Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In the embodiment of the present invention, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a contract data processing method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
s100, acquiring contract data corresponding to the contract management user identification, wherein the contract data comprises contract clauses and clause information of each contract clause.
The contract data can be electronic contract data signed by a user in an online mode through a computer or a mobile phone, and after the user finishes the contract data signed through the terminal, the terminal can send the contract data signed to the server for storage. When the contract management user needs to check the contract data, the server can send the contract data to the contract management user in a file form. When sending the contract data to the contract management user, the server acquires a contract management user identifier associated with the contract data, and sends a plurality of contract data corresponding to the same contract management user identifier to a terminal used by an administrator corresponding to the contract management user identifier.
The contract management user refers to a person who performs auditing and management on contract data, and specifically may be a contract data examiner, where the contract data may be sent to multiple examiners through the server, and the same type of contract data is sent to corresponding examiners, for example, there are multiple a-type contract data and multiple B-type contract data, and correspondingly, all a-type contract data may be packaged and sent to the examiner a, and all B-type contract data may be packaged and sent to the examiner B. The contract data further includes at least contract terms therein and term information for each contract term. The clause information refers to the clause content specifically contained in the clause of the contract, such as the specific content defined by each clause. Each contract clause has a corresponding clause type, such as some clauses belonging to labor law, some clauses belonging to secret agreement, etc. Each contract data may include one contract or multiple contracts, and the number of the contracts corresponding to each contract management user identifier may be determined according to the auditing task of the corresponding contract management user.
S101, taking the contract clauses matched with the clause information as combined clauses.
After acquiring contract data signed by a user through electronic equipment, a server synchronously acquires contract terms contained in the contract data and term information of each contract term. The server can compare and match the clause information of each contract clause, and when the server detects that the clause information of two contract clauses is successfully matched, the two contract clauses can be regarded as combinable clauses, so that the server can take the contract clauses matched with the two clause information as combinable clauses, namely, the two contract clauses are combined. When merging terms, the server may adopt different merging manners according to specific matching degrees, and when the server detects that the term information of any two contract terms is completely consistent, the two contract terms may be considered to be the same contract term, and when the contract term of which the two term information are matched is taken as the merged term, one of the two contract terms is actually arbitrarily selected as the term to be checked. Therefore, the combination actually reduces the auditing tasks of two identical contract terms into one auditing task, thereby realizing the intelligent combination of repeated workload and improving the efficiency of auditors. For example, the 10 contract data all include contract terms a, the server may extract and combine the contract terms a in the 10 contract data after acquiring the 10 contract data to obtain a combined term, and then generate a task by using the combined term and other terms in the contract data to send to a corresponding contract management user, that is, a contract reviewer. Therefore, the workload of checking the contract terms A in the 10 pieces of contract data is reduced to only checking the contract terms A once, and the checking requirement of checking the contract terms A in all the contract data can be met. When the server detects that the clause information of any two contract clauses is not completely consistent, the server can also combine the contract clauses according to preset combination strategy information, so that the purpose of combining the matched contract clauses to reduce the auditing workload of a contract management user is achieved.
And S102, generating task information of contract data according to the merging clauses and the difference clauses, wherein the difference clauses are the rest contract clauses except the merging clause in the contract data.
If the matching of the clause information of the contract clauses exists, the clause information matching the contract clauses successfully can be merged to obtain at least one merged clause. The obtained combined clause and the obtained differential clause can be packaged, and task information corresponding to the contract data can be generated after the packaging is completed, wherein the differential clause is the rest contract clauses except for the combined clause in the contract data, and certainly, the differential clause can also be understood as contract clauses which cannot be matched. For example, if a clause a, a clause B, and a clause C exist in the contract data, and it is determined that the clause a and the clause B can be matched, the two are intelligently merged to obtain a corresponding merged clause D, and finally the merged clause D and the clause C are packaged, the corresponding task information can be generated according to the merged data obtained by packaging the clause D and the clause C, where the clause C is the above-mentioned difference clause.
Furthermore, after the merged clause contained in the contract data is determined, the remaining difference clauses can be marked, the marking of the difference clauses can be convenient for distinguishing the merged clause, and finally the difference clauses and the merged clauses in the above steps are packaged to form task information. The task information may be one or more, different types of merging clauses and all of the different types of merging clauses may be packaged with the different clauses to form one task information, and the different types of merging clauses and the different clauses may be classified and arranged to form a plurality of task information.
And S103, associating the task information with the contract management user identification so that the contract management user processes the contract data.
The task information corresponds to and is associated with the contract management user identification, and the corresponding task information can be obtained when the corresponding user identification is used. Each contract management user corresponds to one contract management user identifier, a large amount of contract data is stored in the server, a plurality of pieces of task information can be generated according to contract terms in the contract data, and the contract management users corresponding to each piece of task information may be different. Therefore, when the contract management user logs in the server, the server can acquire the corresponding task information according to the contract management user identifier corresponding to the login account of the contract management user, so that the corresponding contract management user can timely process the contract data corresponding to the task information. The task information can be directly displayed to the contract management user through the interface, and the contract management user can directly inspect the task information. In addition, other processing may be performed on the contract data corresponding to the task information, for example, the contract data corresponding to the task information is packaged and sent to a higher level, and the contract data corresponding to the task information is a document obtained after merging and compression, so that the size of the data package is smaller than that of the original document, and the task information can be further optimized when being sent to the outside.
In the embodiment of the invention, contract data corresponding to the contract management user identification is acquired, and the contract data comprises contract clauses and clause information of each contract clause; taking the contract clauses matched with the clause information as merging clauses; generating task information of the contract data according to the merging clauses and the difference clauses, wherein the difference clauses are the rest contract clauses except the merging clauses in the contract data; and associating the task information with the contract management user identification so that the contract management user processes the contract data. Thus, even under the condition that a large amount of contract data is processed, the contract management user can realize batch verification of the successfully matched contract data, and the efficiency of the verification of the contract data can be improved.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of another contract data processing method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:
and S110, acquiring contract data corresponding to the contract management user identification, wherein the contract data comprises contract clauses and clause information of each contract clause.
S111, acquiring preset merging strategy information, wherein the merging strategy information comprises matching rule data of each clause type.
The merging strategy information is a preset matching clause merging scheme, and the scheme has multiple merging modes and can intelligently merge different types of clauses by adopting corresponding merging schemes. The matching rule data may be in a variety of matching forms for a variety of clause types.
After acquiring the contract clauses and the clause information of each contract clause contained in the contract data, and analyzing and processing the acquired clause information, the server can determine the clause type contained in the acquired clause information, the number of contract clauses matched with the clause information, and various merging ways of the contract clauses matched with the clause information, so as to further acquire merging strategy information corresponding to the various merging ways of the contract clauses which are preset and matched with the clause information. For example, if there are N contract terms matched with the term information of type a, determining a merging mode a of the contract terms matched with the term information, and the server further obtains a preset merging policy a corresponding to the merging mode a, and merges the contract terms matched with the term information of type a by using the merging policy a; in addition, if M identical clauses exist, similarly, determining the merging mode C and further acquiring the corresponding preset merging strategy C, and merging the M identical clauses by adopting the merging strategy C.
And S112, taking the contract clauses with the clause types conforming to the merging strategy information as merging clauses.
Further, after preset merging strategy information is obtained, a merging strategy corresponding to each clause type can be determined according to the merging strategy information; and combining the contract clauses with the same clause type according to a combination strategy corresponding to the clause type to obtain corresponding combined clauses.
The merging strategy corresponding to each clause type can be stored in a server database, after acquiring clause information of contract data, the server performs information matching on the clause information of each contract clause, if it is detected that the clause information of at least two contract clauses is successfully matched, the server can determine that the at least two contract clauses are mergeable clauses, determine clause types of the mergeable clauses, extract the merging strategy corresponding to the clause types from the database, and merge the mergeable clauses of the same types by adopting the corresponding merging strategy. For example, if there are a plurality of contract terms matched with the information, and both terms a and C are engineering terms, and terms B and D are loan terms, the terms A, B, C, D can be merged in two merging manners, where the terms a and C are merged by using the preset merging policy a corresponding to them to obtain a merged term X, and the terms B and D are merged by using the preset merging policy B corresponding to them to obtain a merged term Y, and the first four contract terms matched with the information are merged to generate two different types of terms, so that the objective of reducing the inspection task amount of the contract management user can be achieved; if the terms A, B, C, D are all the same terms, the combination policy C may be directly combined with the terms, and finally any one of the terms is used as a combination term.
And S113, generating task information of the contract data according to the combined clause and the difference clause, wherein the difference clause is the rest contract clauses except the combined clause in the contract data.
And S114, associating the task information with the contract management user identification so that the contract management user processes the contract data.
In this embodiment, an implementation manner is added on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and the terms with the same clause type in the contract data are merged into one or more merged clauses by using a merging policy corresponding to the clause type, and meanwhile, when the identical data is reviewed, the review task amount of the contract management user can be reduced, which is convenient for batch review of successfully matched contract data, and meanwhile, the review efficiency of the identical data can be correspondingly improved.
In one embodiment, the clause information includes a clause type, and the contract clauses matched with the clause information are used as the merging clauses, including: merging the contract terms determined to belong to the same term type to obtain merged terms; generating task information of contract data according to the merging clauses and the difference clauses, wherein the task information comprises: performing word segmentation processing on the clause information corresponding to the combined clause, and determining common keywords and distinguishing keywords contained in the clause information corresponding to the combined clause; generating corresponding summary keywords according to the distinguishing keywords; generating a merging clause keyword of the merging clauses according to the summary keyword and the common related keyword; generating description keywords corresponding to the contract data according to the keywords of the merging clauses and the keywords corresponding to the difference clauses; and generating task information of contract data according to the description keywords. For example, if there are two merged terms, which are respectively "jurisdiction of national foundation of south mountain" and "jurisdiction of national foundation of yang," where the two merged terms are both jurisdiction terms, and of the two merged terms, the national foundation of south mountain is administered as a common keyword of the two merged terms, south mountain and yang are distinguishing keywords of the two merged terms, and the distinguishing keywords are both place names, the distinguishing keywords of the two merged terms can be intelligently summarized, the finally formed summary keyword can be the place of the original notice, the merged term keyword of the merged term generated by merging the summary keyword with the common keyword is "jurisdiction of national foundation of original notice", and the description keyword corresponding to the contract data is generated by combining the summary keyword with the keyword corresponding to the difference term, and the task information of the contract data is generated according to the description keyword. After the task information is generated, the number of terms in the obtained contract data is at least smaller than the number of terms in the original contract data, but the substantial content is not changed, so that the examination of the contract data by a contract management user can be more convenient.
In one embodiment, the matching clauses with the clause information as the merged clause further comprises: comparing the clause information of the same clause; determining similarity values of contract terms according to the term information; taking contract clauses with the similarity of the clause information higher than a preset threshold value as similar clauses; and merging the similar clauses to obtain the corresponding merged clause.
Similar clauses similar to the clause content also exist in the contract clauses contained in the contract data, the similar clauses are determined intelligently and the similar value is calculated, and the similar clauses can be at least two clauses or a plurality of clauses; comparing the similarity value with a preset threshold, and if two or more similarity values in the contract terms included in the contract data are higher than the preset threshold, merging the similarity values, for example, if the preset threshold is set to 30%, and if two or more similarity values after calculation are greater than 30%, intelligently merging the similarity terms.
In addition, if different types of similar clauses exist, after the similar clauses are determined, the same information in the clause content is extracted, the same information comprises the same text content information and the same data information, and the extracted same information and the clause remaining content information are spliced into at least one combined clause. The term type information can be displayed at the right end or below the combined term, and the task information can be conveniently understood when the finally obtained task information is displayed for the same management user.
In addition, if it is determined that a plurality of similar clauses and terms with similar content exist and the similarity value is 100% after calculation, the items are determined to be completely the same clauses, the clauses can be combined in a direct combination mode to form one or more combined clauses, and finally the combined clauses and the different clauses are packaged to form task information. The task information is at least lower than the number of terms of the original contract data, and the examination task of the contract management user can be reduced to a great extent.
In one embodiment, the contract data further includes contractor identity information, and the act of matching contract terms with the term information as merged terms includes: acquiring the identity information of the signing person corresponding to each contract clause; and combining contract clauses which are identical in identity information of the signatory and matched with the clause information to obtain combined clauses corresponding to identity information of each signatory.
Further, each contract clause has corresponding contractor identity information, wherein if there are at least two identical clauses in the clauses included in the contract data, and the contractor information of the identical clauses is identical, the identical clauses with the same contractor information can be extracted, and one of the clauses is taken as a combined clause. For example, there are four identical terms, namely, "payment deadline is 2018, 1 month, 1 day", and the contractors are Zhang Ming and Li Ming, respectively, wherein the two contractors are Li Mingju and the two contractors are Zhang Ming, respectively, the two identical terms can be extracted and used as a merged term, and finally two merged terms are obtained, and the rear part of the terms can display corresponding contractor information respectively, so that the contractors can be distinguished conveniently.
