The second catch 4 is a one-piece part.
The front sidewall 22 has an opening 220 penetrating the inner cavity 21 of the rear seat 2 and the outside of the rear seat 2, and the first locking member 30 enters the inner cavity 21 of the rear seat 2 through the opening 220. The rear seat 2 is further provided with a first side plate 295, a second side plate 296, a third side plate 297 and a fourth side plate 298 which extend rearward from the front side wall 22, respectively, the first side plate 295, the second side plate 296, the third side plate 297 and the fourth side plate 298 enclose a cylindrical shape, the front end of the cylindrical shape is the opening 220, the first side plate 295 is opposite to the second side plate 296 (specifically, the first side plate 295 is opposite to the second side plate 296 from left to right), the third side plate 297 is opposite to the fourth side plate 298 (specifically, the third side plate 297 is opposite to the fourth side plate 298 from top to bottom), the first side plate 295 is rearward beyond the second side plate 296, the third side plate 297 and the fourth side plate 298 are connected between the first side plate 295 and the second side plate 296, respectively, the first fastener 30 extends between the first side plate 295 and the second side plate 296, the hook 421 is opposite to left and right, the hook 421 is located at the rear side of the second side plate 296 and opposite to the front side of the second side plate 296, the first buckle 30 is located between the hook 421 and the second side plate 296, the hook 421 moves in a direction away from the first side plate 295 when the second buckle 4 moves along the first direction under the action of an external force, and the rear seat 2 is further provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs 299 connecting the second side plate 296 and the rear side plate 110. The first locking member 30 includes a first guiding surface 300 located at the rear side thereof, the second locking member 4 includes a second guiding surface 4210 located at the front side thereof, the second guiding surface 4210 is disposed on the hook 421, and the first guiding surface 300 and the second guiding surface 4210 are used for guiding the first locking member 30 to be smoothly abutted with the second locking member 4.
The front wearing part 1 is further provided with a water inlet connector 13 and a water inlet connector 14, the water inlet connector 13 penetrates through a front side wall 22 and a rear side wall 110, the water inlet connector 14 penetrates through the front side wall 22 and the rear side wall 110, the front side wall 22 is provided with a hole for the water inlet connector 13 to penetrate through and a hole for the water inlet connector 14 to penetrate through, the rear side wall 110 is provided with a hole for the water inlet connector 13 to penetrate through and a hole for the water inlet connector 14 to penetrate through, the water inlet connector 13 is used for feeding water to clean human bodies and excreta, and the water inlet connector 14 is used for feeding air to dry the human bodies and the like.
During assembly, the front wearing part 1 is in front-back butt joint with the rear seat 2, the hook 421 is hooked with the first buckle element 30 to be locked with each other, during unlocking, the actuating part 40 is pushed into the inner cavity 21 of the rear seat 2 to push the second buckle element 4 to move, and after the hook 421 is separated from the first buckle element 30, the front wearing part 1 and the rear seat 2 can be separated from each other.
The tray part 10 is used for directly or indirectly bearing the buttocks of a human body, the urinal 100 is used for containing excrement, and the urinal is characterized in that: the tray part 10 and the gel pad 5 are used for directly or indirectly carrying the buttocks of a human body, and the gel pad 5 is provided with a notch 50 for placing the tray part 10. This design adopts gel pad 5, improves the travelling comfort that human buttock was dressed. The lower portion of rear seat 2 is also placed in notch 50.
The working head further comprises a bracket 92, a part of the gel pad 5 is overmolded on the surface of the bracket 92 to connect the bracket 92 and the gel pad 5 into a whole, and the gel pad 5 is assembled on the tray part 10 through the bracket 92. So design, the gel pad 5 can be stably combined with the support 92 together, the material of the gel pad 5 itself is softer, inconvenient and tray part 10 direct bonding, and the gel pad 5 can be stably assembled to the tray part 10 by using the support 92. The notch 50 is U-shaped and the leg 92 extends along the edge of the notch 50 to be U-shaped.
Support 92 includes U-shaped bottom plate 920 and U-shaped curb plate 921 of integrated connection, and U-shaped bottom plate 920 assembles to tray portion 10 bottom below, and U-shaped curb plate 921 is around tray portion 10 periphery and with tray portion 10 periphery phase-match, so design, support 92 can with the more abundant combination of tray portion 10. The upper and lower surfaces of the gel pad 5 are respectively covered with water-impermeable protective film layers (not shown). The protective film layer has high strength and is not easy to damage, and the gel of the gel pad 5 can be prevented from tearing and overflowing. The protective film layer can be made of TPU (Thermoplastic Urethane elastomer) material and can be transparent; a layer of cloth can be compounded on the outer side of the TPU film layer, so that even if an outer sleeve (not shown) is removed, the buttocks of a human body still cling to the cloth layer, and the skin of the human body is more accustomed and comfortable. The protective film layers are tightly bonded to the gel pad 5, no air bubbles are present between the upper protective film layer and the upper surface 102 of the gel pad 5, and no air bubbles are present between the lower protective film layer and the lower surface of the gel pad 5.
The gel pad 5 is plate-shaped, the gel pad 5 comprises a left side part 51 positioned on the left side of the notch 50, a right side part 52 positioned on the right side of the notch 50, a front side part 53 positioned on the front side of the notch 50, and a plurality of convex hulls 54 distributed on the upper surface 102 of the left side part 51, the upper surface 102 of the right side part 52 and the upper surface 102 of the front side part 53, so that the human hip is born behind the convex hulls 54, and then air circulation can be carried out below the human hip by utilizing the intervals (the intervals can be different in size, are selected according to required effects, are smaller in certain intervals and can be slits) among the convex hulls 54, the air permeability is good, even if water, urine and the like appear below the human hip, the air is sucked and dried more easily by virtue of the good air permeability of the intervals, and the ventilation and dryness are kept at the position of. The left side portion 51, the right side portion 52, and the front side portion 53 are plate-shaped. The convex hulls 54 are densely spaced on the upper surface 102 of the gel pad 5. The plurality of convex hulls 54 includes at least one set of first convex hulls 540, each set of first convex hulls 540 arranged in a row around the periphery of the tray portion 10 in a U-shape. The U-shaped partition 55 extends through the left side 51, the right side 52, and the front side 53. The first end 550 of the U-shaped spacing region 55 extends to the left side 510 of the left side 51 of the gel pad 5 and the second end 551 of the U-shaped spacing region 55 extends to the right side 520 of the right side 52 of the gel pad 5.
The working head further comprises an outer sleeve for covering the gel pad 5, the gel pad 5 is located in the outer sleeve, the outer sleeve comprises a covering layer (not shown) for covering the notch 50, and the covering layer covers the bottom surface 101 of the tray part 10, so that the integrity of the working head is better. If the first spaces 530 are arranged in a front-rear row and there is no block of the convex hull 54, the water ejected from the rear water outlet 16 is easily ejected forward from the first space 530 in the front row under the buttocks of the human body, which is not desirable, and the design can effectively avoid the front situation by the reasonable arrangement of the convex hull 54 and the block of the convex hull 54. The tray portion 10 has an upper surface 102 on the outside thereof and in front of the urinal 100, and the upper end of each convex hull 54 is raised above the upper surface 102. The upper ends of most of the convex hulls 54 are at the same height, and a small portion of the convex hulls 54 are higher.
Referring to fig. 17, the wearable work head includes a urine cover 60, a front wearing portion 61, a rear seat 62 locked with the front wearing portion 61, and a gel gasket 63, the front wearing portion 61 is provided with a tray portion 611, the gel gasket 63 is annularly provided at an opening 6100 of the urine cover 60 and the tray portion 611, the wearable work head is worn on a human body and then the gel gasket 63 is attached to the human body, thereby performing a sealing function and buffering the hip of the human body, the gel gasket 63 includes an upper portion 630 combined with the urine cover 60, a lower portion 631 opposite to the upper portion 630 and combined with the tray portion 611, and a middle portion 632 connecting the upper portion 630 and the lower portion 631. The gel washer 63 can be used in the working head shown in fig. 1-16, and the lower portion 631 of the gel washer 63 is at least partially disposed in the gap 50 to cooperate with the gel pad 5 to support the buttocks of the human body.
