The front side wall 22 faces the front wearing part 1, the first fastening piece 30 passes through the front side wall 22 of the rear seat 2 backwards and enters the inner cavity 21 of the rear seat 2, the second fastening piece 4 is accommodated in the inner cavity 21 of the rear seat 2, and the second fastening piece 4 moves towards the first side wall 23 when moving along the first direction under the action of external force.
The working head further comprises an elastic piece 31, the clamping hook part 42 is positioned in the working head, the second clamping piece 4 is locked with the first clamping piece 30 through the clamping hook part 42, the actuating part 40 can move towards the working head along the first direction under the pushing of external force so as to drive the second clamping piece 4 to apply force to the elastic piece 31 to enable the elastic piece 31 to gradually elastically deform, the elastic piece 31 drives the second clamping piece 4 to reset after the external force is removed, and the elastic piece 31 pushes the second clamping piece 4 to reset after the external force is removed. The elastic member 31 may be an elastic cantilever, a tension spring. When the second fastening member 4 moves along the first direction, the hook portion 42 applies a force to the elastic member 31 to gradually elastically deform the elastic member 31, and after the external force to the actuating portion 40 is removed, the elastic member 31 gradually returns to the shape to apply a force to the hook portion 42 to drive the second fastening member 4 to return. The hook portion 42 is provided with a blocking wall 420 and a hook 421 opposite to the first side wall 23 at intervals, a first baffle 422 and a second baffle 423 extending from the blocking wall 420 towards the first side wall 23 respectively and opposite to each other at intervals, and the elastic member 31 is disposed between the blocking wall 420 and the first side wall 23. The elastic member 31 is a spring, the first side wall 23 and the blocking wall 420 are located at two axial sides of the elastic member 31, and the first baffle 422 and the second baffle 423 are located at two radial sides of the elastic member 31. The elastic member 31 is pressed between the first sidewall 23 and the hook portion 42, and further, the elastic member 31 is pressed between the first sidewall 23 and the blocking wall 420. The elastic member 31 is limited between the first baffle 422 and the second baffle 423, the first baffle 422 and the second baffle 423 extend from the baffle wall 420 toward the first sidewall 23, the first baffle 422 and the second baffle 423 are perpendicular to the baffle wall 420, the first baffle 422 and the second baffle 423 are parallel to the first direction, the first baffle 422 and the second baffle 423 are located at opposite sides of the baffle wall 420, and the baffle wall 420 is perpendicular to the first direction. The first baffle 422, the second baffle 423, and the baffle wall 420 are vertically disposed, respectively. The elastic member 31 and the actuating portion 40 are located at opposite sides of the hook portion 42. The elastic member 31 is a cylindrical or conical spring. The first baffle 422 is located in front of the second baffle 423 and integrally connected with the hook 421, and the hook 421 is located at the front side of the first baffle 422. The first baffle 422 is provided with a first concave surface 4220 facing the second baffle 423, the second baffle 423 is provided with a second concave surface 4230 facing the first baffle 422, the first concave surface 4220 is opposite to the second concave surface 4230, the first concave surface 4220 and the second concave surface 4230 are enclosed on two opposite sides of the elastic member 31, and the first concave surface 4220 and the second concave surface 4230 limit the elastic member. The first concave surface 4220 and the second concave surface 4230 are respectively arc-shaped, and the first concave surface 4220 and the second concave surface 4230 can increase the space between the first baffle 422 and the second baffle 423 under the condition that the relative positions of the first baffle 422 and the second baffle 423 are unchanged, so that the elastic piece 31 with larger radial direction can be matched. The first concave surface 4220 and the second concave surface 4230 are respectively abutted against or close to the outer periphery of the elastic member 31.
The rear seat 2 is further provided with an extension wall 26 extending from the first side wall 23 towards the second side wall 24, one of the extension wall 26 and the second fastening member 4 is provided with a guide rail 260, the other of the extension wall 26 and the second fastening member 4 is provided with a guide groove 43, and the guide rail 260 cooperates with the guide groove 43 (the guide rail 260 moves along the guide groove 43) to guide the second fastening member 4 to move along the first direction. The guide rail 260 and the guide groove 43 extend in the first direction, and the extension wall 26 integrally extends from the first side wall 23 and is accommodated in the cavity 21. The extension wall 26 includes a rear wall 261, an upper wall 262, and a lower wall 263, the upper wall 262, the rear wall 261, and the lower wall 263 are connected to form a U shape and enclose an accommodating space 264, the hook portion 42 is partially accommodated in the accommodating space 264, the guide rail 260 is disposed on the upper wall 262 and the lower wall 263, the guide groove 43 is at least partially disposed on the hook portion 42, and in this embodiment, a portion of the guide groove 43 is disposed on the connecting portion 41. The rear seat 2 is further provided with a positioning protrusion 265 extending from the first side wall 23 and located in the accommodating space 264, one end of the elastic member 31 is sleeved on the positioning protrusion 265, and the opposite end of the elastic member 31 abuts against the blocking wall 420. The extension wall 26 extends toward the first through opening 20, the extension wall 26 extends toward a side of the first through opening 20, the guide rail 260 is located at opposite sides of the extension wall 26, and the hook portion 42 is assembled to the extension wall 26 from an end of the extension wall 26 opposite to the first side wall 23.
The rear seat 2 is provided with a pressing spring 27 and a spring accommodating cavity 28 accommodating the pressing spring 27, the front wearing part 1 is provided with a rearwardly extending extension part 15, and the extension part 15 passes through the front side wall 22, enters the spring accommodating cavity 28 and presses against the pressing spring 27. By the design, the locking force of the first locking piece 30 and the second locking piece 4 can be enhanced, and the front wearing part 1 and the rear seat 2 can be assisted to be separated from each other after the locking of the first locking piece 30 and the second locking piece 4 is released. The extension 15 has a columnar shape. The extension 15 is integrally connected to the rear sidewall 110 of the front wearing part 1. In the present embodiment, the front wearing part 1 is provided with a pair of extension parts 15 at diagonally opposite positions of the rear side wall 110, and the rear seat 2 is provided with a pair of pressing springs 27.
The rear seat 2 is provided with an end cap 290 and an extension cylinder 291 extending rearward from the front side wall 22, the end cap 290 is fitted to the rear side of the extension cylinder 291, the end cap 290 and the extension cylinder 291 enclose a spring housing chamber 28, and the rear end of the pressing spring 27 is pressed against the end cap 290. The end cap 290 is provided with a pressing protrusion 292 protruding forward, and the rear end of the pressing spring 27 is pressed against the pressing protrusion 292, and the pressing protrusion 292 may be a cross rib or a platform. The rear seat 2 further includes an extension tube 293 penetrating from front to back, and the front wearing part 1 further includes an electric wire (not shown) connected to the electronic component and an electric connector (not shown) connected to the electric wire, the electric wire penetrates into the extension tube 293, and the electric connector can be extended out of the extension tube 293 to the outside of the rear seat 2. The electronic component may be a sensor (may be an infrared sensor) for detecting feces inside the front wearing part 1 or a sensor (such as a conductive metal layer) for detecting urine on the diaper 91. The extension tube 293 is integrally formed by extending the front side wall 22 backwards, the rear seat 2 further comprises a rear end wall 25 opposite to the front side wall 22, the rear end wall 25 is provided with a second port 250 corresponding to the rear end of the extension tube 293, and the electric connector can penetrate the extension tube 293 and the second port 250 backwards to the outside of the rear seat 2. The wires pass through the rear sidewall 110.
The front wearing part 1 includes a tray part 10, a vertical part 11, and a first drain pipe 12. The vertical portion 1 is connected to the tray portion 1 and is located at the rear side of the tray portion 1, and is disposed substantially vertically so as to be perpendicular to the horizontal plane. The tray portion 10 is provided with a urinal 100, a rear side wall 110 is provided at the vertical portion 11, the rear side wall 110 is a part of the vertical portion 11, a first drain pipe 12 communicates with the urinal 100 and penetrates the rear side wall 110, the rear seat 2 is provided with a second drain pipe 294 abutted with the first drain pipe 12, and the second drain pipe 294 communicates with the nursing machine main body through a drain hose 90. The first fastening member 30 is integrally connected to the rear sidewall 110, and extends rearward from the rear sidewall 110, and the rear sidewall 110 faces the front sidewall 22. The vertical portion 11 is abutted with the rear seat 2.
The first fastening piece 30 and the second fastening piece 4 are hooked together front and back to fasten the front wearing part 1 and the rear seat 2 together, the front side wall 22 faces the front wearing part 1, the first fastening piece 30 passes through the front side wall 22 of the rear seat 2 backwards and enters the inner cavity 21 of the rear seat 2, the second fastening piece 4 is accommodated in the inner cavity 21 of the rear seat 2, and the second fastening piece 4 moves towards the first side wall 23 under the action of external force and breaks away from the first fastening piece 30 to release the fastening with the first fastening piece 30. The first through hole 20 penetrates through the inner cavity 21 and the outer side of the second side wall 24, the actuating portion 40 is located at the first through hole 20 and is exposed to the first through hole 20, and the actuating portion 40 can be pushed to the first side wall 23 by an external force to drive the second fastening member 4 to move towards the first side wall 23. The second fastening member 4 is a one-piece part.
The front side wall 22 is provided with an opening 220 penetrating the inner cavity 21 of the rear seat 2 and the outside of the rear seat 2, and the first fastening member 30 enters the inner cavity 21 of the rear seat 2 through the opening 220. The rear seat 2 is further provided with a first side plate 295, a second side plate 296, a third side plate 297 and a fourth side plate 298 which respectively extend backward from the front side wall 22, the first side plate 295, the second side plate 296, the third side plate 297 and the fourth side plate 298 enclose a cylinder, the front end of the cylinder is the opening 220, the first side plate 295 is opposite to the second side plate 296 (specifically, the first side plate 295 is opposite to the second side plate 296 from left to right), the third side plate 297 is opposite to the fourth side plate 298 (specifically, the third side plate 297 is opposite to the fourth side plate 298 from top to bottom), the first side plate 295 extends backward beyond the second side plate 296, the third side plate 297 and the fourth side plate 298 are respectively connected between the first side plate 295 and the second side plate 296, the first fastening member 30 extends into the space between the first side plate 295 and the second side plate 296, the fastening member 421 is opposite to left and right of the second side plate 296, the fastening member 421 is located between the fastening member 421 and the second side plate 296, the second fastening member 4 moves in the direction away from the first side plate 421 and the rear side plate 110 under the action of an external force, and a plurality of ribs are further connected between the second side plate 296 and the rear seat 2. The first fastening member 30 includes a first guiding surface 300 located at a rear side thereof, the second fastening member 4 includes a second guiding surface 4210 located at a front side thereof, the second guiding surface 4210 is disposed on the hook 421, and the first guiding surface 300 and the second guiding surface 4210 are used for guiding the first fastening member 30 to be smoothly abutted with the second fastening member 4.
The front wearing part 1 is also provided with a water inlet joint 13 and an air inlet joint 14, wherein the water inlet joint 13 penetrates through the front side wall 22 and the rear side wall 110, the air inlet joint 14 penetrates through the front side wall 22 and the rear side wall 110, the front side wall 22 is provided with a hole for the water inlet joint 13 to penetrate through and a hole for the air inlet joint 14 to penetrate through, the rear side wall 110 is provided with a hole for the water inlet joint 13 to penetrate through and a hole for the air inlet joint 14 to penetrate through, the water inlet joint 13 is used for water to be used for cleaning human bodies and excreta, the air inlet joint 14 is used for air to be used for drying the human bodies and the like.
During assembly, the front wearing part 1 is in front-back butt joint with the rear seat 2, the clamping hooks 421 are hooked with the first clamping pieces 30 to mutually lock, and during unlocking, the actuating part 40 is pushed into the inner cavity 21 of the rear seat 2, so that the second clamping pieces 4 are pushed to move, and after the clamping hooks 421 are separated from the first clamping pieces 30, the front wearing part 1 and the rear seat 2 can be separated from each other.
The tray portion 10 is used for directly or indirectly carrying buttocks of a human body, and the urinal 100 is used for containing excrement, and is characterized in that: the tray portion 10 and the gel pad 5 are used for directly or indirectly carrying buttocks of a human body, and the gel pad 5 is provided with a notch 50 for placing the tray portion 10. This design adopts gel pad 5, improves the travelling comfort that human buttock dresses. The lower part of the rear seat 2 is also placed in the notch 50.
The working head further comprises a bracket 92, a part of the gel pad 5 is overmolded on the surface of the bracket 92 to integrally connect the bracket 92 with the gel pad 5, and the gel pad 5 is assembled on the tray part 10 through the bracket 92. So designed, the gel pad 5 and the bracket 92 can be stably combined together, the gel pad 5 is soft in material and inconvenient to be directly combined with the tray part 10, and the gel pad 5 can be stably assembled to the tray part 10 by utilizing the bracket 92. The notch 50 is U-shaped and the bracket 92 extends along the edge of the notch 50 to be U-shaped.
The bracket 92 includes a U-shaped bottom plate 920 and a U-shaped side plate 921 integrally connected, the U-shaped bottom plate 920 is assembled to the bottom of the tray part 10, and the U-shaped side plate 921 surrounds the periphery of the tray part 10 and is matched with the periphery of the tray part 10, so that the bracket 92 can be more fully combined with the tray part 10. A portion of the gel pad 5 is coated on the surface of the U-shaped side plate 921.
The bracket 92 further includes a plurality of assembly posts 922 extending upward integrally from the U-shaped bottom plate 920, the assembly posts 922 extend into the tray portion 10 from the bottom of the tray portion 10 and are fixed to the tray portion 10, and in such a design, the assembly of the assembly posts 922 is fixed without affecting the top surface of the tray portion 10, and the presence of the assembly posts 922 does not affect the comfort level of wearing of the tray portion 10. The assembly post 922 is provided with an assembly hole (not shown) penetrating up and down, and a screw penetrates the assembly hole from the bottom side of the U-shaped bottom plate 920 and is locked on the tray portion 10, so that the comfort level of human wearing of the tray portion 10 is not affected.
The upper and lower surfaces of the gel pad 5 are respectively covered with a waterproof protective film layer (not shown). The protective film layer has high strength and is not easy to break, and gel tearing and overflowing of the gel pad 5 can be prevented. The protective film layer can be made of TPU (Thermoplastic Urethane, chinese name is thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer) and can be transparent; the TPU film layer can also be compounded with a layer of cloth, so that even if an outer sleeve (not shown) is omitted, the buttocks of a human body still cling to the cloth layer, and the skin of the human body is more habitual and comfortable. The protective film layer is tightly combined with the gel pad 5, no air bubbles exist between the upper protective film layer and the upper surface 102 of the gel pad 5, and no air bubbles exist between the lower protective film layer and the lower surface of the gel pad 5.
The gel pad 5 is in a plate shape, the gel pad 5 comprises a left side part 51 positioned at the left side of the notch 50, a right side part 52 positioned at the right side of the notch 50, a front side part 53 positioned at the front side of the notch 50, and a plurality of convex hulls 54 distributed on the upper surfaces 102 and 102 of the left side part 51 and the right side part 52 and the front side part 53, so the design is that the human buttocks are carried under the convex hulls 54, the space between the convex hulls 54 can be utilized (the space can be different in size, the needed effect is selected, the space can be small, and the space can be a seam) for ventilation, the ventilation is good, and even if water, urine and the like appear under the human buttocks, the water, the urine and the like are absorbed and dried more easily through the good ventilation of the space, so that the ventilation and the dryness of the positions of the human buttocks are kept. The left side portion 51, the right side portion 52, and the front side portion 53 are plate-shaped. The convex hull 54 is densely arranged on the upper surface 102 of the gel pad 5. The plurality of convex hulls 54 includes at least one set of first convex hulls 540, each set of first convex hulls 540 being arranged in a row that is U-shaped around the periphery of the tray portion 10. The at least one first convex hull 540 comprises a first convex hull 540 and a second convex hull 540 which are adjacent to each other, a U-shaped interval area 55 is formed between the first convex hull 540 and the second convex hull 540, the U-shaped interval area 55 surrounds the periphery of the tray portion 10, and the design is such that the U-shaped interval area 55 is convenient for the left side 51 part/right side 52 part of the gel pad 5 to curl better by using the interval area 55 when the human body turns on one's side left/right, so that the convenient turning performance of the gel pad 5 is improved. A U-shaped spacer region 55 extends through the left side portion 51, right side portion 52, and front side portion 53. The first end 550 of the U-shaped spacer region 55 extends to the left side 510 of the left side 51 of the gel pad 5 and the second end 551 of the U-shaped spacer region 55 extends to the right side 520 of the right side 52 of the gel pad 5.
The working head further comprises an outer sleeve for covering the gel pad 5, the gel pad 5 is located inside the outer sleeve, the outer sleeve comprises a covering layer (not shown) covering the notch 50, and the covering layer covers the bottom surface 101 of the tray portion 10. The outer sleeve is sewn by cloth with meshes, so that the air permeability is good. The cover covers the bracket 92, and is provided with a through hole (not shown) through which the fitting post 922 provided to the bracket 92 passes.
The working head further comprises a rear water outlet 16 which is positioned at the rear side of the urinal 100 and is used for spraying water forwards, the rear water outlet 16 is arranged on the front wearing part 1, the upper surface 102 of the front side part 53 is provided with a plurality of first intervals 530 which are positioned between the left and right adjacent convex hulls 54, the first intervals 530 are blocked forwards by the convex hulls 54 in front of the first intervals 530 in the front-rear direction, and when the rear water outlet 16 is used for spraying water forwards, even if some water is sprayed to the first intervals 530, the water is blocked by the convex hulls 54 in front, so that the water is prevented from continuing forwards on the gel pad 5, the forward overflow of the water is prevented, and the water is also sucked away together when the excrement is sucked later. If the plurality of first spaces 530 are arranged in a front-to-back row and there is no blocking of the convex hull 54, the water sprayed from the rear water outlet 16 is easy to directly spray forward from the aforesaid row of first spaces 530 under the buttocks of the human body, which is not desirable, and the present design can effectively avoid the occurrence of the foregoing situation by reasonably arranging the convex hull 54 and blocking with the convex hull 54. The tray portion 10 has an upper surface 102 located on the outside thereof and in front of the urinal 100, and the upper end of each of the bosses 54 is raised above the upper surface 102. The upper ends of most of the convex hulls 54 are at the same height, and a small part of the convex hulls 54 are slightly higher.

A wearable work head for nursing machine, its characterized in that: the front wearing part is arranged on the front wearing part, the rear seat is arranged on the rear seat, the second buckling piece can move along a first direction under the action of external force to release the buckling with the first buckling piece; the second buckle piece comprises an actuating part; the wearable working head is also provided with a first through hole which penetrates through the inside of the working head and the outside of the working head; the rear seat is provided with an inner cavity, a first side wall and a second side wall which are opposite; the first through hole penetrates through the inner cavity and the outer side of the second side wall; the first side wall and the second side wall are positioned at two opposite sides of the inner cavity; the second buckling piece moves towards the first side wall under the action of external force and is separated from the first buckling piece so as to release the lock catch with the first buckling piece; the actuating part can be pushed to the first side wall by external force so as to push the second buckle piece to move towards the first side wall; the actuating part can move along the first through hole along the first direction to the inside of the working head under the pushing of external force; the first fastener is completely hidden in the working head, and the actuating part can be pushed inwards to push the second fastener to move along the first direction so as to separate from the first fastener; the actuating part comprises an outer plate, two side plates and a folded edge, wherein the outer plate is exposed outside the working head and is directly pushed by external force, the two side plates are bent and extended from the two opposite sides of the outer plate, the outer plate seals the first through hole, the outer plate can move in the first through hole under the pushing of the external force, the outer end of the side plate is connected with the outer plate, and the folded edge is bent and extended from the inner end of the side plate; the first port comprises an inner port and an outer port which are positioned at the inner end and the outer end of the first port; the folded edge is positioned between the inner port and the first side wall, and the folded edge is stopped at the inner port to prevent the actuating part from being separated from the first through port outwards; the first buckling piece and the second buckling piece are hooked back and forth to lock the front wearing part and the rear seat back and forth together, the rear seat is provided with a front side wall, the front side wall faces the front wearing part, and the first buckling piece passes through the front side wall backwards and enters the inner cavity of the rear seat; the back seat is provided with a pressing spring and a spring accommodating cavity for accommodating the pressing spring, the front wearing part is provided with an extension part extending backwards, and the extension part penetrates through the front side wall to enter the spring accommodating cavity and is pressed against the pressing spring; the rear seat also comprises an extending pipe which is penetrated from front to back, the front wearing part also comprises an electric wire connected with the electronic element of the working head and an electric connector connected with the electric wire, the electric wire penetrates into the extending pipe, and the electric connector can penetrate out of the extending pipe to the outside of the rear seat.

The wearable workhead for a nursing machine of claim 1, wherein: the second clamping piece can linearly move along the first direction under the action of external force, an included angle is formed between the butt joint direction of the front wearing part and the rear seat and the first direction, and the included angle is 70-110 degrees.
3. The wearable workhead for a nursing machine of claim 1, wherein: the actuating part is exposed out of the working head and can move along the first direction inside the working head under the pushing of external force so as to drive the second clamping piece to move along the first direction.
4. The wearable workhead for a nursing machine of claim 1, wherein: more than three fourths of the area of the outer port of the first through hole is blocked by the outer plate.
5. The wearable workhead for a nursing machine of claim 1, wherein: also comprises a urine cover and a gel pad.

The wearable workhead for a nursing machine of claim 1, wherein: the second fastener further comprises a connecting part and a clamping hook part, the connecting part is integrally connected between the actuating part and the clamping hook part, the outer plate and the side plate are respectively integrally connected to the connecting part, and the folded edges are positioned on two opposite sides of the connecting part.

The wearable workhead for a nursing machine of claim 1, wherein: the second fastener further comprises a hook part positioned in the working head and a connecting part integrally connected between the actuating part and the hook part, the second fastener is locked with the first fastener through the hook part, the actuating part can move in the first direction towards the working head under the pushing of external force to drive the second fastener to apply force to the elastic part so that the elastic part is gradually elastically deformed, and the elastic part drives the second fastener to reset after the external force is removed.

The wearable work head for a nursing machine of claim 7, wherein: when the second clamping piece moves along the first direction, the clamping hook part applies force to the elastic piece to enable the elastic piece to gradually elastically deform, and after the external force to the actuating part is removed, the elastic piece gradually returns to the shape to apply force to the clamping hook part to drive the second clamping piece to reset.

The wearable work head for a nursing machine of claim 8, wherein: the trip portion is equipped with the fender wall that is opposite with first side wall interval, and the elastic component is located between fender wall and the first side wall, the elastic component promotes the second buckle spare and resets after external force is removed.

The wearable workhead for a nursing machine of claim 9, wherein: the clamping hook part is provided with a clamping hook, a first baffle and a second baffle which extend from the baffle wall to the first side wall respectively and are opposite in interval, the elastic piece is a spring, the first side wall and the baffle wall are positioned at two axial sides of the elastic piece, and the first baffle and the second baffle are positioned at two radial sides of the elastic piece.
11. The wearable work head for a nursing machine of claim 10, wherein: the first baffle is located the place ahead of second baffle and is connected with the trip an organic whole, and the trip is located first baffle front side.

The wearable work head for a nursing machine of claim 10, wherein: the first baffle is provided with a first concave surface facing the second baffle, the second baffle is provided with a second concave surface facing the first baffle, the first concave surface is opposite to the second concave surface, the first concave surface and the second concave surface are enclosed on two opposite sides of the elastic piece, and the first concave surface and the second concave surface limit the elastic piece.

The wearable work head for a nursing machine of claim 10, wherein: the rear seat is provided with an extension wall extending from the first side wall towards the second side wall, one of the extension wall and the second fastening piece is provided with a guide rail, the other of the extension wall and the second fastening piece is provided with a guide groove, and the guide rail is matched with the guide groove to guide the second fastening piece to move along the first direction.

The wearable work head for a nursing machine of claim 13, wherein: the extension wall comprises a rear wall, an upper wall and a lower wall, the upper wall, the rear wall and the lower wall are connected to form a U shape and enclose an accommodating space, the clamping hook part is accommodated in the accommodating space, the guide rail is arranged on the upper wall and the lower wall, and the guide groove is at least partially arranged on the clamping hook part.
