In order to ensure consistency of salt concentration, a method of replacing the culture solution at regular intervals (every 1-12 days) is generally used, so that not only is the workload increased, but also a great amount of unnecessary waste is caused.

As shown in fig. 1 to 13, the present invention mainly comprises a hydroponic tank 1, a seedling tray 2, a screen 3, a spacer 5, a film cover 6 and a fixing rope 7, and is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the hydroponic tank 1 has a rectangular structure with an open top, is made of plastic, and has a light weight while ensuring a certain structural strength. The water planting box can be a transparent piece so as to conveniently observe the growth condition of rice seeds and seedlings in the water planting box. When the rice seedling tray is used, firstly, the rice seeds are scattered on the seedling tray, then, the excessive rice seeds are swept down from the upper surface of the seedling tray by using a brush and are swept into the placing holes, and at the moment, the rice seeds are all placed in the placing holes and are positioned on the screen; then, adding water into the water planting box, wherein the liquid level in the water planting box is higher than the partition plate by a certain height, and the water adding amount is enough to ensure that the seedling tray still floats on the water surface after the water planting is finished, namely the rice seeds are always contacted with the water in the whole water planting process; then placing the seedling tray on the water surface; the open end of the water planting box is covered by the film cover, and then the film cover and the water planting box are fixed together by the fixing rope.
