一种高阻燃电缆材料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆材料技术领域,具体涉及一种高阻燃电缆材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着经济的迅速发展,电缆的需求市场广阔,推动着电缆料生产技术的进步,电缆料不仅用途广泛,而且对其性能指标有特殊的要求,比如:绝缘性、抗拉强度、使用温度、阻燃性能等指标均有严格的要求,不断的提高电缆料的性能,是经济和社会发展的迫切需求。在低端矿用橡套产品上,护套采用氯化聚乙烯加入大量酯类增塑剂来获得耐低温性能;一般高端产品采用氯丁橡胶作为护套材料,氯丁橡胶分子含有极性氯原子,故有一定的阻燃性,且其耐油性能仅次于丁腈橡胶而优于其他通用橡胶,但氯丁胶易粘辊,加入增塑剂可以改善其耐低温性能,但使其加工性能更加恶化。相关氯丁胶制造厂家也在积极的开发适合低温领域应用的氯丁橡胶,如SCR-2122、电化S-40、Neoprene WRT等。但进口氯丁价格昂贵,因此如何采用国产胶开发出合适的耐低温配方成为配方研究者的研究热点之一。
发明内容
发明目的: 本发明的目的是为了提供一种高阻燃电缆材料,提升传统氯丁橡胶材料的性能,改善其材料的阻燃性。
本发明采用的技术方案:一种高阻燃电缆材料,其配方按重量比包括如下组分:基础材料100份;阻燃剂8~30份;葵二酸二辛脂15~20份;偶联剂0~4份;补强剂30~100份;硫化剂8~15份,其中:所述基础材料为氯丁橡胶和氯化丁基橡胶的组合,且所述氯丁橡胶和氯化丁基橡胶的重量组分比为50~70份:45~50份。
所述阻燃剂为三氧化二锑或十溴联苯醚。
所述补强剂为炭黑、白炭黑、陶土中的一种或两种以上的组合。
所述硫化剂为氧化锌、氧化镁、硬脂酸、NA-22中的一种或两种以上的组合。
有益效果:本发明所述的一种高阻燃电缆材料,所制备的电缆料的机械性能、加工性能也比较优越,能够适应特定的使用环境条件,市场应用前景广阔。

一种高阻燃电缆材料,其配方按重量比包括如下组分:基础材料100份;阻燃剂8~30份;葵二酸二辛脂15~20份;偶联剂0~4份;补强剂30~100份;硫化剂8~15份。
其中:所述基础材料为氯丁橡胶和氯化丁基橡胶的组合,且所述氯丁橡胶和氯化丁基橡胶的重量组分比为50~70份:45~50份;所述阻燃剂为三氧化二锑或十溴联苯醚;所述补强剂为炭黑、白炭黑、陶土中的一种或两种以上的组合;所述硫化剂为氧化锌、氧化镁、硬脂酸、NA-22中的一种或两种以上的组合。
实施例1:
一种高阻燃电缆材料,其配方按重量比包括如下组分:氯丁橡胶 60份,氯化丁基橡胶40份,三氧化二锑 4份,十溴二苯醚 15份,硬脂酸1份,白蜡2份,葵二酸二辛酯5份,硅烷偶联剂KH-550 0.4份,N-330炭黑 10份,白炭黑 15份,煅烧陶土 60份,氧化锌 5份,氧化镁 4份,NA-22 1份。
实施例2:
一种高阻燃电缆材料,其配方按重量比包括如下组分:氯丁橡胶 50份,氯化丁基橡胶50份,三氧化二锑 8份,十溴二苯醚 8份,硬脂酸3份,葵二酸二辛酯 8份,白蜡2份,N-330炭黑 30份,氧化锌 6份,氧化镁 5份, NA-22 1份。

1.一种高阻燃电缆材料,其特征在于:其配方按重量比包括如下组分:基础材料100份;阻燃剂8~30份;葵二酸二辛脂15~20份;偶联剂0~4份;补强剂30~100份;硫化剂8~15份,其中:所述基础材料为氯丁橡胶和氯化丁基橡胶的组合,且所述氯丁橡胶和氯化丁基橡胶的重量组分比为50~70份:45~50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻燃电缆材料,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂为三氧化二锑或十溴联苯醚。
