Abstract
本发明公开了一种单根小截面换位导线,包括铜扁线、缩醛绝缘漆层、自粘漆、衬纸和石蜡层,所述缩醛绝缘漆层包裹在铜扁线上,在衬纸的上、下表面均设有凹槽,在每个凹槽上由内之外依次涂覆石蜡层和自粘漆,铜扁线粘接在自粘漆上。本发明利用较少的自粘漆即可实现自粘,避免自粘漆过厚,造成溢出现象,且层叠的两漆包线之间通过衬纸隔开,保证好的隔离效果,避免漆包线相互磨损,缩醛绝缘漆层和石蜡层保证好的绝缘效果,使得换位导线的使用更加地安全。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种单根小截面换位导线。
背景技术:
现有的换位导线在加工过程中,为保证好的连接与隔离效果,常在换位导线上涂覆较厚的自粘漆,实际使用中,当温度过高时,过多自粘漆融化,将吸附在换位导线外层绝缘纸上,甚至溢出,并且受振动影响,容易造成对铜扁线上缩醛漆的挤压,造成断路、短路现象,因此,确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种单根小截面换位导线。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种单根小截面换位导线,包括铜扁线、缩醛绝缘漆层、自粘漆、衬纸和石蜡层,所述缩醛绝缘漆层包裹在铜扁线上,在衬纸的上、下表面均设有凹槽,在每个凹槽上由内之外依次涂覆石蜡层和自粘漆,铜扁线粘接在自粘漆上。
进一步地,所述衬纸中所述上、下两凹槽内涂覆的自粘漆的厚度为均0.03mm~0.05mm。
进一步地,所述石蜡层的厚度为0.1mm~0.3mm。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明利用较少的自粘漆即可实现自粘,避免自粘漆过厚,造成溢出现象,且层叠的两漆包线之间通过衬纸隔开,保证好的隔离效果,避免漆包线相互磨损,缩醛绝缘漆层和石蜡层保证好的绝缘效果,使得换位导线的使用更加地安全。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明一种单根小截面换位导线,包括铜扁线1、缩醛绝缘漆层2、自粘漆3、衬纸5和石蜡层6,缩醛绝缘漆层2包裹在铜扁线1上,在衬纸5的上、下表面均设有凹槽51,在每个凹槽51上由内之外依次涂覆石蜡层6和自粘漆3,铜扁线1粘接在自粘漆3上。
衬纸5中所述上、下两凹槽51内涂覆的自粘漆3的厚度为均0.03mm~0.05mm。自粘漆只需涂覆一点即可,避免自粘漆过厚,过多,避免自粘漆溢出。凹槽51的设置可以进一步放置自粘漆的溢出。
石蜡层6的厚度为0.1mm~0.3mm。本发明中缩醛绝缘漆层2和石蜡层6保证好的绝缘效果,使得换位导线的使用更加地安全。

1.一种单根小截面换位导线,其特征在于:包括铜扁线(1)、缩醛绝缘漆层(2)、自粘漆(3)、衬纸(5)和石蜡层(6),所述缩醛绝缘漆层(2)包裹在铜扁线(1)上,在衬纸(5)的上、下表面均设有凹槽(51),在每个凹槽(51)上由内至外依次涂覆石蜡层(6)和自粘漆(3),铜扁线(1)粘接在自粘漆(3)上;
所述衬纸(5)中所述上、下两凹槽(51)内涂覆的自粘漆的厚度均为0.03mm~0.05mm;
所述石蜡层(6)的厚度为0.1mm~0.3mm。
