Abstract

本发明公开了一种废气过滤膜,包括基布、复合附着层、沸石分子筛层、复合附着层、聚四氟乙烯微孔膜。基布上涂覆复合附着层,沸石分子筛膜通过热压覆合其上形成沸石分子筛层,再在沸石分子筛层涂覆复合附着层,最后聚四氟乙烯微孔膜经热压覆合。本发明公开的一种废气过滤膜含有聚四氟乙烯微孔膜表层能阻隔粉尘并使粉尘聚集在表面脱落以达到有效过滤粉尘的作用,同时含有的沸石分子筛层可以吸附二氧化硫、硫化氢、二噁英等有毒有害气体,耐高温腐蚀,可用于工业废气和汽车尾气处理等领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及环保材料领域,具体为一种废气过滤膜。
背景技术
随着工业的快速发展和人们生活水平的提高,工业污染和汽车尾气污染也越来越严重。其中工业废气和汽车尾气中含有多种有毒物质,比如二氧化硫、氮氧化物等,在阳光的照射下,会生成多种有害气体,在城市里有可能形成光化学烟雾,例如伦敦烟雾事件,也是造成雾霾天气的主要原因之一,同时对人体的呼吸道等有很大损害,会造成呼吸道疾病。
政府部门以及广大人民群众越来越重视环境治理,安全高效地处理环境污染对于人体健康和人类长期发展具有至关重要的意义。目前,针对于工业废气和汽车尾气处理问题已经有很多方案和产品,空气滤膜是其中一种环保产品。但是,当前的空气滤膜容易出现不耐高温或腐蚀、孔径易堵塞等问题,同时功能比较单一,大多只能过滤粉尘。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种废气过滤膜,解决了目前在工业废气和汽车尾气处理过程中滤膜功能单一、易堵塞、不耐高温、不能吸附有害气体的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种废气过滤膜,包括基布、第一复合附着层、沸石分子筛层、第二复合附着层以及聚四氟乙烯微孔膜,所述第一复合附着层涂覆在基布上,所述沸石分子筛层通过热压覆合在第一复合附着层上,所述第二复合附着层涂覆在沸石分子筛层上,所述聚四氟乙烯微孔膜热压覆合在第二复合附着层上。
优选的,所述基布为常见耐热无纺布或针刺毡,厚度为150-180μm。
优选的,所述第一复合附着层厚度为40-50μm。
优选的,所述沸石分子筛层厚度为10-15μm。
优选的,所述聚四氟乙烯微孔膜厚度为80-100μm,孔径为0.02-5μm,孔隙率大于等于88%。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供的一种废气过滤膜,具备以下有益效果:
(1)本发明提供的废气过滤膜,其所用材料具有耐高温的性质,可以用于高温废气处理。
(2)本发明提供的废气过滤膜,其表面具有聚四氟乙烯微孔膜,孔径小,孔隙率高,表面光滑无极性,可以有效过滤粉尘,当粉尘在表面积累一定量时会主动脱落。
(3)本发明提供的废气过滤膜,其含有沸石分子筛层,可以吸附二氧化硫、硫化氢、二噁英等有毒有害气体。
(4)本发明提供的废气过滤膜,可应用于汽车尾气、工业废气等的处理,应用广泛。

实施例1
如图1所示,一种废气过滤膜,包括基布1、第一复合附着层2、沸石分子筛层3、第二复合附着层4以及聚四氟乙烯微孔膜5,其特征在于,所述第一复合附着层2涂覆在基布1上,所述沸石分子筛层3通过热压覆合在第一复合附着层2上,所述第二复合附着层4涂覆在沸石分子筛层3上,所述聚四氟乙烯微孔膜5热压覆合在第二复合附着层4上。
所述基布选用玻璃纤维针刺毡,厚度为150μm。
所述复合附着层使用呋喃树脂,厚度为40μm。
所述沸石分子筛膜厚度为10μm。
所述聚四氟乙烯微孔膜厚度为80μm,孔径为0.02-5微米,孔隙率大于等于88%。
实施例2
如图1所示,一种废气过滤膜,包括基布1、第一复合附着层2、沸石分子筛层3、第二复合附着层4以及聚四氟乙烯微孔膜5,其特征在于,所述第一复合附着层2涂覆在基布1上,所述沸石分子筛层3通过热压覆合在第一复合附着层2上,所述第二复合附着层4涂覆在沸石分子筛层3上,所述聚四氟乙烯微孔膜5热压覆合在第二复合附着层4上。
所述基布选用玻璃纤维针刺毡,厚度为180μm。
所述复合附着层使用呋喃树脂,厚度为50μm。

所述聚四氟乙烯微孔膜厚度为100μm,孔径为0.02-5微米,孔隙率大于等于88%。
实施例3
如图1所示,一种废气过滤膜,包括基布1、第一复合附着层2、沸石分子筛层3、第二复合附着层4以及聚四氟乙烯微孔膜5,其特征在于,所述第一复合附着层2涂覆在基布1上,所述沸石分子筛层3通过热压覆合在第一复合附着层2上,所述第二复合附着层4涂覆在沸石分子筛层3上,所述聚四氟乙烯微孔膜5热压覆合在第二复合附着层4上。
所述基布选用P84耐高温针刺过滤毡,厚度为160μm。
所述复合附着层使用聚氨酯树脂,厚度为45μm。
所述沸石分子筛膜厚度为10μm。
所述聚四氟乙烯微孔膜厚度为80μm,孔径为0.02-5微米,孔隙率大于等于88%。
实施例4
如图1所示,一种废气过滤膜,包括基布1、第一复合附着层2、沸石分子筛层3、第二复合附着层4以及聚四氟乙烯微孔膜5,其特征在于,所述第一复合附着层2涂覆在基布1上,所述沸石分子筛层3通过热压覆合在第一复合附着层2上,所述第二复合附着层4涂覆在沸石分子筛层3上,所述聚四氟乙烯微孔膜5热压覆合在第二复合附着层4上。
所述基布选用P84耐高温针刺过滤毡,厚度为170μm。
所述复合附着层使用聚氨酯树脂,厚度为45μm。
所述沸石分子筛膜厚度为15μm。
所述聚四氟乙烯微孔膜厚度为100μm,孔径为0.02-5微米,孔隙率大于等于88%。

1.一种废气过滤膜,包括基布(1)、第一复合附着层(2)、沸石分子筛层(3)、第二复合附着层(4)以及聚四氟乙烯微孔膜(5),其特征在于,所述第一复合附着层(2)涂覆在基布(1)上,所述沸石分子筛层(3)通过热压覆合在第一复合附着层(2)上,所述第二复合附着层(4)涂覆在沸石分子筛层(3)上,所述聚四氟乙烯微孔膜(5)热压覆合在第二复合附着层(4)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种废气过滤膜,其特征在于,所述基布(1)为常见耐热无纺布或针刺毡,厚度为150-180μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种废气过滤膜,其特征在于,所述第一复合附着层(2)厚度为40-50μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种废气过滤膜,其特征在于,所述沸石分子筛层(3)厚度为10-15μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种废气过滤膜,其特征在于,所述聚四氟乙烯微孔膜(5)厚度为80-100μm,孔径为0.02-5μm,孔隙率大于等于88%。
