【化学成分】蜡梅花含挥发油，油中有龙脑、桉油精、芳樟醇、洋蜡梅碱、异洋蜡梅碱、蜡梅甙、α-胡萝卜素、亚油酸、油酸等化学成分，叶中含蜡梅碱、洋蜡梅碱、异洋蜡梅碱；鲜叶含氰氢酸。种子含脂肪油、脂肪酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸等成分。
【性味】花蕾性温，味甘、微苦。根及茎，辛，温。
【功效】解暑生津，开胃散郁，通乳润燥，止咳。主治暑热头晕，呕吐，气郁胃闷，麻疹，百日咳，烫伤，火伤，中耳炎等。祛风理气，活血解毒。主治哮喘，劳伤咳嗽，胃痛，腹痛，风湿痒痛，疗疮肿毒，跌打创伤等。外用适量，研末撒。
发明内容
为了深化柳叶腊梅的加工，提高产品的经济效益，本发明旨在提供一种柳叶腊梅杀菌洗手液及其制备方法。本发明的柳叶腊梅洗手液保持了本植物原生态具有的清香和抑菌活性，具有清洁、抑菌的功效。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了以下技术方案：
柳叶腊梅杀菌洗手液，该洗手液由柳叶腊梅采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取精制的天然精油、多种表面活性剂、润肤剂在40℃恒温水浴下搅拌及常温陈化而成；其中，按质量百分比计：天然精油为2%~5%，表面活性剂为25~40%，润肤剂为2~5%。

叶腊梅杀菌洗手液的制备方法，本发明采用了以下的技术方案：
（一）天然精油的制备
① 采用清洁、干燥的柳叶腊梅的茎和叶，粉碎成直径为0.2~0.5cm；
② 将粉碎的原料装入蒸馏锅中，原料不能超过蒸馏锅的1/2，加水没过原料；
③ 将对蒸馏锅进行加热，进行蒸馏，收集芳香油；
④ 分离芳香油，从油水分离器中分离得粗制精油；
⑤ 取粗制精油进行干燥、冷藏，冷藏温度为1~3℃。
（二）洗手液半成品的调配
在40℃、1000r/min搅拌的条件下，边搅拌边按比例加入蒸馏水、甘油；
②待上述溶液搅拌均匀后加入水溶性羊毛脂，搅拌5min；
③按比例加入十二烷基硫酸钠。保持搅拌速度1000r/min不变的条件下，搅拌15min；
④将上述溶液在常温下静置，待泡沫消失后得洗手液半成品。
（三）洗手液成品的调配
①上述步骤（二）洗手液半成品在20~25℃、400r/min搅拌的条件下，按比例加入十二烷基二甲基氧化胺与椰子油二乙醇酰胺；
②保持上述搅拌及温度条件不变的条件下，按比例加上述步骤（一）制备的天然精油与对氯间二甲苯酚，边搅拌边加入氯化钠，调节至所需粘度；
③用食用级柠檬酸调节产品PH至7.0左右；
④将上述成品在常温下静置陈化24h陈化，既得成品柳叶腊梅杀菌洗手液。
本发明生产的柳叶腊梅杀菌洗手液是采用纯物理方法提取、精制的天然腊梅植物精油与具有高去污性能、优雅的外观和亲肌肤的洗手液配制而成。本产品使用时泡沫细腻优雅，香味宜人，清洗时泡沫极易洗净，省水省时。本产品在自然界易分解，不易造成水体富营养化，绿色环保。本产品不单单是为了洗净双手，还具有润肤护肤的功能，在使用本产品洗手后，手感十分清爽，倍感滋润，并且洗完后余香持久。久用对双手都有好处。天然腊梅精油还具有显著的杀菌效果，用后能保有效的防止细菌在手上的滋生，保护人们的健康。

具体实施方案
下面对本发明的具体实施方式做一个详细的说明。
实施例1 天然腊梅精油的制备 如图1
① 本产品精油采用新鲜、无病害的柳叶腊梅的茎和叶，在70℃下鼓风烘干；
② 将已充分烘干的柳叶腊梅茎叶用粉碎机粉碎成直径约为0.2~0.5cm的碎片；
③ 在蒸馏锅中加入约1/2的粉碎完成的柳叶腊梅茎叶，加水没过原料；
④ 加热蒸馏锅，进行蒸馏，收集芳香油性成分；
⑤ 分离芳香油，从蒸馏分离中分离得粗制精油；
⑥ 将粗制精油干燥后放入冷藏室，设置冷藏室冷藏温度为1~3℃，静置12~48小时，用分离器进行油水分离，得天然精油。

Claims (1)
1.一种柳叶腊梅杀菌洗手液的制备方法，其特征在于该方法包括以下的步骤：
（一）天然精油的制备：
① 采用清洁、干燥的柳叶腊梅的茎和叶，粉碎成直径为0.2~0.5cm；
② 将粉碎的原料装入蒸馏锅中，原料不能超过蒸馏锅的1/2，加水没过原料；
③ 对蒸馏锅进行加热，进行蒸馏，收集芳香油；
④ 分离芳香油，从油水分离器中分离得粗制精油；
⑤ 取粗制精油进行干燥后冷藏，冷藏温度为1~3℃；
（二）洗手液半成品的制备：
① 在40℃、1000r/min搅拌的条件下，边搅拌边加入蒸馏水、甘油；
② 待上述溶液搅拌均匀后加入水溶性羊毛脂，搅拌5min；
③ 加入十二烷基硫酸钠；保持搅拌速度1000r/min不变的条件下，搅拌15min；
④ 将上述溶液在常温下静置，待泡沫消失后得洗手液半成品；
其中，按质量百分比计：蒸馏水为49%，甘油为10%，水溶性羊毛脂为4%，十二烷基硫酸钠为12%；
（三）洗手液成品的制备：
①上述步骤（二）洗手液半成品在20~25℃、1000r/min搅拌的条件下，加入十二烷基二甲基氧化胺与椰子油二乙醇酰胺；
②保持上述搅拌及温度条件不变的条件下，加上述步骤（一）制备的天然精油与对氯间二甲苯酚，边搅拌边加入氯化钠，调节至所需粘度；
③用食用级柠檬酸调节产品pH至7.0；
④将上述产品在常温下静置陈化24h，即得成品柳叶腊梅杀菌洗手液；
其中，按质量百分比计：十二烷基二甲基氧化胺为6%，椰子油二乙醇酰胺为10%，天然精油为0.5%，对氯间二甲苯酚为0.09%，氯化钠适量，食用级柠檬酸适量。
