本发明提供了一种高性能复合门板,该高性能复合门板包括空心无机胶合木基复合板、实木单板、实木端头和固定销,空心无机胶合木基复合板的上下两端均通过固定销与实木端头连接,实木单板贴附在空心无机胶合木基复合板的前后表面。本发明的高性能复合门板,尺寸稳定性好,表面装饰性好,门板外观简洁美观,具有很好的防水性能,且无游离甲醛释放,防火等级最高可以达到A2级。本发明还提供该高性能复合门板的加工方法,先分别加工门板的标准件,再将标准件组装成门板,加工方法简单,加工过程对环境友好,适于规模化生产。

技术领域
本发明属于装饰材料制造领域,尤其涉及一种高性能复合门板及其加工方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,对家装门的要求也不断提高,无醛、防火门符合人们绿色、安全的概念,将长期受消费者欢迎,市场前景广阔。目前市场的木基复合门板材料大都存在游离甲醛释放、防火性能差等问题,严重制约其产业发展。发展绿色新型环保防火门材料产业有利于调整优化防火门产业结构,转变经济发展方式,快速提升防火门材料产业先进生产力的比重,加快淘汰落后企业,推动节能减排和发展循环经济。
实木材料绿色环保、力学性能好,但由其制得的实木门板防火性能差、成本高。空心无机胶合木基复合板具有重量轻、环保、防水、防火等优良性能,是加工绿色、防水防火门的优质原料。将实木单板贴附在空心无机胶合木基复合板的表面加工而成的绿色防火门板,可以扬长避短、发挥两者的优势。但是,由于空心无机胶合木基复合板生产采用的是挤压成型工艺,导致其纵向尺寸稳定性及表面装饰性能差、门板的使用寿命短。因此,研制一种尺寸稳定性好同时满足防水、防火、环保等性能要求的高性能复合门板具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,克服以上背景技术中提到的不足和缺陷,提供一种高性能复合门板,该高性能复合门板具有良好尺寸稳定性以及良好的防火、防水和装饰性能,同时还提供一种该高性能复合门板的工艺简单、环境友好的加工方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的技术方案为:
一种高性能复合门板,所述高性能复合门板包括空心无机胶合木基复合板、实木单板、实木端头和固定销,所述空心无机胶合木基复合板的上下两端均通过固定销与实木端头连接,所述实木单板贴附在所述空心无机胶合木基复合板的前后表面。
上述的高性能复合门板,优选的,所述空心无机胶合木基复合板具有多个沿门板宽度方向均匀排布且上下贯通的孔,相邻孔的圆心距为35-47mm;所述实木端头具有沿门板宽度方向均匀排布的销孔,所述销孔的数量与空心无机胶合木基复合板内贯通的孔的数量相对应,相邻销孔的圆心距为35-47mm;所述固定销的一端插入实木端头的销孔内,另一端插入空心无机胶合木基复合板的孔内。
上述的高性能复合门板,优选的,由于空心无机胶合木基复合板经挤压成型加工后纵向尺寸稳定性差,为了保证复合门板的尺寸稳定性,在所述空心无机胶合木基复合板与实木端头之间留有5-10mm的伸缩缝。
上述的高性能复合门板,优选的,所述实木单板位于上下两个实木端头之间。
上述的高性能复合门板,优选的,所述固定销的表面涂有一层拼板胶。
作为一个总的发明构思,本发明还提供一种上述的高性能复合门板的加工方法,包括以下步骤;
(a)通过挤压成型工艺制备具有上下贯通的孔的空心无机胶合木基复合板;将实木块通过刨制工艺及钻孔工艺制备实木端头;采用木芯制备固定销;采用木材制备实木单板;
(b)在固定销的表面涂覆一层拼板胶,先将固定销的一端插入实木端头的销孔中,另一端插入空心无机胶合木基复合板的孔中,使空心无机胶合木基复合板的上下两端均通过固定销连接实木端头,得到门板坯料;在实木单板的单面涂覆拼板胶,将涂过胶的实木单板贴附在门板坯料中空心无机胶合木基复合板的前后表面,得到半成品门板;
(c)将半成品门板码垛送入冷压机中压制,得到高性能复合门板成品。
上述的加工方法,优选的,所述步骤(a)中,木芯为空心无机胶合木基复合板生产旋切工段剩余的木芯。经采用这种旋切段剩余木芯作为制备固定销的加工原料,一方面可以废物利用,降低门板生产成本,同时保证门板的各个组成部分均为木质材料,实现环保理念;另一方面,考虑到空心无机胶合木基复合板在挤压成型过程中形成的是纵向圆形孔,固定销配合使用圆柱形固定销,将旋切段剩余木芯加工为圆柱形固定销较为容易,无需重新选材及初加工。
上述的加工方法,优选的,所述步骤(b)中,拼板胶为环保型拼板胶,拼板胶在固定销表面的涂胶量为180-200g/m2,拼板胶在实木单板表面的涂胶量为180-200g/m2。
上述的加工方法,优选的,所述步骤(a)中,先将木质刨花和无机胶粘剂按照重量比为35-45:65-55混合并搅拌均匀,然后再通过挤压成型工艺制备具有上下贯通的孔的空心无机胶合木基复合板。
上述的加工方法,优选的,所述步骤(a)中,无机胶粘剂由以下重量份的组分组成:水40-60份、硫酸钙35-46份、硅酸钙5-8份、硅酸钠20-25份、纳米硼酸锌3-6份、硫酸镁20-35份、聚乙二醇3-5份、硼砂0.5-1份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.2-0.8份、磺酸钠0.3-0.6份、硬脂酰胺0.3-0.8份。
上述的加工方法,优选的,所述步骤(c)中,将20-40块半成品门板码垛送入冷压机中压制30-120min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
(1)本发明的高性能复合门板,两端为实木端头,并通过实木固定销与空心无机胶合木基复合板连接,尺寸稳定性好,同时在实木端头与空心无机胶合木基复合板间留有伸缩缝,可以有效避免门板因纵向尺寸变化而产生变形,使得门板外形简洁美观。
(2)本发明的高性能复合门板,由于主体部分为防火、防水、无甲醛释放且重量轻的空心无机胶合木基复合板,因而具有很好的防水性能,且无游离甲醛释放,防火等级最高可以达到A2级。
(3)本发明的高性能复合门板,表层为实木单板和实体端头,强度高,且易于实现表面装饰,可以直接油漆也可以进行贴面处理。
(4)本发明的高性能复合门板,生产成本只有实木门生产成本的60%,具有明显的价格优势。
(5)本发明的高性能复合门板的加工方法,先分别加工门板的标准件,再将标准件组装成门板,加工方法简单,加工过程对环境友好,适于规模化生产。

除非另有特别说明,本发明中用到的各种原材料、试剂、仪器和设备等均可通过市场购买得到或者可通过现有方法制备得到。
实施例1:
一种本发明的高性能复合门板,其剖面示意图如图1所示,该高性能复合门板包括空心无机胶合木基复合板1、实木单板2、实木端头3和固定销4,空心无机胶合木基复合板1的上下两端均通过固定销4与实木端头3连接,实木单板2贴附在空心无机胶合木基复合板1的前后表面。
空心无机胶合木基复合板1的剖面示意图如图2所示,空心无机胶合木基复合板1具有多个沿门板宽度方向均匀排布且上下贯通的孔,相邻孔的圆心距为47mm;实木端头3的剖面示意图如图3所示,实木端头3具有沿门板宽度方向均匀排布的销孔,销孔的数量与空心无机胶合木基复合板1内贯通的孔的数量相对应,相邻销孔的圆心距为47mm;固定销4的一端插入实木端头3的销孔内,另一端插入空心无机胶合木基复合板1的孔内。空心无机胶合木基复合板1与实木端头3之间留有5mm的伸缩缝。实木单板2位于上下两个实木端头3之间。固定销4的表面涂有一层拼板胶。
本实施例的高性能复合门板的加工方法,包括以下步骤;
(a)将长x宽x厚为10-30mm x 1.2-2mm x 0.6-1mm的木质刨花与无机胶粘剂按照重量比为40:60混合并搅拌均匀,送入空心刨花板挤压成型机中通过挤压成型工艺制备空心无机胶合木基复合板1,该空心无机胶合木基复合板1的宽度为900mm、长度为1890mm、厚度为47mm,该空心无机胶合木基复合板1具有多个沿门板宽度方向均匀排布且上下贯通的孔,孔直径为相邻孔的圆心距为47mm;
其中,无机胶粘剂由以下重量份的组分组成:水40份、硫酸钙40份、硅酸钙5份、硅酸钠20份、纳米硼酸锌6份、硫酸镁30份、聚乙二醇3份、硼砂1份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.5份、磺酸钠0.6份、硬脂酰胺0.3份;
(b)截取杨木块,通过木工平刨床、单面木工压刨、四面刨以及钻床等工序加工成实木端头3,该实木端头3的宽度为900mm、长度为200mm、厚度为51mm,该实木端头3具有沿门板宽度方向均匀排布的销孔,销孔的数量与空心无机胶合木基复合板1内贯通的孔的数量相对应,销孔的直径为相邻销孔的圆心距为47mm,孔深为120mm;
(c)将杨树木段旋切剩余的木芯通过车床加工成直径为再通过横截锯截成长度为240mm的圆棒,圆棒即为固定销4;
(d)选取厚度为2mm的无节疤、无破损的杨木锯材或旋切单板,通过圆锯机或剪板机加工成长x宽为1900x900mm的实木单板2;
(e)在固定销4的表面涂覆一层环保型拼板胶,涂胶量为200g/m2,先将固定销4的一端插入实木端头3的销孔中,另一端插入空心无机胶合木基复合板1的孔中,空心无机胶合木基复合板1的上下两端均通过固定销4连接杨木端头3,固定销4插入实木端头3的深度为120mm,插入空心无机胶合木基复合板1的深度为115mm,空心无机胶合木基复合板1与上下实木端头3之间各留有5mm的伸缩缝,得到门板坯料;将实木单板2的单面通过三辊涂胶机单面辊涂环保型拼板胶,涂胶量为200g/m2,将涂过胶的实木单板2贴附在门板坯料中空心无机胶合木基复合板1的前后表面,得到半成品门板,将40块半成品门板码垛送入冷压机中压制60min,得到高性能复合门板成品。
实施例2:
一种本发明的高性能复合门板,该高性能复合门板包括空心无机胶合木基复合板1、实木单板2、实木端头3和固定销4,空心无机胶合木基复合板1的上下两端均通过固定销4与实木端头3连接,实木单板2贴附在空心无机胶合木基复合板1的前后表面。
空心无机胶合木基复合板1具有多个沿门板宽度方向均匀排布且上下贯通的孔,相邻孔的圆心距为35mm;实木端头3具有沿门板宽度方向均匀排布的销孔,销孔的数量与空心无机胶合木基复合板1内贯通的孔的数量相对应,相邻销孔的圆心距为35mm;固定销4的一端插入实木端头3的销孔内,另一端插入空心无机胶合木基复合板1的孔内。空心无机胶合木基复合板1与实木端头3之间留有5mm的伸缩缝。实木单板2位于上下两个实木端头3之间。固定销4的表面涂有一层拼板胶。
本实施例的本发明的高性能复合门板的加工方法,包括以下步骤;
(a)将长x宽x厚为5-25mm x 0.8-1.5mm x 0.2-0.7mm的木质刨花与无机胶粘剂按照重量比为35:65混合并搅拌均匀,送入空心刨花板挤压成型机中通过挤压成型工艺制备空心无机胶合木基复合板1,该空心无机胶合木基复合板1的1200mm、长度为2090mm、厚度为47mm,该空心无机胶合木基复合板1具有多个沿门板宽度方向均匀排布且上下贯通的孔,孔直径为相邻孔的圆心距为35mm;
其中,无机胶粘剂由以下重量份的组分组成:水50份、硫酸钙35份、硅酸钙8份、硅酸钠25份、纳米硼酸锌5份、硫酸镁20份、聚乙二醇5份、硼砂0.5份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.8份、磺酸钠0.5份、硬脂酰胺0.8份;
(b)截取杨木块,通过木工平刨床、单面木工压刨、四面刨以及钻床等工序加工成实木端头3,该实木端头3的宽度为1200mm、长度为200mm、厚度为51mm,该实木端头3具有沿门板宽度方向均匀排布的销孔,销孔的数量与空心无机胶合木基复合板1内贯通的孔的数量相对应,销孔的直径为相邻销孔的圆心距为35mm,孔深为120mm;
(c)将杨树木段旋切剩余的木芯通过车床加工成直径为再通过横截锯截成长度为240mm的圆棒,圆棒即为固定销4;
(d)选取厚度为2mm的无节疤、无破损的杨木锯材或旋切单板,通过圆锯机或剪板机加工成长x宽为2100x1200mm的实木单板2;
(e)在固定销4的表面涂覆一层环保型拼板胶,涂胶量为180g/m2,先将固定销4的一端插入实木端头3的销孔中,另一端插入空心无机胶合木基复合板1的孔中,空心无机胶合木基复合板1的上下两端均通过固定销4连接实木端头3,固定销4插入实木端头3的深度为120mm,插入空心无机胶合木基复合板1的深度为115mm,空心无机胶合木基复合板1与上下实木端头3之间各留有5mm的伸缩缝,得到门板坯料;将实木单板2的单面通过三辊涂胶机单面辊涂环保型拼板胶,涂胶量为200g/m2,将涂过胶的实木单板2贴附在门板坯料中空心无机胶合木基复合板1的前后表面,得到半成品门板,将40块半成品门板码垛送入冷压机中压制80min,得到高性能复合门板成品。
Claims (10)
1.一种高性能复合门板,其特征在于,所述高性能复合门板包括空心无机胶合木基复合板(1)、实木单板(2)、实木端头(3)和固定销(4),所述空心无机胶合木基复合板(1)的上下两端均通过固定销(4)与实木端头(3)连接,所述实木单板(2)贴附在所述空心无机胶合木基复合板(1)的前后表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高性能复合门板,其特征在于,所述空心无机胶合木基复合板(1)具有多个沿门板宽度方向均匀排布且上下贯通的孔,相邻孔的圆心距为35-47mm;所述实木端头(3)具有沿门板宽度方向均匀排布的销孔,所述销孔的数量与空心无机胶合木基复合板(1)内贯通的孔的数量相对应,相邻销孔的圆心距为35-47mm;所述固定销(4)的一端插入实木端头(3)的销孔内,另一端插入空心无机胶合木基复合板(1)的孔内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高性能复合门板,其特征在于,所述空心无机胶合木基复合板(1)与实木端头(3)之间留有5-10mm的伸缩缝。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高性能复合门板,其特征在于,所述实木单板(2)位于上下两个实木端头(3)之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高性能复合门板,其特征在于,所述固定销(4)的表面涂有一层拼板胶。
6.一种如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的高性能复合门板的加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤;
(a)通过挤压成型工艺制备具有上下贯通的孔的空心无机胶合木基复合板(1);将实木块通过刨制工艺及钻孔工艺制备实木端头(3);采用木芯制备固定销(4);采用木材制备实木单板(2);
(b)在固定销(4)的表面涂覆一层拼板胶,先将固定销(4)的一端插入实木端头(3)的销孔中,另一端插入空心无机胶合木基复合板(1)的孔中,使空心无机胶合木基复合板(1)的上下两端均通过固定销(4)连接实木端头(3),得到门板坯料;在实木单板(2)的单面涂覆拼板胶,将涂过胶的实木单板(2)贴附在门板坯料中空心无机胶合木基复合板(1)的前后表面,得到半成品门板;
(c)将半成品门板码垛送入冷压机中压制,得到高性能复合门板成品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(a)中,木芯为空心无机胶合木基复合板(1)生产旋切工段剩余的木芯。
8.根据权利要求6所述的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(b)中,拼板胶为环保型拼板胶,拼板胶在固定销(4)表面的涂胶量为180-200g/m2,拼板胶在实木单板(2)表面的涂胶量为180-200g/m2。
9.根据权利要求6所述的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(a)中,先将木质刨花和无机胶粘剂按照重量比为35-45:65-55混合并搅拌均匀,然后再通过挤压成型工艺制备具有上下贯通的孔的空心无机胶合木基复合板(1)。
10.根据权利要求6所述的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(c)中,将20-40块半成品门板码垛送入冷压机中压制30-120min。
