本发明公开了一种迷迭香洗发露,其以重量份计的原料为:十二烷基苯磺酸钠12~16份、椰子油二乙醇酰胺1~4份、氯化钠0.5~3份、甘油1~4份、乙二醇单硬脂酸酯0.5~3份、柠檬酸钠0.5~1份、迷迭香籽营养粉0.5~3份、柠檬提取物0.5~1份、茶油1~2份、椰子油0.5~1份、迷迭香精油0.5~1份、迷迭香提取物1~3份、蒲公英提取物1~2份、色素0.5~1份、迷迭香纯露补足至100份。本发明实现了迷迭香从茎、叶、花、种子的全植株利用,富集了迷迭香各个部位的活性成分制备迷迭香纯露;另外,通过合理添加茶油、椰子油、蒲公英提取物等植物活性成分,可以进一步增强产品的功效,减少产品其他合成化学物质的使用,提升产品的绿色、安全品质。

本发明涉及一种洗发露,具体涉及一种迷迭香洗发露。
背景技术
迷迭香别名油安草,其拉丁学名为Rosmarinus officinalis L.,为唇形科中迷迭香属植物。迷迭香是一种被重新开发利用的新型经济植物,全株可提取抗氧化剂及医药中间体,其抗氧化剂具有稳定、高效、耐高温的特点,广泛应用于食品加工、医药健康及化妆品开发等方面。在医药领域方面,迷迭香具有镇静安神、醒脑作用,对消化不良和胃痛均有一定疗效。将迷迭香捣碎后,用开水浸泡后饮用,1天2~3次,可起到镇静、利尿作用,也可用于治疗失眠、心悸、头痛、消化不良等多种疾病。同时,迷迭香外用可治疗外伤和关节炎,还具有强壮心脏、促进代谢、促进末梢血管的血液循环等作用。在食品领域方面,迷迭香富含高效的抗氧化成分,提取的迷迭香提取物可作为抗氧化食品添加剂应用于油脂、糕点、膨化食品中,效果好,安全绿色。在日化领域方面,迷迭香是一种名贵的天然香料植物,生长季节会散发一种清香气味,有清心提神的功效。迷迭香的茎、叶和花具有宜人的香味,花和嫩枝提取的芳香油,可用于调配空气清洁剂、香水、香皂等化妆品原料,最有名的化妆水就是用迷迭香制作的,并可在饮料、护肤油、生发剂、洗衣膏中使用。
洗发露又称洗发液或洗发精、洗发香波,是应用头发和头皮基础护理化妆用品。洗发露中含有多种成分,这些成份的综合作用能起到清洁头皮和头发的功能,其中绿色安全、具有一定功效的植物提取成分是目前开发的热点,包括迷迭香及迷迭香提取物、精油等成分。如中国专利(申请号201510231144.2)公开了一种含山茶皂苷的天然洗发露及其制备方法,以小麦叶子、青茶、迷迭香、苦酸模、生姜、太子参、黄芩、艾菊、辣椒、头花千金藤等天然植物提取成分作为基本功能成分,山茶皂苷、无患子皂苷、七叶皂苷、海藻酸等作为乳化剂和增泡剂,野茶油、乳酸、乳酸钠盐、氯化钠等安全成分开发成一种天然洗发露。虽然该洗发露对头皮有很好的营养、促血循环、调理、润湿、抗菌、消炎、降低刺激性等作用,对头发有很好的清洁、去屑、止痒、防脱发、防晒、营养、护发、黑发等作用。但是,其使用了品种10多种的植物原料,而迷迭香的添加量很少,最终产品使用时的体验感并无迷迭香的清新香味,也没有突出迷迭香的功效。
如中国专利(201610776106.X)公开了一种迷迭香洗发水的生产方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:1)先将迷迭香洗净,然后用纯净水浸泡一段时间;2)将浸泡后的迷迭香从水中取出,切碎,然后放入原先的纯净水中加热3小时;3)将加热后的迷迭香水静放24小时后,过筛,去除掉水里面的迷迭香杂质;4)取氨基酸起泡剂和椰子油起泡剂加入迷迭香水中,搅拌均匀;5)再往迷迭香水中加入维生素B5和甘油,拌匀,制成洗发水原液;6)往洗发水原液中加入盐做增稠剂,使洗发水原液变粘稠以方便灌装;7)制好的洗发水进行消毒,灌装。该方法制备的洗发水虽然是一种纯天然、无刺激的防脱发剂,可增加头皮血压供应,改善血液循环,对头发具有一定的保健作用,可起到防止脱发的作用。但是,其仅仅以迷迭香为原料采取简单的切碎、加热浸泡等手段,很难使迷迭香中的有效成分溶出,尤其是一些水不溶性的活性成分大量损失。
如中国专利(申请号201710538701.4)公开了一种天然洗发水,洗发水组分按重量份数包括蜂蜡10-30份、迷迭香提取物15-35份、绵羊油10-20份、老姜萃取液8-18份、薰衣草精油5-15份、大豆皂角素3-10份、柠檬酸2-8份、金银花8-15份、蒲公英4-12份、黄柏2-10份、苦参提取液5-12份、板栗1-4份。该制备方法虽然工艺简单,且制得的洗发水可减轻头皮过敏、瘙痒、出油、头屑多等现象,无毒副作用,特别适合孕妇、儿童及皮肤过敏者。但是,其使用的原料基本全为植物原料,缺少表面活性剂、增稠剂、助溶剂等原料,最终制备的产品感官品质和使用体验感将较差,可能会出现分层、流动性差等现象。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的问题,本发明提供了一种迷迭香洗发露,其以迷迭香的全植株为原料,包括利用迷迭香的种子制备富含氨基酸、多肽、小分子蛋白的迷迭香籽营养粉,包括利用迷迭香鲜叶制备的迷迭香纯露,包括利用迷迭香干燥茎叶制备的迷迭香提取物,包括利用迷迭香鲜花制备的迷迭香精油,通过上述方法实现了迷迭香从茎、叶、花、种子的全植株利用,富集了迷迭香各个部位的活性成分制备迷迭香纯露;另外,通过合理添加茶油、椰子油、蒲公英提取物等植物活性成分,可以进一步增强产品的功效,减少产品其他合成化学物质的使用,提升产品的绿色、安全品质。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现。
一种迷迭香洗发露,其特征在于以重量份计的原料为:十二烷基苯磺酸钠12~16份、椰子油二乙醇酰胺1~4份、氯化钠0.5~3份、甘油1~4份、乙二醇单硬脂酸酯0.5~3份、柠檬酸钠0.5~1份、迷迭香籽营养粉0.5~3份、柠檬提取物0.5~1份、茶油1~2份、椰子油0.5~1份、迷迭香精油0.5~1份、迷迭香提取物1~3份、蒲公英提取物1~2份、色素0.5~1份、迷迭香纯露补足至100份;上述成分中,迷迭香籽营养粉、迷迭香精油、迷迭香纯露、迷迭香提取物富集了迷迭香全植株不同部位的活性成分,使最终产品不仅具有抗氧化、消炎、护发的功效,并且使用时和使用后可以长久散发迷迭香的清香味;另外,茶油、椰子油可以滋润、柔顺、亮丽头发,蒲公英提取物具有较好的抗菌作用,配以十二烷基苯磺酸钠、椰子油二乙醇酰胺、氯化钠、甘油、乙二醇单硬脂酸酯、柠檬酸钠等公认安全的表面活性剂、增稠剂、助溶剂等化学成分,而不使用化学防腐剂,使最终制备的产品不仅体系均匀、流动性好,且绿色、安全,使用体验感优异。
作为具体技术方案,所述迷迭香籽营养粉采用下述方法制备:A、制备迷迭香水解蛋白粉:取迷迭香成熟种子,于温度5~15℃、湿度35%~55%低温低湿干燥至水分含量低于12%,之后粗粉碎至80~100目,再利用球磨机粉碎至200~400目,加入侧孢芽孢杆菌、嗜热淀粉酶链酶菌、枯草芽孢杆菌于温度30~40℃发酵12~24h,发酵过程中每15~30min翻搅一次,发酵结束后于110~121℃灭菌15~30min,灭菌结束后冷却至室温得迷迭香发酵物料;于迷迭香发酵物料内加入胃蛋白酶液、胰蛋白酶液于温度35~37℃、pH 6~7.5酶解5~8h,酶解结束后采用微波干燥灭酶至物料水分含量低于12%即可;B、制备迷迭香籽蛋白粉:取迷迭香成熟种子,于温度5~15℃、湿度35%~55%低温低湿干燥至水分含量低于12%,之后粉碎至80~100目,加入石油醚浸提12~24h脱脂,之后挥干石油醚,得脱脂迷迭香粉;取脱脂迷迭香粉加入淀粉酶液、糖化酶液酶解,酶解结束后用蒸馏水水洗1~3次,水洗结束后采用微波干燥灭酶至物料水分含量低于12%即可;C、复配:取步骤A制得的迷迭香水解蛋白粉、步骤B制得的迷迭香籽蛋白粉按质量比1:2~4混合,之后粗粉碎至80~100目,再利用球磨机粉碎至200~400目,即得迷迭香籽营养粉;通过上述方法制备迷迭香籽营养粉,可以从迷迭香种子中富集其所富含的氨基酸、多肽、小分子蛋白等,这些成分可以滋润头皮、营养头发,另外可以替代环戊基硅氧烷、聚季铵盐-7等作为调理剂使用;
作为具体技术方案,所述迷迭香纯露采用下述方法制备:取迷迭香鲜叶于-35℃以下预冻10~36h,之后冷冻粉碎至粒度为40~100目,然后按料液重量比1:5~15kg/kg加入含0.25%~0.5%(重量)维生素C、0.5%~1%(重量)柠檬酸的蒸馏水进行减压蒸馏,收集馏出的水溶液即得迷迭香纯露;通常洗发水中60%以上的物质均为蒸馏水,使用迷迭香纯露全部替代蒸馏水,可以让产品具备迷迭香的清新香味。
作为具体技术方案,所述迷迭香提取物以迷迭香的干燥茎叶为原料制备,所述迷迭香提取物的粒度为200~400目,所述迷迭香提取物以重量计含有5%~15%的熊果酸和8~15%的鼠尾草酸;迷迭香提取物富含熊果酸、鼠尾草酸等抗氧化活性成分,可以起到延缓头皮衰老、滋润护发的作用。
作为具体技术方案,所述迷迭香精油以迷迭香鲜花为原料通过分子蒸馏制备,且以重量计含30%~50%的1,8-桉叶素和10%~30%的α-蒎烯;迷迭香精油富含多种迷迭香特有的挥发性成分,可以增强洗发露使用时的迷迭香清香味。
作为具体技术方案,所述柠檬提取物的粒度为200~400目,所述柠檬提取物的粒度以柠檬皮为原料,经冷冻粉碎、超声波浸、过滤、浓缩、真空喷雾干燥制得,所述柠檬提取物以重量计含柠檬酸大于15%;通常洗发露中需要加入柠檬酸、酒石酸、磺酸等缓冲剂,而柠檬提取物富含柠檬酸,其可以替代柠檬酸在洗化露中使用,并且柠檬提取物还富含多种黄酮类、有机酸、香豆精类、甾醇、挥发油等,对头皮角质层、头发具有较好的滋润和养护作用。
作为优选技术方案,以重量份计的原料为:十二烷基苯磺酸钠15份、椰子油二乙醇酰胺2份、氯化钠1份、甘油2份、乙二醇单硬脂酸酯1份、柠檬酸钠0.75份、迷迭香籽营养粉1份、柠檬提取物0.75份、茶油1份、椰子油1份、迷迭香精油0.5份、迷迭香提取物2份、蒲公英提取物1份、色素0.5份、迷迭香纯露补足至100份。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种迷迭香洗发露,其特征在于所述迷迭香籽营养粉采用下述方法制备:A、制备迷迭香水解蛋白粉:取迷迭香成熟种子,于温度5~15℃、湿度35%~55%低温低湿干燥至水分含量低于12%,之后粗粉碎至80~100目,再利用球磨机粉碎至200~400目,加入侧孢芽孢杆菌、嗜热淀粉酶链酶菌、枯草芽孢杆菌于温度30~40℃发酵12~24h,发酵过程中每15~30min翻搅一次,发酵结束后于110~121℃灭菌15~30min,灭菌结束后冷却至室温得迷迭香发酵物料;于迷迭香发酵物料中加入胃蛋白酶液、胰蛋白酶液于温度35~37℃、pH 6~7.5酶解5~8h,酶解结束后采用微波干燥灭酶至物料水分含量低于12%即可;B、制备迷迭香籽蛋白粉:取迷迭香成熟种子,于温度5~15℃、湿度35%~55%低温低湿干燥至水分含量低于12%,之后粉碎至80~100目,加入石油醚浸提12~24h脱脂,之后挥干石油醚,得脱脂迷迭香粉;取脱脂迷迭香粉加入淀粉酶液、糖化酶液酶解,酶解结束后用蒸馏水水洗1~3次,水洗结束后采用微波干燥灭酶至物料水分含量低于12%即可;C、复配:取步骤A制得的迷迭香水解蛋白粉、步骤B制得的迷迭香籽蛋白粉按质量比1:2~4混合,之后粗粉碎至80~100目,再利用球磨机粉碎至200~400目,即得迷迭香籽营养粉。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种迷迭香洗发露,其特征在于所述迷迭香纯露采用下述方法制备:取迷迭香鲜叶于-35℃以下预冻10~36h,之后冷冻粉碎至粒度为40~100目,然后按料液重量比1:5~15kg/kg加入含0.25%~0.5%(重量)维生素C、0.5%~1%(重量)柠檬酸的蒸馏水进行减压蒸馏,收集馏出的水溶液即得迷迭香纯露。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种迷迭香洗发露,其特征在于所述迷迭香提取物以迷迭香的干燥茎叶为原料制备,所述迷迭香提取物的粒度为200~400目,所述迷迭香提取物以重量计含有5%~15%的熊果酸和8~15%的鼠尾草酸。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种迷迭香洗发露,其特征在于所述迷迭香精油以迷迭香鲜花为原料通过分子蒸馏制备,所述迷迭香精油以重量计含30%~50%的1,8-桉叶素和10%~30%的α-蒎烯。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种迷迭香洗发露,其特征在于所述柠檬提取物的粒度为200~400目,所述柠檬提取物的粒度以柠檬皮为原料经冷冻粉碎、超声波浸、过滤、浓缩、真空喷雾干燥制得,所述柠檬提取物以重量计含柠檬酸大于15%。
7.如权利要求1~6任一所述的一种迷迭香洗发露,其特征在于以重量份计的原料为:十二烷基苯磺酸钠15份、椰子油二乙醇酰胺2份、氯化钠1份、甘油2份、乙二醇单硬脂酸酯1份、柠檬酸钠0.75份、迷迭香籽营养粉1份、柠檬提取物0.75份、茶油1份、椰子油1份、迷迭香精油0.5份、迷迭香提取物2份、蒲公英提取物1份、色素0.5份、迷迭香纯露补足至100份。
