The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
In the present invention, unless otherwise specified, the terms of orientation "upper, lower, horizontal, vertical, inside, outside, bottom, and top" and the like included in the terms only represent the orientation of the terms in a conventional use state or are colloquially known by those skilled in the art, and should not be construed as limiting the terms.
The invention provides a sweeper, wherein as shown in fig. 1, the sweeper comprises a shell 9, a brush device and a dust removal device, wherein the brush device and the dust removal device are sequentially arranged on the shell 9 in an extending mode along the horizontal direction, and at least part of the brush device is arranged below the shell 9; wherein,
the brush device comprises a fixed part 10 fixed even on the inner surface of the shell 9, a rotating rod 11 rotatably arranged on the fixed part 10, and a rotating disc 12 arranged at the lower end of the rotating rod 11, wherein the bottom surface of the rotating disc 12 is also provided with bristles 13;
the dust removal device comprises a fan placing cavity 1 and a dust storage cavity which are sequentially communicated from top to bottom, the fan placing cavity 1 is fixedly arranged on the shell 9, the fan placing cavity 1 is also communicated with a through pipe 2 arranged on the outer surface of the dust storage cavity, and the bottom of the through pipe 2 is open;
a fan 3 is arranged in the fan placing cavity 1, and a ventilation hole 4 communicated with the outside is formed on the side surface and/or the top surface of the fan placing cavity 1;
the dust storage cavity at least comprises a first storage cavity 5 and a second storage cavity 6 which are sequentially communicated from top to bottom, the first storage cavity 5 and the second storage cavity 6 are communicated through a filter plate 7, and a water spraying mechanism is further arranged in the second storage cavity 6.
The invention arranges a brush device and a dust removing device on a shell 9 along the horizontal direction in sequence, and arranges the brush device to be rotatable, and the bottom is provided with brush bristles 13 to clean the ground, and further, the dust removing device is provided to include a fan placing chamber 1 having a fan 3 therein, and a ventilation hole 4 is formed on the side and/or top surface of the fan placing chamber 1 so that dust accumulated after being swept by the brush means can be better sucked into the fan placing chamber 1 through the duct 2 and deposited on the bottom thereof after being closed, thereby entering the dust storage chamber, meanwhile, larger dust is isolated on the filter plate 7 at the bottom of the first storage chamber 5 through the filter plate 7, small dust enters the second storage chamber 6 through the filter plate 7, and the water is sprayed by the water spraying mechanism and then is settled, thereby effectively realizing the cleaning of the ground and the effective treatment of the cleaned dust.
In order to better achieve the electric operation effect, in a preferred embodiment, an electric mechanism is further connected to the rotating rod 11, and the electric mechanism can drive the rotating rod 11 to rotate.
Here, the rotation of the rotating rod 11 may be set in a manner that can be understood by those skilled in the art, for example, in a preferred embodiment, a convex ring is formed on the outer surface of the rotating rod 11, the fixing member 10 is recessed from the bottom to form a concave hole at least partially matching with the rotating rod 11, and an annular groove matching with the convex ring is formed on the inner wall of the concave groove.
The structure of the water spraying mechanism can be set in a manner that can be understood by those skilled in the art, as long as the water spraying mechanism can spray water to settle dust, for example, in a preferred embodiment, the water spraying mechanism at least comprises a spray head 8 arranged on the inner wall of the second storage cavity 6 and a water source provider communicated with the spray head 8.
The filter plate 7 is designed to separate the dust effectively according to the particle size and to better perform the fine dust reprocessing, for example, in a preferred embodiment, the filter plate 7 is a plate body with a mesh, and the surface of the plate body is laid with activated carbon and/or diatomaceous earth. Dust is better accumulated by the activated carbon and/or diatomaceous earth.
In a further preferred embodiment, in order to make the water spraying effect of the spray heads 8 better and to facilitate the dust settling, the number of the spray heads 8 can be selected to be 2-6, and the spray heads are arranged on the side wall of the second storage cavity 6.
Of course, in order to avoid that the sucked dust is dispersed out through the vent holes 4, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the surface of the vent holes 4 is provided with a mesh.
In a further preferred embodiment, the blower housing chamber 1 and the duct 2 are formed as a unitary structure in order to make the structure more stable.
Of course, in order to facilitate the cleaning of the collected dust and thus to achieve better cleaning effect, in a preferred embodiment, the bottom of the second storage chamber 6 is further provided with a through hole, and the through hole is provided with a baffle capable of opening or closing the through hole. Likewise, in order to enable better cleaning of the dust in the first storage chamber 5, the filter plate 7 may be provided detachably, and further, the baffle may be the entire bottom surface, thereby making it easier to take out the filter plate 7.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.

the dust removal device comprises a fan placing cavity (1) and a dust storage cavity which are sequentially communicated from top to bottom, the fan placing cavity (1) is fixedly arranged on the shell (9), the fan placing cavity (1) is also communicated with a through pipe (2) arranged on the outer surface of the dust storage cavity, and the bottom of the through pipe (2) is open;
a fan (3) is arranged in the fan placing cavity (1), and a ventilation hole (4) communicated with the outside is formed in the side surface and/or the top surface of the fan placing cavity (1);
