The inner shell 10 and the outer shell 11 are fixed by a knob switch 14, and the inner shell 10 and the outer shell 11 are locked by a locking member.
Specifically, the locking member is disposed at one end of the outer shell 11 close to the inner shell 10, the locking member includes an elastic member 51 and a pressing block 52 connected to the elastic member 51, a protruding portion 53 is disposed at a lower end of the inner shell 10, the protruding portion 53 is located at an upper end of the pressing block 52 and at least partially overlaps the pressing block 52, when the inner shell 10 is pressed down, the pressing block 52 is pressed by the protruding portion 53, the elastic member 51 is compressed, the protruding portion 53 is disposed below the pressing block 52, and then the pressing block 52 rebounds to lock the inner shell 10 and the outer shell 11.
In one embodiment, the locking member further includes a locking box 54, one end of the locking box 54 near the protruding portion 53 is provided with a limiting notch 541, one end of the elastic member 51 abuts against an inner wall of the locking box 54, the other end of the elastic member is connected to the pressing block 52, the length of the pressing block 52 is smaller than the length of the locking box 54, and the front end of the pressing block 52 penetrates through the limiting notch 541 when the elastic member 51 is not compressed. The pressing block 52 is limited in the locking box 54 under the elastic force of the elastic piece 51.
Specifically, the pressing block 52 includes a mounting groove 521, a hook 522 disposed in the mounting groove 521, and a latch 523 connected to the mounting groove 521, wherein the hook 522 is connected to the elastic member 51, a locking groove 54 is formed between the bottom of the latch 523 and the side wall of the mounting groove 521, the inner shell 10 presses and extrudes the hook 523, and the elastic member 51 compresses to enable the protrusion 53 to be disposed at the position of the locking groove 54. Then the lock catch 523 extends above the convex part 53 under the action of the resilience force, so that the inner shell 10 and the outer shell 11 are automatically locked.
In this embodiment, the elastic member 51 is a spring, and the hook 522 is inserted into the spring. The protruding portion 53 is disposed at the front end of the receiving groove 108, and more specifically, the protruding portion 53 extends to the front end of the bottom plate 1081.
In one embodiment, the upper surface of the latch 523 is an arc surface inclined downward from the mounting groove 521, so that the protrusion 53 generates a pressing force toward one side of the spring when pressed downward, thereby compressing the spring. The lock catch 523 is provided with an abdicating groove 525, the protruding portion 53 is provided with a first abdicating notch (not shown in the figure) opposite to the abdicating groove 525, the first abdicating notch of the protruding portion 53 pressed down is abutted to the clamping groove 54, and the corresponding part of the protruding portion 53 is penetrated to the first abdicating notch.
In this embodiment, the lock box 54 is formed by inwardly recessing the housing 11, the lock box 54 is integrally formed with the housing 11, and the locking member is disposed in the recess. In order to facilitate the detachment of the inner shell 10 from the outer shell 11, the lower portion of the mounting groove 521 is provided with a shifting block 56, and the shifting block 56 is shifted to one side of the spring to compress the spring, so that the lock catch 523 and the protruding portion 53 are unlocked, and the inner shell 10 can be detached. The locking box 54 further includes a rear cover 55, the rear cover 55 is fastened to the bottom of the housing 11, and the pressing block 52 is disposed in the rear cover 55 and the locking box 54. When the inner shell 10 needs to be removed, the rear cover 55 can be taken out first, and the lock is unlocked by the dial block 56.
The elastic piece 51, the convex part 53 and the press block 52 are utilized to realize the automatic locking of the inner shell 10 and the outer shell 11, thereby facilitating the fixation of the working head shell 1 and the placement and the replacement of the diaper in the gap.
Further, in order to improve the user experience and reduce the discomfort of the user caused by the plastic shell 1, the first soft strip 41 is disposed on the periphery of the first supporting portion 101, and the second soft strip 42 is disposed on the periphery of the second supporting portion 111. By arranging the first soft strip 41 and the second soft strip 42, wherein the first soft strip 41 and the second soft strip 42 are preferably made of elastic soft resin materials, a user can not directly contact the periphery of the shell 1, and the comfort level of the user is improved. Meanwhile, the first soft strip 41 and the second soft strip 42 can be replaced in time without cleaning.
Specifically, the housing 11 is provided with a fourth receding gap 431 adapted to the second soft strip 42 along the periphery of the second supporting portion 111 toward the inner side, a second concave limiting step 432 is formed on the inner side wall of the second supporting portion 111 of the housing 11, the second soft strip 42 is sleeved on the fourth receding gap 431, and the inner side of the second receding gap 431 is disposed on the second concave limiting step 432. Furthermore, a sub-hook and loop fastener may be disposed at the upper end of the second supporting portion 111, a female hook and loop fastener may be disposed at the inner side of the second soft strip 42, and the hook and loop fastener may be used to fix the second soft strip 42 on the housing 11, which is also convenient for replacing the second soft strip 42.
The inner shell 10 is provided with a third abdicating notch 441 matched with the first soft strip 41 along the periphery of the first supporting part 101, the inner side wall of the first supporting part 101 forms a first concave limiting step 442, the first soft strip 41 is sleeved on the third abdicating notch 441, and the inner side of the first soft strip 41 is arranged on the first concave limiting step 442. The opening size of the third abdicating notch 441 ensures that the first soft strip 41 sleeved on the third abdicating notch 441 is seamlessly connected with the outer side of the first connecting wall 102, so as to ensure the user experience.
In one embodiment, a limiting protrusion 45 for supporting the first flexible strap 41 is further formed on an outer side of the first supporting portion 101, the limiting protrusion 45 is formed on a side close to the first connecting wall 102, and the first flexible strap 41 is fixed by the first concave limiting step 442 and the limiting protrusion 45. Furthermore, a sub-hook and loop fastener can be disposed on the periphery of the first supporting portion 101, a female hook and loop fastener is disposed on the inner side of the first soft strip 41, and the first soft strip 41 is fixed on the inner case 10 by the hook and loop fastener, which is also convenient for replacing the first soft strip 41.
In this embodiment, the working head further includes a trouser cover 6 and an air bag 61 detachably disposed with the shell 1, wherein the trouser cover 6 is disposed above the air bag 61, a placing cavity 62 for placing the shell 1 is formed on the air bag 61, and the trouser cover 6 is flush with the excrement slot 17 of the shell 1. The working head can be fixed with the user by using the trouser cover 6 to be worn around the body of the user, and the air bag 61 can support the hip of the user, thereby being convenient for the use of the working head. The working principle is as follows:
when the working head is used, the trouser cover 6 is fixed on the air bag 61, the urine is placed in a tight fit with the outer shell 11, and then the inner shell 10 is pressed and locked with the outer shell 11, so that the urine is fixed; the working head is then mounted on the air bag 61 to wrap the diaper around the buttocks of the user, and then the fastening belt of the pants sleeve 6 is fixed on the hanging loop 13 in a penetrating way.
When in use, the working head is fixed with the user.
The contact between the working head and the main machine of the nursing robot is connected, the sensor starts to work, and if the sensor senses that the discharged object exists, the cleaning mechanism works.

the cleaning mechanism comprises a mounting box, the shell comprises a detachable inner shell and a detachable outer shell, the mounting box is detachably mounted on the back surface of the inner shell, and the mounting box is internally provided with the cleaning mechanism for connecting a working head of the nursing robot and an intermediate pipeline required by the host;
a gap for placing the diaper is formed between the inner shell and the outer shell, a locking piece for automatic locking is arranged between the inner shell and the outer shell, the trouser cover is arranged above the air bag and is flush with the bottom of the shell, and the air bag is provided with a placing cavity of the shell;
the diaper is fixed in a gap between the inner shell and the outer shell, then the shell is placed on the air bag, and then a user and the working head are fixed through the trouser cover; the cleaning mechanism further comprises a drying part, a flushing part and a dirt flushing part, wherein a toilet groove is formed in the lower portion of the shell, the drying part comprises a drying pipeline, an air outlet pipeline and an air outlet, the drying pipeline is arranged in the mounting box, a dirt discharging hole is formed in the shell, the air outlet pipeline is connected with the air outlet pipeline, penetrates through the shell and is arranged above the dirt discharging hole, and the air outlet is formed in the front end of the air outlet pipeline;
the back of the inner shell is provided with a first buckle, a buckle position corresponding to the first buckle is arranged on the mounting box, and a reset button corresponding to the first buckle position is arranged on the outer surface of the mounting box; the air outlet structure is characterized in that a strip-shaped groove is formed in the front end of the air outlet pipeline, two sides of the strip-shaped groove are respectively sunken towards the middle to form two air outlet inclined planes, the air outlet is formed in the middle of the strip-shaped groove and symmetrically arranged on the air outlet inclined planes, and the air outlet is of an oval shape inclining downwards.

The working head of a nursing robot as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner shell comprises a first bearing portion and a vertically arranged first connecting wall, the inner shell is further provided with a drying fixing plate, the drying fixing plate is nested on the first connecting wall and is flush with the first connecting wall, a second abdicating notch is arranged between the strip-shaped groove of the air outlet pipeline and the periphery of the air outlet pipeline, a first channel for the air outlet pipeline to penetrate is arranged below the drying fixing plate, and a second buckle is arranged at a position corresponding to the second abdicating notch.

The working head of a nursing robot as recited in claim 3 wherein the housing further comprises a base, the base is sleeved outside the inner shell, the inner shell is provided with a position-limiting strip along the outer wall of the first connecting wall and the outer wall of the first supporting portion, respectively, and the periphery of the base abuts against the position-limiting strip.

The working head of a nursing robot as recited in claim 4 wherein the housing comprises a second support portion and a second connecting wall vertically disposed, the gap comprises a first gap formed by the front end of the first support portion and the front end of the second support portion and a second gap formed between the first connecting wall and the second connecting wall, and the bottom of the base is partially overlapped with the second support portion and the overlapped portion is disposed in close proximity.

The working head of a nursing robot as recited in claim 5 wherein the back of the shell is provided with a hanging lug, the hanging lug comprises a first hanging hole protruding from the back of the shell and a hanging lug body surrounding the first hanging hole, the hanging lug body is connected to the shell.
7. The working head of a nursing robot as recited in claim 6, wherein the first and second support portions are respectively provided with a first and second soft strip on the periphery.

The working head of the nursing robot as claimed in claim 7, wherein the lower end of the inner shell is provided with a protrusion, the locking member is disposed at one side of the outer shell close to the inner shell, the locking member comprises a locking box, an elastic member disposed in the locking box and a pressing block connected to the elastic member, the locking box is provided with a limiting notch at one end close to the protrusion, the length of the pressing block is smaller than that of the locking box, the front end of the pressing block penetrates through the limiting notch when the spring is not compressed, and the protrusion is located at the upper end of the pressing block and at least partially overlaps with the pressing block.
