本发明公开了一种橘油氨基酸清洁剂,属于日化用品技术领域,橘油氨基酸清洁剂由以下质量份的组分组成:表面活性剂16~38%、氨基酸组分7~14%、柑橘精油1~3%、甘油1.5~6%、柠檬酸0.2~1.5%、防腐剂0.2~0.5%、增稠剂1~3%、去离子水,上述各组分之和为100%,本发明的原料均为天然植物提取物,可完全生物降解,对环境及生物体安全性高,绿色、安全、温和对人体皮肤无刺激,能够快速去除污渍,泡沫丰富、易过水,起到杀菌除霉的效果,避免病菌的传染。

技术领域
本发明属于日化用品技术领域,特别涉及一种橘油氨基酸清洁剂技术领域。
背景技术
清洁剂属于家庭必备日化用品,传统的清洁剂追求去污力及洁净力,其中往往添加有各种化学组分,不仅难以降解对环境造成污染,而且对人体皮肤有脱脂刺激作用,容易造成使用者的皮肤干燥、粗糙甚至脱皮过敏,长期使用会严重伤害使用者的皮肤造成一系列皮肤问题。
发明内容
本发明为克服现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种橘油氨基酸清洁剂,原料均为天然植物提取物,可完全生物降解,对环境及生物体安全性高,绿色、安全、温和对人体皮肤无刺激,能够快速去除污渍,泡沫丰富、易过水,起到杀菌除霉的效果,避免病菌的传染。
本发明为解决上述现有技术中存在的问题,采用如下的技术方案。
一种橘油氨基酸清洁剂,由以下质量份的组分组成:表面活性剂16~38%、氨基酸组分7~14%、柑橘精油1~3%、甘油1.5~6%、柠檬酸0.2~1.5%、防腐剂0.2~0.5%、增稠剂1~3%、去离子水,上述各组分之和为100%。
进一步的,所述表面活性剂由以下质量份的组分组成:月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠8~16%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2~6%、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠3~8%、烷基糖苷3~8%。
进一步的,所述氨基酸组成为油酰谷氨酸二钠、月桂酰谷氨酸钠、椰油酰甘氨酸钠、椰油酰谷氨酸二钠中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述柑橘精油为由柑橘外皮经过冷压萃取提取的天然橘油。
相对于现有技术,本发明取得了以下有益效果:
1、本发明的橘油氨基酸清洁剂,原料均为天然植物提取物,可完全生物降解,对环境及生物体安全性高,绿色、安全、温和对人体皮肤无刺激。
2、本发明的橘油氨基酸清洁剂,氨基酸组分具有良好的起泡性及乳化能力、与表面活性剂相容性好,可显著提高表面活性剂的去污能力,且柑橘精油对泡沫有增效作用对去污性的提高效果优于氨基酸组分,而且清洁剂的性质更温和,能够快速去除污渍,泡沫丰富,易过水。
3、本发明的橘油氨基酸清洁剂,柑橘精油与氨基酸组份产生协同抑菌及杀菌作用,对大肠杆菌、白色葡萄球菌和青霉均有抑菌性且具有广谱性,对大部分革兰氏阴性菌和革兰氏阳性菌有抑菌作用及杀菌作用,起到杀菌除霉的效果,避免病菌的传染。
4、本发明的橘油氨基酸清洁剂,柑橘精油中含有丰富的Vc,具有抗发炎及滋润皮肤的功效;而且柑橘精油能够提高情绪和缓解负面焦虑情绪及神经紧张的压抑感,能让人产生干净的感觉,清新空气,去除异味,适合所有年龄的人,特别是孩子更喜欢它的芳香气味。

下面将对实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一、实施例
实施例1
将以下组分按质量配比:
月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠8%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO~9)4%、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠5%、烷基糖苷8%、氨基酸组分10%、柑橘精油1%、甘油4%、柠檬酸1.5%、防腐剂0.2%、增稠剂2%,去离子水56.3%。
实施例2
将以下组分按质量配比:
月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠12%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO~9)6%、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠3%、烷基糖苷3%、氨基酸组分8%、柑橘精油3%、甘油6%、柠檬酸0.8%、防腐剂0.5%、增稠剂1%,去离子水56.7%。
实施例3
将以下组分按质量配比:
月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠16%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO~9)2%、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠5%、烷基糖苷5%、氨基酸组分14%、柑橘精油2%、甘油1.5%、柠檬酸0.2%、防腐剂0.4%、增稠剂1%,去离子水52.9%。
实施例4
将以下组分按质量配比:
月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠8%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO~9)2%、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠3%、烷基糖苷3%、氨基酸组分14%、柑橘精油3%、甘油4%、柠檬酸1.5%、防腐剂0.5%、增稠剂3%,离子水58%。
实施例5
将以下组分按质量配比:
月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠16%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO~9)6%、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠8%、烷基糖苷8%、氨基酸组分7%、柑橘精油2%、甘油1.5%、柠檬酸0.2%、防腐剂0.4%、增稠剂1%,去离子水49.9%。
二、试验例
1、综合效果评价试验
采用民意感觉调查评价法,选取25~45岁志愿者30参与试用清洁剂,任意分成5组,分别使用实施例1~5配比制备的橘油氨基酸清洁剂,及2款市售畅销清洁剂(均不含有氨基酸组分及柑橘精油)作为对比例清洁同一批餐具,评估清洁剂的“去污性”、“温和性”及“过水性”,各项效果满分5分,5分表示非常满意,4分表示较满意,3分表示一般,3分以下表示不满意,各项效果评估平均数如下表所示:

从上表中可以看出,本发明实施例的清洁剂的评估效果指标均远优于对比例的清洁剂,氨基酸组分和柑橘精油可有效提高清洁剂的去污性,氨基酸组分和柑橘精油的总含量相近时,柑橘精油含量的增加对去污性的提高效果优于氨基酸组分,而且清洁剂的性质更温和。
2、杀菌试验
(1)仪器的准备
(2)生理盐水的制备:按照生理盐水8.5g:蒸馏水1000mL的比例配制生理盐水;
(3)培养基的制备:在500mL锥形瓶中称取5g琼脂、0.2g卵磷脂、200mL蒸馏水,摇匀并密封;
(4)将配制好的培养基、生理盐水放入锥开瓶内,置于灭菌器中进行高温高压灭菌15min;
(5)将实施例1、2、3及对比例1、2的清洁剂分别用配制好的生理盐水稀释10倍;
(6)将稀释后的清洁剂样品分别放入培养皿内,每个样品2个平行样;
(7)将所有的培养皿放入37℃的生化培养箱内,培养48h。
分别检测菌落群数及大肠杆菌数2项指标,平行样取平均值,结果如下:

从上表中可以看出,本发明实施例1~5的杀菌效果均明显优于对比例1、2的杀菌效果。
本发明的橘油氨基酸清洁剂,原料均为天然植物提取物,可完全生物降解,对环境及生物体安全性高,绿色、安全、温和对人体皮肤无刺激,能够快速去除污渍,泡沫丰富、易过水,起到杀菌除霉的效果,避免病菌的传染。

Claims (4)

1.一种橘油氨基酸清洁剂,其特征在于,由以下质量份的组分组成:表面活性剂16~38%、氨基酸组分7~14%、柑橘精油1~3%、甘油1.5~6%、柠檬酸0.2~1.5%、防腐剂0.2~0.5%、增稠剂1~3%、去离子水,上述各组分之和为100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的橘油氨基酸清洁剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂由以下质量份的组分组成:月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠8~16%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2~6%、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠3~8%、烷基糖苷3~8%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的橘油氨基酸清洁剂,其特征在于,所述氨基酸组成为油酰谷氨酸二钠、月桂酰谷氨酸钠、椰油酰甘氨酸钠、椰油酰谷氨酸二钠中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的橘油氨基酸清洁剂,其特征在于,所述柑橘精油为由柑橘外皮经过冷压萃取提取的天然橘油。
