An essential oil extraction and separation device is mainly provided with an oil-water separation tank 1, a mixed liquid buffer tank 4, an inner oil collector 9, an outer oil collector 16, an essential oil inlet pipe 21 and an oil-water separation filter 27, wherein an upper end socket and a lower end socket of a cylinder of the oil-water separation tank 1 are arc-shaped, the inner oil collector 9 is arranged on the axis of the upper end socket of the cylinder of the oil-water separation tank 1, an installation frame 11 and the mixed liquid buffer tank 4 are arranged above the cylinder of the oil-water separation tank 1, the outer oil collector 16 and the essential oil collector 21 are arranged on the outer side of the cylinder of the oil-water separation tank 1, the oil-water separation filter 27 is arranged in the cylinder of the oil-water separation tank 1, the mixed liquid inlet pipe 6 is fixed on the axis of the oil-water separation filter 27 in a hoisting mode through the inner oil collector 9 and the installation frame 11, one end of the mixed liquid 6 is connected with the mixed liquid buffer tank 4, the other end socket of the mixed liquid inlet pipe 6 is arranged on the lower section of the oil-water separation filter 27, the inner oil collector 9 and the outer oil collector 16 are connected with an oil collector 18 by adopting an oil collector 10 with an oil collector 13, and an oil collector 19 is connected with the outer oil collector 18B.
Further, the oil-water separation filter 27 is a cylinder, the lower section of the oil-water separation filter 27 is an oil-water separation filter lower body sealing section 36, the bottom of the oil-water separation filter 27 is provided with an oil-water separation filter blow-off pipe 29 which is communicated with the outside of the oil-water separation tank 1 and is provided with an oil-water separation filter blow-off valve 28, the upper section of the oil-water separation filter 27 is an oil-water separation filter upper body filtering section 38, and the top of the oil-water separation filter upper body filtering section 38 and the oil-water separation filter 27 are internally provided with a reversed bucket-shaped oil collecting hopper 29.
Further, the upper body filtering section 38 of the oil-water separation filter and the inverted bucket-shaped oil collecting bucket 37 are made of stainless steel flower plates or plastic flower plates or stainless steel gauze, an interlayer is formed between the inner layer and the outer layer, an oil absorbing material is arranged between the upper body filtering section 38 of the oil-water separation filter and the intermediate layer of the inverted bucket-shaped oil collecting bucket 37, and the large opening of the inverted bucket-shaped oil collecting bucket 37 is fixedly connected with the lower body sealing section 36 of the oil-water separation filter or the upper body filtering section 38 of the oil-water separation filter respectively, and the small opening of the inverted bucket-shaped oil collecting bucket 37 is fixedly connected with the mixed liquid ingress pipe 6.
Further, the mixed solution buffer tank 4 is provided with a mixed solution inlet 3 feeding pipe, a mixed solution ingress pipe 6, a mixed solution buffer tank discharge valve 2 and a mixed solution buffer tank blow-down pipe 5, the mixed solution buffer tank discharge valve 2 is arranged at the bottom end of the mixed solution buffer tank 4, the mixed solution buffer tank blow-down pipe 5 is arranged on the corresponding surface of the mixed solution inlet 3 at the upper end of the mixed solution buffer tank 4, a feeding pipe liquid outlet of the mixed solution inlet 3 and the mixed solution ingress pipe 6 are arranged at the upper section of the mixed solution buffer tank 4, and a liquid inlet of the mixed solution ingress pipe 6 is arranged at the lower section of the mixed solution buffer tank 4 to form a mixed solution inlet-outlet liquid level difference; a mixed liquid buffer tank oil guide pipe 0 with a control valve is arranged on the liquid surface of the buffer tank 4 and connected with the oil-water separation tank 1.
Further, a liquid level pipe 17 is arranged on the side wall of the oil guide pipe B18 arranged at the upper section of the outer oil collector 16, an illumination glass window 14 is arranged on the side wall of the outer oil collector 16 on the corresponding surface of the liquid level pipe 17, an oil outlet of the oil guide pipe A10 is arranged below the inner side of the corresponding outer oil collector 16 on which the liquid level pipe 17 is arranged, and an outer oil collector discharge valve 26 is arranged at the lower end of the outer oil collector 16.
Further, the upper opening 20 of the essential oil collector 21 is a vent, and the bottom of the essential oil collector 21 is provided with an essential oil discharge valve 24.
Further, the lower end socket of the oil-water separation tank 1 is provided with a separation water three-way pipe 32, one end of the separation water three-way pipe 32 is provided with a separation water overflow water regulating valve 31, and the separation water overflow water regulating valve is provided with a separation water discharge valve 33.
Further, the separated water overflow water regulating valve 31 is connected with a separated water overflow pipe 35, the highest point of the separated water overflow pipe 35 is level with the inner oil collector 9, and an overflow water height regulator 40 for the liquid level height of the oil-water separation tank 1 is arranged on the separated water overflow pipe 35.
Further, the oil absorbing material is polymer particles.

the oil-water separation filter (27) is a cylinder, the lower section of the oil-water separation filter (27) is an oil-water separation filter lower body sealing section (36), an oil-water separation filter drain pipe (29) which is communicated with the outer side of the oil-water separation tank (1) and provided with an oil-water separation filter drain valve (28) is arranged at the bottom of the oil-water separation filter (27), the upper section of the oil-water separation filter (27) is an oil-water separation filter upper body filtering section (38), and a plurality of inverted bucket-shaped oil collecting hoppers (37) are arranged at the top of the oil-water separation filter upper body filtering section (38) and in the oil-water separation filter (27);

the mixed solution buffer tank (4) is provided with a mixed solution inlet (3) feeding pipe, a mixed solution inlet pipe (6), a mixed solution buffer tank discharging valve (2) and a mixed solution buffer tank discharging pipe (5), the mixed solution buffer tank discharging valve (2) is arranged at the bottom end of the mixed solution buffer tank (4), the mixed solution buffer tank discharging pipe (5) is arranged on the corresponding surface of the mixed solution inlet (3) at the upper end of the mixed solution buffer tank (4), the feeding pipe liquid outlet of the mixed solution inlet (3) and the mixed solution inlet pipe (6) are arranged at the upper section of the mixed solution buffer tank (4), the liquid inlet of the mixed solution inlet pipe (6) is arranged at the lower section of the mixed solution buffer tank (4) to form a mixed solution inlet-outlet liquid level difference, or the feeding pipe liquid outlet of the mixed solution inlet (3) is arranged at the upper section of the mixed solution buffer tank (4), and the mixed solution inlet pipe (6) is arranged at the lower section of the mixed solution buffer tank (4); the liquid level of the buffer tank (4) is provided with a mixed liquid buffer tank oil guide pipe (0) connected with the oil-water separation tank (1).
