acquiring second data information of a plurality of customer service ends;
respectively calculating the matching index of each customer service end in the plurality of customer service ends and the target public number according to the first data information of the target public number and the second data information of the plurality of customer service ends, and determining N customer service ends meeting the preset condition with the matching index of the target public number as storage customer service ends, wherein N is a natural number greater than or equal to 1;
receiving a service processing request of the target public number;
determining at least one reserve customer service end from N reserve customer service ends as a target customer service end according to the first data information of the target public number and the service processing request;
the service processing request is sent to the target customer service end, so that the target customer service end processes at least one service contained in the service processing request;
the authorization information includes a permission identifier set, the permission identifier set includes at least one permission identifier, each permission identifier corresponds to a hosting permission of a service, and the determining, according to the first data information of the target public number and the service processing request, at least one storage customer service end among N storage customer service ends as a target customer service end includes:
determining a service contained in the service processing request;
judging whether the authority identification set contains the authority identification of the service contained in the service processing request or not;
if yes, calculating a recommendation index according to the first data information of the target public number and the service processing request, and determining at least one storage customer service end as the target customer service end in the N storage customer service ends according to the recommendation index.
2. The data matching method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the authorization information of the target public number includes:
acquiring an authorization code corresponding to the target public number;
sending an authorization information sending request carrying the authorization code to an open platform server;
and receiving the authorization information of the target public number sent by the open platform server.
3. The data matching method according to claim 1, wherein the first data information includes service type information of the target public number, and the second data information includes service processing type information of a corresponding customer service side;
calculating matching indexes of the plurality of customer service ends and the target public number according to the first data information of the target public number and the second data information of the plurality of customer service ends, and determining N customer service ends meeting preset conditions with the matching indexes of the target public number as storage customer service ends, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring first message information in the service type information of the target public number and second message information in the service processing type information of each customer service end;
calculating the similarity between the first message information and each piece of second message information;
determining a matching index of each customer service end in the plurality of customer service ends and the target public number according to the similarity;
and determining N customer service ends with the matching index with the target public number larger than or equal to a preset value as the storage customer service ends.

The data matching method according to claim 1, wherein the first data information of the target public number further includes a number of published messages, a sequence number of the published messages, a total number of fans, a number of active fans, and an average reading number of the published messages;
calculating a recommendation index according to the first data information of the target public number and the service processing request, and determining at least one storage customer service end as a target customer service end from the N storage customer service ends according to the recommendation index, wherein the method comprises the following steps:

and identifying the screened M storage customer service ends as the target customer service ends.

the receiving module is used for receiving the service processing request of the target public number;
