药8天。
采用本发明的涂膜剂涂于患处治疗体癣7例,局部用药外涂,一日3次,7例全部治愈,平均用药6天。
以上病例在治疗过程中均未出现不良反应。

Claims (3)

1.一种治疗皮肤病的涂膜剂,其特征在于,它是由每1000g涂膜剂中含长叶冻绿100g,剪草50g,木鳖子根皮50g,银杏外种皮100g,银杏树根皮50g,蛇床子50g,五倍子30g,花椒20g,月桂酸氮酮30g,二甲基亚砜30g,羧甲基纤维素钠20g,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮100g和余量含量浓度为75%v/v的乙醇组成,按以下方法制得:分别将长叶冻绿、剪草、木鳖子根皮、银杏外种皮、银杏树根皮、花椒、经烘干、粉碎成42目粗粉,另将蛇床子、五倍子分别捣碎成粉备用,按配方量称取各药材粗粉,混合均匀,分别以药材混合粉重量的5倍、3倍、1倍的纯净水煎煮提取3次,煎煮时间分别为3h、2h、1h,合并3次煎煮液过滤,滤液蒸发溶剂使成浸膏,然后将浸膏以含量浓度为86%-96%v/v的乙醇溶解,搅拌,置于0℃-2℃条件下冷藏24h后,过滤,滤液蒸干溶剂得其提取物备用,取含量浓度为75%v/v的乙醇约600g,加入提取物,搅拌使其溶解,然后再依次加入月桂酸氮酮和二甲基亚砜,拌匀后,加入羧甲基纤维素钠和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮放置1h后,缓慢轻轻搅拌使其溶解均匀,再加入含量浓度为75%v/v的乙醇定容至1000g,充分均匀,定量分装于玻璃瓶内即可。
2.如权利要求1所述一种治疗皮肤病的涂膜剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤;
(1)分别将长叶冻绿、剪草、木鳖子根皮、银杏外种皮、银杏树根皮、花椒经烘干、粉碎成42目粗粉,另将蛇床子、五倍子分别捣碎成粉备用;
(2)称取长叶冻绿、剪草、木鳖子根皮、银杏外种皮、银杏树根皮、蛇床子、五倍子、花椒粗粉混合均匀,分别以药材混合粉重量5倍、3倍、1倍的纯净水煎煮提取3次,煎煮时间分别为3h、2h、1h,合并3次煎煮液过滤,滤液蒸发溶剂使成浸膏;
(3)将上述所得浸膏以含量浓度为86%-96%v/v的乙醇溶解,搅拌,置于0℃-2℃条件下冷藏24h后,过滤,滤液蒸干溶剂得提取物备用;
(4)取含量浓度为75%v/v的乙醇约600g,加入备用提取物,搅拌使其溶解,然后再依次加入月桂酸氮酮和二甲基亚砜,拌匀后,加入羧甲基纤维素钠和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,放置1h后,缓慢轻轻搅拌使其溶解均匀,再加入含量浓度为75%v/v的乙醇定容至1000g,充分均匀;
(5)将充分均匀的溶液分装于30ml的玻璃瓶内密封即得。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗皮肤病的涂膜剂作为治疗皮炎、神经性皮炎、痤疮、疥疮、汗斑、手足癣、甲癣、花斑癣、体癣、股癣的用途。
