Claims (11)

1. A method for managing numbers, comprising:
receiving number service information sent by an operator system; the number service information comprises number account opening information, number account canceling information or number product change information;
extracting characteristic data information according to the number service information and a preset extraction rule; the characteristic data information comprises an operator identifier, a product identifier, a user identifier and a service identifier;
storing the characteristic data information;
before receiving the number service information sent by the operator system, the method further includes:
receiving product information sent by the operator system, wherein the product information at least comprises a product identifier and an operator identifier;
storing the product information;
after receiving the number service information sent by the operator system, the method further includes:
verifying the number service information according to a preset verification rule; wherein the verifying the content comprises: number attribution verification, number state verification, product identification verification and user identification verification.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the number service information at least comprises an operator identifier, a destination number, a user identifier, a product identifier, a service application time;
after receiving the number service information sent by the operator system, the method further includes:
judging whether the feature data information corresponding to the target number is stored or not;
and if so, updating the characteristic data information corresponding to the target number according to the number service information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after receiving number service information sent by an operator system, the method further comprises:
updating the number state of the number corresponding to the number service information according to the number service information, wherein the number state comprises an unopened state, a used state and an idle state;
if the number service information is number account opening information, updating the number state of the number corresponding to the number account opening information into a use state;
and if the number service information is number cancellation information, updating the number state of the number corresponding to the number cancellation information into an idle state.
4. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
receiving a new number application sent by the operator system, wherein the new number application at least comprises an operator identifier;
acquiring the current utilization rate of the existing number corresponding to the operator identifier;
and determining whether the new number application passes the audit or not according to the current utilization rate of the existing number corresponding to the operator identifier and a preset utilization rate threshold value.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, further comprising:
acquiring user data information of an existing number corresponding to a target operator identifier;
determining a current number without real name authentication corresponding to the target operator identification according to the user data information of the existing number corresponding to the target operator identification;
and generating prompt information according to the number which is not authenticated by the real name currently, and sending the prompt information to a target operator system corresponding to the target operator identity so as to prompt the target operator.
6. An apparatus for managing numbers, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving number service information sent by an operator system; the number service information comprises number account opening information, number account canceling information or number product change information;
the extraction module is used for extracting the characteristic data information according to the number service information and a preset extraction rule; the characteristic data information comprises an operator identifier, a product identifier, a user identifier and a service identifier;
the processing module is used for storing the characteristic data information;
the receiving module is further configured to receive product information sent by the operator system, where the product information at least includes a product identifier and an operator identifier;
the processing module is also used for storing and processing the product information;
the processing module is further used for verifying the number service information according to a preset verification rule; wherein the verifying the content comprises: number attribution verification, number state verification, product identification verification and user identification verification.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the number service information at least comprises an operator identifier, a destination number, a user identifier, a product identifier, and a service application time;
the processing module is further configured to:
judging whether the feature data information corresponding to the target number is stored or not;
and if so, updating the characteristic data information corresponding to the target number according to the number service information.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the processing module is further configured to:
updating the number state of the number corresponding to the number service information according to the number service information, wherein the number state comprises an unopened state, a used state and an idle state;
if the number service information is number account opening information, updating the number state of the number corresponding to the number account opening information into a use state;
and if the number service information is number cancellation information, updating the number state of the number corresponding to the number cancellation information into an idle state.
9. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the receiving module is further configured to receive a new number application sent by the operator system, where the new number application at least includes an operator identifier;
the processing module is further configured to obtain a current utilization rate of an existing number corresponding to the operator identifier;
and the processing module is further used for determining whether the new number application passes the audit or not according to the current utilization rate of the existing number corresponding to the operator identifier and a preset utilization rate threshold value.
10. The apparatus of any of claims 6-9, wherein the processing module is further configured to:
acquiring user data information of an existing number corresponding to a target operator identifier;
determining a current number without real name authentication corresponding to the target operator identification according to the user data information of the existing number corresponding to the target operator identification;
and generating prompt information according to the number which is not authenticated by the real name currently, and sending the prompt information to a target operator system corresponding to the target operator identity so as to prompt the target operator.
11. A server, comprising: at least one processor and memory;
the memory stores a computer program; the at least one processor executes the memory-stored computer program to implement the method of any of claims 1-5.
