Abstract
本发明属于中药制剂领域，具体公开了一种治疗皮肤病的软膏，该软膏它是由每1000g软膏中含有长叶冻绿100g，剪草50g，木鳖子根皮50g，银杏外种皮100g，银杏树根皮50g，蛇床子30g，五倍子30g，花椒20g和余量的凡士林制成。本发明的治疗皮肤病的软膏，以杀灭各种细菌和真菌为主，并兼顾杀虫止痒，对皮炎、神经性皮炎、痤疮、疥疮、汗斑、手足癣、甲癣、花斑癣、体癣、股癣等有显著疗效。

技术领域
本发明属于中药制剂领域，具体涉及一种治疗皮肤病的软膏。
背景技术
中医学认为，人体内有一些疾病可以通过皮肤反映出来，很多疾病是内脏疾病的外在表现，即皮肤发生的根本原因在于阴阳失调，血垢瘀阻、毒素累积所致。但，有些皮肤病则是因真菌、皮肤细菌感染等引起。总之，皮肤病是皮肤（包括毛发和甲）受到内外因素的影响后，其形态、结构和功能均发生变化，产生病理过程，并相应的产生各种临床先后表现。皮肤病也是严重影响人们健康的常见病症，常见的皮肤病有银屑病、湿疹、皮炎、神经性皮炎、寻常疣、过敏性红疹、疥疮、青春痘、手足癣、甲癣、花斑癣、体癣、股癣等，这些皮肤疾病经常困扰人们的幸福生活，困扰着人们的心灵和精神。精确完善的治疗能使人们充满对生活的热爱和自信。现有的中药治疗皮肤病，其配方均有单一型或局限性，或是药材组成配伍不合理，或因在加工或炮制的过程中对其有效成分提取不完整或者提取不合理、不到位，在一定程度上达不到深层治疗的效果，因而造成治疗不彻底容易复发。还有就现有的西药或中药在治疗皮肤病中不同程度的添加激素类或抗生素类药物，存在一定的毒副作用或容易产生抗体，还有部分药物达不到治疗和修复病变部位的目的。就目前针对皮肤病常用的水剂、酊剂等疗效局限不理想，治愈率低、反复发作，尤其是一些常见的如皮炎、神经性皮炎、痤疮、疥疮、汗斑、手足癣、甲癣、花斑癣、体癣、股癣等药效不明显，特别是针对一些已造成感染的渗出性、糜烂性皮肤病疗效更不明显，不仅能给患者造成精神压力和负担，同时还给患者增加经济负担。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足，本发明提供了一种治疗皮肤病的软膏，制备一种有针对性的解决因各种细菌、真菌等造成的皮炎、神经性皮炎、痤疮、疥疮、手足癣、甲癣、花斑癣、体癣、股癣等，特别是有渗出液的感染病例的治疗问题的软膏。
为了实现上述目的，本发明具体采用了以下技术方案：
一种治疗皮肤病的软膏，其特征在于，它是由每1000g软膏中含有长叶冻绿100g，剪草50g，木鳖子根皮50g，银杏外种皮100g，银杏树根皮50g，蛇床子30g，五倍子30g，花椒20g和余量的凡士林组成，按以下方法制得：
（1）将上述中药拣净，烘干，粉碎，过180-220目筛，得中药粉；
（2）将中药粉平铺于不锈钢盘内，药粉厚度0.5cm，置于电烘箱内，在温度160-170℃条件下，干热灭菌1.5-2.5h，冷后取出，备用；
（3）取凡士林置水浴上加热熔化，将上述灭菌后备用的药粉缓缓加入，不断搅拌至冷却为止；
（4）将上述冷却后的软膏分装于30g玻璃瓶中，螺紧瓶盖，置100℃流通蒸气中灭菌35min即得。
本发明方法制得的一种治疗皮肤病的软膏作为治疗皮炎、神经性皮炎、痤疮、疥疮、汗斑、手足癣、甲癣、花斑癣、体癣、股癣的用途。
长叶冻绿，为鼠李科鼠李属植物长叶冻绿Rhamnus crenatus Sieb. et Zucc.，以根入药。其根含蒽醌类化合物柯桠素（chrysarobin，C15H12O3）、大黄酚（chrysophanol，C15H10O4）等。性味苦、辛，平。具有清热利湿，杀虫止痒功能。外用治疥疮，顽癣，湿疹，脓胞疮。
剪草，为金粟兰科植物丝穗金粟兰Chloranthus fortunei（A.Gray）Solms-Lamb.的全草或根。性味辛、苦，性平。具有祛风活血，解毒消肿之功能。用于风湿痹痛，跌打损伤，疮疖癣疥，毒蛇咬伤。本发明采用的为剪草全草。
木鳖子根，为葫芦科苦瓜属植物木鳖子Momrolica cochinchinensis (Lour.)Spreng.的根。具有散结消肿，攻毒疗疮功能，适用于疮疡肿毒，乳痈，痔漏，干癣、秃疮。本发明采用的为其根皮。
银杏外种皮是银杏树种子（即银杏）硬壳外面的部分，俗称白果衣，银杏种子的皮分肉质的外种皮、骨质的中种皮和膜质的内种皮，本发明采用的银杏外种皮是银杏种子的肉质外种皮。科学家经研究发现外种皮含有大量的氢化白果酸、白果酚和白果醇，还含有银杏黄素、异银杏黄素和多糖类成分，还有微量的银杏内酯。其作用性质与环磷酰胺及地塞米松等相似。银杏外种皮的多糖类可增强细胞免疫功能，对体液免疫过程中B淋巴细胞的产生和抗体形成有作用。具文献报道，银杏外种皮中的醇类中间体，对22种临床常见致病性真菌的抑制有效率为81%；0.1%氢化白果酸抑制25种临床常见致病性真菌的有效率为92%。据报道，银杏酸有较强的杀菌和抑制作用，对于葡萄球菌、化脓性球菌、甚至对于其它真菌有抑制作用，用它治疗真菌感染的湿癣有显著的作用。对病毒引起的脓胞疮疹、扁平疣有较好的疗效。
银杏树根皮，据文献报道：银杏树根皮亦含有银杏、银杏叶、银杏外种皮的相同成分。银杏树根皮也含有白果内酯A、B、C、M（《全国中草药汇编》编写组，全国中药汇编，上册，1975年，9月，第1版，801页）。
蛇床子，为伞形科蛇床属植物蛇床Cnidium monnieri Cuss.的干燥成熟果实。性味辛、苦，温。具有燥湿祛风，杀虫止痒，温肾壮阳功能，适用于阴痒带下，湿疹瘙痒，湿痹腰痛，肾虚阳痿，宫冷不孕。
五倍子，学名Rhus chinensis Mill.，为同翅目蚜虫科的角倍蚜或倍蛋蚜雌虫寄生于漆树科植物“盐肤木”及其同属其他植物的嫩叶或叶柄，刺伤而生成一种囊状聚生物虫瘿，经烘焙干燥后所得。五倍子其性寒，味酸、涩，具有敛肺降火、涩肠止泻、敛汗止血、收湿敛疮等功效。用于肺虚止咳，便血痔血，痈肿疮毒，皮肤湿烂等症。
花椒，为芸香科花椒属植物青花椒Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb. et Zucc.及花椒Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.的干燥成熟果皮。性味辛，温。具有温中止痛，杀虫止痒功能。适用于脘腹冷痛，呕吐，泄泻，虫积腹痛；外用于湿疹，阴痒。
本发明的有益效果
本发明一种治疗皮肤病的软膏，以杀灭各种细菌和真菌为主，并兼顾杀虫止痒，对皮炎、神经性皮炎、痤疮、疥疮、汗斑、手足癣、甲癣、花斑癣、体癣、股癣等有显著疗效，制备成本低，可以减轻患者的经济负担。本发明治疗皮肤病的软膏为纯中药配制，保持了天然的药物毒性小，疗效好的特点，疗效明确，由于本发明是将中药材采用超微粉碎方式粉碎成180-220目细粉，能够增加药粉的分布和吸收。本发明制备方法简单，不用裱褙材料，且使用方便，将软膏涂于患处，在患处形成的保护层具有一定的保护病灶的作用，可减少药物的流动性，将软膏涂于患处，使药物逐渐释放起到治疗作用，能够使所含药物均衡吸收产生疗效。从临床应用上看本发明的软膏使用方便，用药量小，且有较好的临床治疗效果，药物价格较低，能够显现出本发明治疗皮肤病的软膏具有很好的应用前景。
具体实施方式
实施例1
治疗皮肤病软膏的制备
（1）称取经挑拣干净的长叶冻绿100g，剪草50g，木鳖子根皮50g，银杏外种皮100g，银杏树根皮50g，蛇床子30g，五倍子30g，花椒20g，置于电热烘烤箱中进行烘干，采用超微粉碎设备进行粉碎，过180目筛，过筛后的粗粉返回再行粉碎，使全部通过180目筛得中药粉；
（2）将中药粉平铺于不锈钢盘内，药粉厚度0.5cm，置于电烘箱内，在温度160℃条件下，干热灭菌2.5h，冷后取出备用；
（3）取凡士林570g置于水浴上加热熔化，将灭菌后备用的药粉缓缓加入，不断搅拌至冷却为止，制得软膏1000g；
（4）将冷却后的软膏分装于30g玻璃瓶中，螺紧瓶盖，置100℃流通蒸气中灭菌35min即得产品。
实施例2
治疗皮肤病软膏的制备
（1）称取经挑拣干净的长叶冻绿100g，剪草50g，木鳖子根皮50g，银杏外种皮100g，银杏树根皮50g，蛇床子30g，五倍子30g，花椒20g，置于电热烘烤箱中进行烘干，采用超微粉碎设备进行粉碎，过220目筛，过筛后的粗粉返回再行粉碎，使全部通过220目筛得中药粉；
（2）将中药粉平铺于不锈钢盘内，药粉厚度0.5cm，置于电烘箱内，在温度170℃条件下，干热灭菌1.5h，冷后取出备用；
（3）取凡士林570g置于水浴上加热熔化，将灭菌后备用的药粉缓缓加入，不断搅拌至冷却为止，制得软膏1000g；
（4）将冷却后的软膏分装于30g玻璃瓶中，螺紧瓶盖，置100℃流通蒸气中灭菌35min即得产品。
实施例3
治疗皮肤病软膏的制备
（1）称取经挑拣干净的长叶冻绿100g，剪草50g，木鳖子根皮50g，银杏外种皮100g，银杏树根皮50g，蛇床子30g，五倍子30g，花椒20g，置于电热烘烤箱中进行烘干，采用超微粉碎设备进行粉碎，过200目筛，过筛后的粗粉返回再行粉碎，使全部通过200目筛得中药粉；
（2）将中药粉平铺于不锈钢盘内，药粉厚度0.5cm，置于电烘箱内，在温度165℃条件下，干热灭菌2h，冷后取出备用；
（3）取凡士林570g置于水浴上加热熔化，将灭菌后备用的药粉缓缓加入，不断搅拌至冷却为止，制得软膏1000g；
（4）将冷却后的软膏分装于30g玻璃瓶中，螺紧瓶盖，置100℃流通蒸气中灭菌35min即得产品。
临床应用效果：
采用本发明的软膏治疗汗斑癣12例，采取局部涂药，每天2次，5天为一疗程，结果12例患者均在一个疗程治愈。
采用本发明的软膏治疗疥疮病例7例，采用局部涂药，每天2次，5天为一疗程，结果5例在一个疗程后痊愈，2例经治疗7-8天治愈。
Claims (2)
1.一种治疗皮肤病的软膏，其特征在于，它是由每1000g软膏中含有长叶冻绿100g，剪草50g，木鳖子根皮50g，银杏外种皮100g，银杏树根皮50g，蛇床子30g，五倍子30g，花椒20g和余量的凡士林组成，按以下方法制得：
（1）将上述中药拣净，烘干，粉碎，过180-220目筛，得中药粉；
（2）将中药粉平铺于不锈钢盘内，药粉厚度0.5cm，置于电烘箱内，在温度160-170℃条件下，干热灭菌1.5-2.5h，冷后取出，备用；
（3）取凡士林置水浴上加热熔化，将上述灭菌后备用的药粉缓缓加入，不断搅拌至冷却为止；
（4）将上述冷却后的软膏分装于30g玻璃瓶中，螺紧瓶盖，置100℃流通蒸气中灭菌35min即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述治疗皮肤病的软膏作为治疗皮炎、神经性皮炎、痤疮、疥疮、汗斑、手足癣、甲癣、花斑癣、体癣、股癣的用途。
